2 ISIS ‘Beatles’ indicted in US on charges linked to beheadings of American hostages

Two British Islamic State terror suspects known as the “Beatles” were indicted in the torturing and beheading of American aid workers and journalists among others once held hostage in Syria, according to court documents made public Wednesday.
El Shafee Elsheikh and Alexanda Kotey are two of four men dubbed “the Beatles” by the hostages they held captive, because of their British accents. They previously had been in military custody in Iraq and are expected to make their first appearance in the afternoon in federal court in Alexandria, Va.
The pair had been linked to the kidnapping and torturous killings of American aid workers Peter Kassig and Kayla Mueller and journalists Steven Sotloff and James Foley.
In a statement, relatives of Mueller, Foley, Sotloff, and Kassig said the transfer “will be the first step in the pursuit of justice for the alleged horrific human rights crimes against these four young Americans.”
The Justice Department announced the charges on Wednesday morning. They include conspiracy to commit hostage-taking, resulting in death; four counts of hostage-taking resulting in death for Foley, Mueller, Sotloff and Kassig; conspiracy to murder United States citizens outside of the United States; conspiracy to provide material support or resources to terrorists – hostage-taking and murder – resulting in death; and conspiracy to provide material support or resources to a designated foreign terrorist organization, resulting in death.
“Many around the world are familiar with the barbaric circumstances of their deaths – but we will not remember these Americans for the way they died, we will remember them for the way they lived their good and decent lives,” said Assistant Attorney General John C. Demers of the Justice Department’s National Security Division.
The indictment details how the pair “were leading participants in a brutal hostage-killing scheme targeting American and European citizens, and others, from 2012 to 2015.” They “engaged in a prolonged pattern of physical and psychological violence against the hostage,” the document further states.
They left London for Syria at separate times in 2012 and, within months, began detaining hostages. Of the four victims named in the complaint, Foley was the first to be “forcibly seized and detained” around Nov. 22, 2012. Mueller and Sotloff were taken hostage on Aug. 4, 2013; and Kassig on Oct. 2, 2013, court papers state.
“If you have American blood in your veins, or if you have American blood on your hands, you will face American justice,” Demers later added.
The DOJ is not seeking the death penalty in this case. [Emphasis added]

Well, maybe we SHOULD remember how these Americans died, show the video that the terrorists made. Let’s do some brutal killing of the hostage killers. And have us some prolong physical and psychological violence on them. Yeah, yeah, yeah, naysayers will say, “We cannot bring ourselves down to that level…We are better than that…That’s not our way…ad nauseum.” Ok I get that and almost agree. These people that do this would do it all over again, to YOU AND YOURS in a heartbeat. Until it gets thru the heads of our citizenship what types of animals these people are it will continue. It is one thing to kill an enemy in open combat. The four people in this case were not combatants and had come to that area to try and help them. No good deed goes unpunished.
And now, IF they are convicted, we are on the hook for caring for this trash for the rest of their lives. And who knows, when President Harris takes over from the sudden suicide of Groping Joe, she may order them all freed. Mofos are always screaming that we are the Great Satan? Mason, according to a story I read yesterday you’re correct, in exchange for these bags of crap and a bunch of evidence against them from the Brits DOJ agreed not to seek the death penalty for these charges. Looks like the supermax will have a couple more residents.
Personally I think that they should be handed over to one of the gangs in gen pop and the guards take an extended coffee break. That way there’s no way they’ll ever see the light of day again and we’ll have kept our agreement with the Brits, too. Just my .02, YMMV.
They don’t get the death sentence? Well, I’m good with that if they are kept isolated from other prisoners and from each other. There is nothing worse than being completely and permanently isolated from other people, unless it’s by choice.
At least keep them in a Supermax until they die.

Sentence them to hard labor. The prison can open a pig farm to keep them gainfully employed.
Grew up in rural Illinois and had one aromatic hog lot a mile away. Put them in a facility on hard labor surrounded by hog lots so no matter which way the wind blows there they are. Also let this be a night time serenade on a loop:

After seeing his sickening death video, Nick Berg was THE reason I went PMC. And it’s a proper fucking shame the death penalty is off the table – I would personally pay US State Dept/DOJ for the pleasure of reconsecrating our sacred Earth by expunging our world of this particular brand of soul-less scum.
