Bowe Berghahl’s appeal to a top military court has been denied. Him and his lawyers were claiming that President Trump biased the case by tweeting that Bergdahl was a traitor.

The U.S. military’s top appellate court on Friday rejected a legal challenge made by former Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl over his court-martial conviction for deserting his post in Afghanistan.
Bergdahl’s lawyers argued that repeated comments made by President Trump — both while he was a presidential candidate in 2016 and then later as commander in chief, when he repeatedly ridiculed Bergdahl — prevented the ex-soldier from receiving a fair trial.
Trump has referred to Bergdahl as a “traitor” and even suggested he be shot or thrown from a plane without a parachute.
The military appeals court ruled that in spite of President Trump’s tweets, they felt that Bergdahl received a fair trial.

Considering the SOLDIERS that died searching for his miserable ass, if he wants to continue drawing breath for any length of time, he’d best learn to walk with walls at his back at all times, and be in a secure location before sundown. Otherwise wherever he is at sundown, he’ll be found at the same location at sunrise – sans life and breath.
I know some of you guys seem to have a thing against Gay and Transgender people and, for some reason, college Performing Arts majors. No matter how you feel, don’t rope them in with Bowie Bergdahl (unless they want to jump on that shitwagon – in that case, have at it).
Bergdahl is a manchild who ran away from home to get his superiors in trouble. Early reports mentioned that he emailed his jailbait girlfriend that he was planning to go to India to study Buddhism. His father supported this plan because he didn’t want Bowie in the Army. It was only after he was going to be put on trial for war crimes that they were talking bullshit about that he trying to be a whistleblower.
He wandered around without supplies or proper clothing in the mountains, almost dying from exposure and starvation. The terrorists that captured him thought he was a spy because his story seemed so incredibly stupid. After torturing him, they realized that he was telling the truth about wanting to join them. They put him to work watching the other prisoners, even giving him a gun and letting him punish and torture other captives.
The only reason he wasn’t convicted is that Trump’s tweets presumed guilt. They had to let him go because it would taint any verdict. They did punish him a bit, but it definitely would have led to jail time for Begdahl and a political black eye for Obama.
Why Bergdahl keeps trying to polish up his turd of a life through suing the government is beyond me. Nobody would ever believe he was a hero. He’s a posterchild for the Me-Squared Generation, the child of “Me Generation” asshats who cared more about meeting Obama than getting their idiot son out of captivity.
