Phillip Dale Monkress; phony SEAL in FL
The discussion on Monkress has moved here.
Editor’s Note: Monkress needed a bump up to the top. His lawyer is sending threatening letters to our friends and I guess she decided after a phone call with me, that her threats would only be a day’s welcomed distraction. Someone is walking the halls of Congress with Monkress’ DD214 today asking questions. I’ve added some more evidence that Monkress called himself a Navy SEAL, which seems to be their defense these days, that he never said he was a SEAL. So Lori Benton of Ford & Harrison, Attorneys at Law, you know our number.
Someone sent us some information on Phillip Dale Monkress who was outed late last year by POW Network as a phony SEAL, but he’s still rockin’ the lie, so it’s time to call out the pitchfork brigade. Here’s picture of him in his motorcycle club, the US Military Veterans’ Motorcycle Club;
ADDED: It seems the lawyers are trying to make the point that Monkress never called himself a SEAL, but here’s a page from the Brevard Business News which reprints a slide presentation in their publication;

WOW, just WOW! No wonder this dirtbag is shittin kittens! You can stick a fork in him, he’s done!
This Ain’t Hell,
Good stuff and glad to see you guys doing the dirty work to protect our veterans. It is a shame to see some veterans/ civilians taking advantage of the sacrifices that some of our veterans and service-members have made. The guy served his country and it is a shame that he cannot be proud of that.
I hope this information helps your mission but in regards to the SDVOSB/ VOSB certification. If for whatever reason you feel that anyone would be falsely misrepresenting themselves as a service-connected disabled veteran and taking advantage of the program designed to help service-disabled veterans, this website should you out: http://www.vetbiz.gov/. There are appropriate links to the CVE as well as the VA OIG who will seriously look into any concerns you might have.
The VA does use the term service-connected disability loosely and someone might qualify for the program even though injuries sustained from non-combat related actions.
First time post.
Thanks to everyone for their research and posts. If this guy had a service related disability while serving as a Data Systems tech on a sub tender tied to the pier in Georgia, then it must have been caused by drunkedness and falling down a ladder. He had no training in SEAL or CBN downrange training either. He didn’t have time to get it done. I have heard this guy’s BS stories and they make me sick. How does he sleep at night?
First time posting.
I have read every post, link, sub-link for this thread. I am disheartened that I have found this thread. Disheartened, because I have known this individual for a long time and it sucks having to find the truth out from other people. The research and connections all of you have are amazing. I will make no allusions that I can do anything any of you have done when it comes to this research, however, I do have people in certain places that can verify all of this. I hope its wrong but alas, I know its not and it sucks.
There were things discussed earlier ib the thread about how some people know about this and aren’t doing anything about it. Trust me, we will do something about this. I will post here in a few months the outcome of what we do. This will be fixed.
Thank you

@205. In the meantime, we will be working it on our end, as well.
Whenever douchebags like him get caught and have to answer for what they’ve done “sympathy” is simply a word found somewhere between “s**t” and “syphilis” in the dictionary!
Proud_Infidel: for situations requiring it (not TAH commentary, obviously), a more polite version is “between manure and venereal disease”. I’ve found that version useful at times.
It has a larger “margin for error”, so to speak, but generally gets the point across. (smile)
I would love to know what this jackass is thinking right now.
He’s been got, found out, clearly, unrequitedly outed? True?
Has anyone contacted him to see if he’s ready to say “sorry” and play nice?
Sounds like a complete admission of guilt is his only shot of redemption. If that even exists.
Beyond that he is over. That may not even save him.
Question to the group; What, if any, could he do to redeem himself? What could atone his actions?
I have been sitting back reading this thread about once a week over the last 5-6 months, made a few calls to check some things out, and conclude the dirt-bag has been taking credit for unearned valor, credentials, and education for almost 20 years. And now his company is benefitting from his lies. (This is the unfortunate part since he no doubt has some loyal, quality employees.)
My question is, “why even bring up ‘redemption’?” He’s way down the road on his lying habits.
I think I will make some more phone calls. Like someone said, “stick a fork in him. He’s done.”
@210 true. I was just asking the question, IF, he could recover from this. But when you have betrayed as many people as Monkress has, and profited, you are forced to live with the shame. I hope they bust this guy and splatter this story everywhere.
I hope he at least feels the burn.
Pussy.
A little digging reveals if it weren’t for the dirtbag’s up-close-and-personal relationship with the Boeing small business specialist, Becky Martin, All Points Logistics wouldn’t have anything to brag about. Boeing, thru Ms. Martin, wants it to look like APL is such a great small business partner, but the reality is APL is just a second-rate slug that doesn’t keep its commitments to Boeing or its other partners, including Jacobs Technologies. Ms. Martin and Mr. Monkress are … well, we’ll leave it at that.
A little more digging reveals more than anyone could imagine. It is completely horrifying that he has been able to get away with this for as long as he has. We need lobby our legislative bodies for stronger checks and balances.
Turdpusher.
All Points Logistics, and our national hero, we awarded a VA contract today. The VA awarded three contracts that will provide IT equipment that could be worth inexcess of hundreds of millions of dollars.
Part of the award criteria and rationale is that All Points Logistics is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businss.
What a crock.
Does anyone have an All-Points Logistics “Capabilities Briefing” document dated 26 January 2011?
As part of the Senior Leadership Team, Phil Monkress is identified as “President and Chief Executive Officer – US Navy SEAL Team 4.”
Thanks
With great dismay, I have read this thread from voices unknown, that seek to pillory a life for the most minor of infractions, which has been well addressed, here. Apparently, the target of this insidious racket, primarily Internet thugs and cowards from from their writing, seek to pin the red letter of A on this Florida Prynne, for resume inflation. What this boils down to is the “shocked and outraged crowd” complaining about a minor indulgement, if true of the Sin of Greed. Resume inflation, at its core, is a small spritual deviation into self-serving comments or inflation of one’s self in society. What all this cacophany of voices is about is the observation of one mans desire for personal gain with no victims found. False attempts at claims to dishonor, grandiously written, as to fallen brothers and graves are simply the same inflation of the supposed moral indignites, suffered by the Internet class of the most recent thugs and harpies, practicing on the InterNet “schadenfreude” or the German for a pleasure derived from the misfortune of others. In the limbic sense, humans are tribal and pack oriented. Ashamedly in the human system is the targeted practice of cruelty, when deviations are observed. Scholars agree, that in human development, perhaps 20,000 to 50,000 years, these tribal or pack behaviors are well known. By pillorying this man, in the IP age, the limbic, cruel, basest of human emotive displays, is seeking the wooden framework on a post, with holes for the head and hands whereby, offenders were locked to be exposed to public scorn. This is precisely what is occuring on this post, and it is transparent, that the writers are driven by a limbic sense to impose shame on any convenient target, as a form of group pleasure. If not this man, then the adulterer or tax cheater or drunk. While occasionally self-correcting, as to this vile mob behavior, the crowd can take on its own ugliness, devoid of any moral sense and like Pilate, simply condemn, based on mob voices, then free Barabbus a murderer. and on Easter crucify… Read more »
Wow– This dude made me rethink. I think I will just get him kicked out of Vets and leave the rest alone… This got to me– he is not a child molester…
Pilate on Easter-crucifixtion… maybe we are over the top..

No more from me– as a USN I have Col. Norman Schlaich in my past, a drunk. I saw the unraveling…
I dont want to lose my house/ Not worth it.
In case anyone was wondering, “MoralIPVoice”, “DissedinFL”, and “Atlantc Beach FL” all appear to be commenting from the same IP that geolocates to the Bethesda, MD, area. And since they all occurred near midnight, I’d guess they’re all the same individual.
Sock puppetry is rather pathetic, IMO.
To quote The Operative in Serenity, “Your sin is Pride”. You approach a group of people and with scant observation, you assume you know what’s going on. That’s cute. It’s also very, very wrong. I’ve not been around here as long as others. I don’t have any particular reputation to uphold here. At best, I offer my attempts at humor with the very rare insight. I have however seen admissions and apologies, where warranted, when incorrect conclusions have been drawn. This group of people is the first to say, “Hey, I fucked up. I was wrong”, when it’s warranted. Again, when it’s warranted. Your first mistake is that of not knowing your audience. You’re talking about a group of people who have at the very least volunteered to put their lives on the line for scant gain and next to no advantage. Many of them actually went across the wire and did that very thing. They didn’t do it for fame. They didn’t do it for glory. They did it because it was the right thing to do. They feel exposing liars, fakes and frauds is the right thing to do, and they pursue it with great determination. Your second mistake is related to the first. You threaten them. Really? You’re threatening to send the legal hounds out to sniff them out of their rabbit holes? These are people who volunteered to put their mortal existence to the hazard if necessary. Your first thought is to threaten them with a civil suit? These folks are people who went out at 0500 and intentionally faced adversity down with a smile and your best arrow in your quiver is an imaginary subpoena? Good luck with that. I read through your entire missive and remain unimpressed. You sure did spew a load of high-falutin’ language at us. Even brought the Bible in for your threats. Very Tarantino. Looks to me like a dogturd covering for another dogturd. At best, you’re a misguided soul that has been suckered into helping Monkress out. That’s at best. Next worst is that you’re a litigious minded legal… Read more »
@218 …. TLDR
@218…Minor Infraction? A guy straight up lies about being part of one of the most decorated units in the Military, gets a govt contract regardless of his bullshit and he is the victim? Just checking where YOUR moral compass is buddy.
Monkress and friends can use as many fancy words as they like, but in the end, truth is a defense. If there ever were to be a lawsuit, Monkress would be forced to address this issue in court and prove unequivocally that he was a SEAL. Since it looks like he’s fake, ol’ Monkress best avoid court and stick to longwinded sockpuppetry.
A number of people have received letters from Monkress’ lawyer. We haven’t got one yet, but so far, the letters have only steeled these fine Americans’ spines. The only way I’ll give up IP addresses is by court order, and I’m pretty sure that Monkress doesn’t want to go through the discovery process for that.
Well. That was special.
In regard to #218, Fidel Castro made speeches that were shorter, and some of them made more sense. I haven’t read that kind of drivel since the 7th grade.
Isn’t it fraud when someone gets government contracts using false qualifying information?
And likewise, isn’t fraud a felony?
I do remember a documentary not so long ago about two sisters who got a government contractor to ship parts to overseas posts, and were doing just fine until one of the checks they received was a serious overpayment, by several commas and decimal points.
Instead of returning it, they cashed it. It cleared, and they decided to go to the dark side: they started overcharging the government. It worked until they were audited and found to be defrauding the government.
One of them was arrested; the other committed suicide rather than face arrest and trial.
I just love these sordid stories.
Ex-PH2: yes, comment 218 was “special”. Short bus special.
Hondo, doesn’t it almost sound like something Wormtongue would say?
I was actually thinking more one of Witlessone’s defenders who runs a “church” in SoCal who’s also been proven to be a military faker (also a fake SEAL, if I recall correctly). But unless the guy is traveling, staying with a friend back East, and also knows Monkress it’s not him.
But yeah – except for the Biblical references that could be Wormtongue.
@218…I’m your Huckleberry.
Jonn–if Monkress’ “lawer” wants to play ball, I’ll stick the bat up his ass if he likes.
I stand by every single post I’ve made. And I’ll do so under oath, on the stand. Monkress? I’m guessing not so much.
Discovery is a bitch, Phil, m’boy–and she’s in heat.
I think it was just a tiny tad too lucid and organized to be Whipitnflogit, so I’m going with Monkress or someone he paid to do it for him, who shall remain Wormtongue until we find otherwise.
Oh, yeah: not a bit persuasive, either.
@218 all I can say is bless your heart and I will pray for you. Hope you didn’t pay for your JD…
check your facts, you are way over the line. Your interpretations of the Constitutional law probably line up with your interpretations of “fraud, waste and abuse of taxpayers dollars”. Not sure there is a provision that allows Scottish trips to be expensed to the American taxpaying citizen, or am I misunderstood? Corruption is nothing new to you, as we can see and smell your spin. The next time you preach a sermon over here you better bring Jesus with you because he is the only person that can help you. If we are quoting the bible lets quote what is really applicable here in this situation, shall we?
Proverbs 28:18 “Whosoever walks in integrity will be delivered, be he who is crooked in his ways will suddenly fall”
We will not yield to your shame, boring, self righteous threats. If YOU are going to threaten and call people out via this forum at least wipe off your vagina and try to find your balls somewhere up there and post YOUR NAME, you BULLY.
No go FUCK CLEAN OFF…
@218.
Loser.
Ex-PH2: I didn’t say it was Witlessone, lass. I agree fully it’s entirely too lucid to be the Witlessone.
What I said was it sounded like it might be one of the Witlessone’s defenders – specifically, one who runs a so-called “church” in SoCal. That other individual seems to be fairly lucid.
@ 218-
#2) Sign your name as such that your words will not be cloaked in cowardice.
huh?
Yeah, I’m not familiar with the SoCal person, and I did think it might have been Timmy Ramey (remember him?) who posted on behalf of Whipitout from Thailand or the PI, or some place, but said he made regular trips to the US.
I just wasn’t sure.
How come we never get anyone from Guam?
@224
I figured it. It was too obvious and too clumsy. Pretty unimaginative.
PH2–I’m surprised anyone on Guam knows how to run a computer, much less hook it up to the Internet. When I was there, you had your choice of three activities: working out, scuba diving, or drinking. I did all three.
Wait, there was also watching the car wrecks on the coral roads right after the daily rainstorm at 1500-1600. Especially considering the main gate at NAVSTA had a nice little downhill coming out the base onto Route 1/Marine Drive.
Amongst all the other garbage that MoralIPVoice spewed in his “War and Peace” diatribe, I read this:
“IN conclusion, I find what you have written and the VERBIOSE MOMENTUM [emphasis in caps added], of your execution of a man, to be no different, than the worst among us, the lizardbrain of the lowest in society.”
Verbiose momentum? Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.
What’s the antidote for diahrrea of the mouth?
Oops, 241 was me.
@241.
Plunger?
Lobotomy. Oh, wait. Looks like they tried that with him already and it didn’t work.
@241.
Drain snake?
Verbiose? Damn, I missed that little “gem”. Not only is he a freaking hypocrite (above he castigates others for not signing their name while using three different online aliases himself), it doesn’t look like the tool can spell or use spell-check either.
I prescribe copious amounts of Liquid Draino to be administered via the orifice of your choice.
@241–maybe a ballgag and nailing his hands to his desk?
Diversion tactic accomplished. I guess we can all go on about our lives, this inverted penis has saved Monkress from his impending doom!
Morality is codified in rules of behavior or governance of ones self, to regulate the conduct of individuals towards the greater good of society. These are constructed into Laws, whether Criminal or Civil as to put limits, sanctions and set boundaries and punishment on moral lapses of personal responsibility. The following are the Florida State Laws recopied and plain to see, as to relevant public information on conduct. Florida Common Law defines a communication as defamatory “if it tends so to harm the reputation of another as to lower him in the estimation of the community or to deter third persons from associating with him.” Examples of defamatory statements are virtually limitless and may include any of the following: * A communication that imputes a serious crime involving moral turpitude or a felony * A communication that exposes a plaintiff to hatred * A communication that reflects negatively on the plaintiff’s character, morality, or integrity * A communication that impairs the plaintiff’s financial well-being * A communication that suggests that the plaintiff suffers from a physical or mental defect that would cause others to refrain from associating with the plaintiff In Florida, the offense of criminal libel still exists. Whereas defamation is generally a civil matter, Florida law recognizes some types of libel as criminal offenses. Knowingly sending libelous information to a journalist, for example, is a crime, as is the malicious spreading of false statements or even rumors about institutions. 836.01 Punishment for libel. Any person convicted of the publication of a libel shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. 836.05 Threats; extortion. Whoever, either verbally or by a written or printed communication, maliciously threatens to accuse another of any crime or offense, or by such communication maliciously threatens an injury to the person, property or reputation of another, or maliciously threatens to expose another to disgrace, or to expose any secret affecting another, or to impute any deformity or lack of chastity to another, with intent thereby to extort money or any pecuniary advantage whatsoever, or… Read more »
The latter is repeated for clarity. The chief of enforcement for the State Laws noted here is:

It’s neither libel or defamatory to say Monkress is falsely claiming to be a SEAL when in fact he is not a SEAL. And I didn’t even need to cut-and-paste a bunch of names and irrelevant laws to get to the meat of this issue. This bit of free legal advice by JAGC, esq, is repeated for clarity.
