Scotty sent this to us over the weekend and I was holding on to it for a drought, but our own Ex-PH2 was excited that Daniel A. Bernath was a PH2, too. Just by looking at the rank on his sleeve, you can tell he’s a phony since, instead of laying out the bucks for new rank, he had a stripe embroidered on the sleeve. He has service stripes for twenty years of service, but his FOIA tells a different story;
3 years and change in active service, and a couple of years in the Reserves. Now let’s do some math – you’ll need most of your fingers, he’s wearing seven awards in the picture and the FOIA says that he has five. Well, finally we got a Navy phony who is not a SEAL.

@MCPO my family has a long Naval tradition, plus some Army, and my little sis was Air Force, and deployed to Saudi during the second Iraqi incursion as an MP. My Father did 4-5 years Navy in the (early 60’s?), sat on a ship off the Cuban coast during the missile crisis (just a few years before my time). My uncle did a bit of shore time in VN, I was part of his retirement as a boot SSgt mid/late 90’s, he retired AWCS after 26-28 years AD, then did JROTC in TX until he retired from that last year. Wore the uniform proudly for a very long time (and I guess you don’t ever promoted doing JROTC – WTF?). Anyway, this derbil is enjoying the beatdown of your ass-clown with enthusiasm. After this, I’d like to get the douche-bag-no-longer-rating-the-title-marine lemonade stand thief. I did a bit of research on him, he is getting a pension. And apparantly got some kids lemonade stand money. EffIng Turds. All of them. I hates them. They’re like numbers. There’s so many of them…

My friend flew into our uncontrolled airport early this morning. As a good buddie would do before our 2nd leg, I offered to fill his tank with AV fuel. Then he asked me if I wanted to pilot during take off. I said sure. So I topped his tank off. Because I was going to be in command, I conducted pre-flight checks. And guess what? Even though I personally topped of the tank, I still checked fuel quality and quantity before the flight. We had a great short flight and did not crash.

The current president of NANP has confirmed in writing that NANP has never conferred the title of Honorary Chief Petty Officer on anyone. Since they didn’t confer the title on Bernath, they have no file on him, thus no copies of the six supposed recommendation letters. I suggest whomever is in contact with the Tualatin VFW post suggest they ask Bernath for copies of the letters, especially the one from Captain Bennett. Of course he won’t have them. Then they can demand he take down from his bio the supposed statement from Captain Bennett. Or kick him out and take the whole thing down.
birddog: could you please forward a copy of that written confirmation to Jonn Lilyea, admin for TAH? I queried the board of directors of NANP concerning the matter, but never got a reply from them. I’m certain Jonn (and others) would love to have a copy of that written confirmation.

If you were that self destructive, there were all sorts of things you could have done without embarrassing yourself and eliminating any possibility of being remembered for having done any good with your life. Daniel A “Birdbath” Bernath is a mental nutcase who will never admit he is wrong about anything. His MO is to lie, bully and steal and find a way to side-step any responsibility. Exposure means nthing to him, he is already the laughing stock of the pilota forum and every court system he has dealt with. He will never change. the only thing that can be done is to make his media footprint so big that people who run into him will know what type of shit stain they arte dealing with.
He claims he also shoots weddings, among other things. I’ve seen so many people, including my own nephew and his wife, ripped off by wedding photographers that I’d like to know just how much of that inflated prose about bernutsky’s wedding photo jaunts is real and how much is baloney.
Personally, given the volume of deceit he’s created, my guess is that it’s close to 100%.

Read # 1366. NANP has confirmed that they never made Bernath an Honorary CPO. We knew that of course, but the written confirmation is quite telling. So all the letters, the horrible not standard language, the names and signatures … All fake.
So Bernath has stolen the valor of a dead Navy Captain, Milt Putnam no doubt and several others … CONFIRMED.
