Someone sent us their work on this Heeather MacKay person who claims that she’s an Air Force veteran in Strong Fitness Magazine;
Heather Mackay was a 22-year-old firefighter in the US military when she was diagnosed with brain cancer. Her disease, she was told, was caused when small brain injuries during her service activated a rare gene mutation that causes cancer cells to produce rapidly. She was given a medical discharge and underwent chemotherapy and radiation, then finally brain surgery, during which, she slipped into a coma.
When she woke up, Heather had no recollection of the last seven years. She didn’t remember anything about herself, including her one-year-old son and four-year-old daughter. She had also lost the ability to walk and talk. She had to start from scratch. Within a month or two, her memories of her family started to return, but she would spend the next year and a half in rehabilitation re-learning everything from speaking to using a fork to feed herself.
After rehab, Heather returned to the military as a K9 handler, but a year and a half later she experienced symptoms of sickness and lethargy. “As a military person, you don’t want to admit weaknesses,” recalls Heather. “Back then it was really hush-hush. You didn’t come out and say when things were wrong.”
When asked for her military records, the Air Force and the National Personnel Records Center responded “Who?”

Hey PH2, I picked up on it. That is why in my comment above I noted that “her” hips were extremely narrow for a female. But her claimed ex-mother-in-law says she is a 100% born that way female. Plus, as a photog, you know photos, depending on how they are shot, can be somewhat misleading. Other photos don’t show an adam’s apple, which is usually a give away, although not conclusive.

This states 5 weeks after mastectomy which is a bunch of bullshit. Because at 5 weeks there would be Jackson Pratt drains and an incision with glue or stitches.
I personally asked her what kind of chemotherapy she was on and she couldn’t give me not a damn single one. Talking about how it damaged her liver or some 💩.
I even did screenshots of some of her photos from Facebook. It was brought to my attention that she was a possible fake & I proceeded to inquire further. After I continued to ask questions she blocked me. I knew then she was full of shit. Being an AF Brat & working for an insurance company I knew there were no caps on insurance.
To clear the air all of you are questioning. I know both Heather and her soon to be ex husband. When I was diagnosed with cancer, my husband and her husband discussed in front of me how we were told. Her husband stated the doctor came out and gave him a pamphlet stating terminal brain cancer and what’s next. That was how he was informed of his wife’s cancer. She has had multiple other surgeries that match what cancers she has had. I also have had to assist her with daily tasks such as Washing hair or getting dressed during these times. If you knew her husband and his beliefs you would know she has always been a woman. As for trying to get her personal information she has provided all needed information to those who need it. By the way a tissue expander is not a port a Cath and you cannot feel the medicine burn. That burn was lidocaine. Chemotherapy is directly pumped into your heart through the main jugular vein and it’s tethered to the neck it’s very visible and leaves scars. Maybe you being the concerned friend should be more educated. Because based off of the conversation I had with Heather she shut me down – blocked me. When I asked her what medications she had been on. Also no oncologist will give a transplant for liver failure or kidney failure. Pretty much it’s a non stop trend of multiple maintenance medication required every 3 weeks or daily pill form. You’re the one posting about her failed marriage.
