I’m betting that he’s still driving that. If not, the plate is probably still registered to him, it should be easy enough to find someone to run the plate and find out what kind of car it’s registered to and if it’s still a valid plate.

What Ex-PH2 said. The Circuit Court Judge I met with on Monday told me they could be used in court as long as the original records were retained (i.e. you don’t delete them and are able to pull them up in court on your page if asked).

He supposedly sent it to my employer (among others) in a very clear attempt to have me removed from my job…. I can only imagine what he has attempted with you given his obvious hardon for you.
PS Bernath(and Dallas), despite what you believe. I have not been fired from my job, and in fact I have only spoken with one person about your idiocy, and that was with my Union Rep at my request. After reviewing the past history of your new pal Dallas attempting and failing at the very same thing I showed the Letter. Lots of laughter was heard. Allegations which are baseless, and actually impossible for me to have done given the way information is handled in my job just as it was when Dallas tried on his own.
I may have to submit that letter as well to the Oregon Bar, as well as Florida’s as he gives both States under his Header as an Attorney.

From what I gather anything sent out from August 2012 up until Jan 2014 where Birdbath claimed he was a licensed attorney violated the Oregon Bar’s code of ethics.

Already got it. It’s amazing what a criminal harassment complaint with the local PD will do. It is a major no-no to use them without permission. Crash and Bernath has been reported to the mouse (aka Disney) about use of their licensed images in a derogatory manner on the same page as allegations of child sexual abuse.

May not be particularly helpful, but the general rule is to report any criminal activity in the jurisdiction in which you reside. With these clowns, I would also let your local LE agency or agencies know that similar complaints are being made in other jurisdictions by other individuals.
Many people have learned in court that you don’t screw with “the Mouse”… they are real vindictive when it comes to people illegally using their property.

All he needs to do now is sleep with his “client” Dallas W. to complete the circle (however, I have my doubts that Wickre would actually sign a retainer agreement with someone so low-rent, but then again, like my experience with Branum, I doubt Bernath actually uses retainer agreements as required). I also recall a typical rule where if one has an address on his letterhead for, say Oregon or Florida, he should say “not licensed in Oregon [or Florida].”

I’ve seen a lot of this lately in the youth sports arena where I spend a great deal of time. Anytime a parent doesn’t receive the desired outcome regarding a suspension for fouls accumulated or failing to abide by league rules the lawyer threat pops out…they quickly learn that judges are not really fond of idiotic lawsuits over rules the plaintiff agreed to follow as a condition of being permitted entrance into the league. We’ve not lost a suit yet, and we require the loser to repay our attorney fees and travel costs before allowing the player and his family back into the league. That tends to keep the number of stupid to a relatively low percentage but it never removes it entirely.
This fellow seems to be one dancing a fine line currently, I suspect a few more mis-steps will have a result he will not enjoy at all.
