Let’s take a look at what is owned today compared to what was owned in the past. The younger generation have their electronics, internet, technology, etc. They have video games, access to products that didn’t exist for prior generations, etc.
A look at what we have in our homes, compared to that of previous generations, show that we’re living with a better “living style” than those that came before us.
My Dad had a telephone and a typewriter in the master room.
My master room? I have a laptop with internet access, a large screen TV also with internet feed, two telephones, Easter lights/decor, a hallway that separates two walk in closets, a bathroom that contains a full and partial room within it. That’s just my room.
I know a millennial whose room has what looks like a “command center” in the corner, curved screens next two a couple of other screens, additional electronics that streams shows, etc. This is not including his phone, Alexa “interlink”, his bathroom, etc.
