0/4/3 not too bad but not too good, improvements will show up tomorrow. Must have been some of those radicals from middle east, they seem to hide behind women when bullets start flying, at least they weren’t wearing dresses. 54 and last name Pigg, last name suggests wide body and thus large target and slow getaway, age suggests definite numb nuts. Friends do not ask friends to borrow money especially when just armed with a bat and a knife, borrow money first and buy gun and go back for more money is better as would not get hole in body the first time and hopefully with luck dirt nap second time. Now back to doing pots and pans, Ex needs them for noon meal at chow hall.
Been noticing a trend. People knocking on the door asking for gas money, then trying to break in. And more women involved, didn’t use to see that.
Interesting times.
My thoughts exactly. I am always a little leery of people stopping by at night, mostly because I don’t live near any of my friends any more (thanks to the military). While I know our neighbors, I just don’t hang out with them.
This Comedian points out the differences of 20years ago and today very well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9hv0M4mnrE8
^word^ Firebase Magnolia has a 3/4 wrap around porch and 3 “front” doors. What few times someone has knocked on the door, they are approached from a door they didn’t knock at. Gets their startled attention real fast. Prolly don’t hurt that a 12 gg pump or double barrel is casually pointing just off center and down. Usually gets a stammer and a “Oh I thought this was so and so’s house.” The highly visible “Beware Dog” signs keeps it to a minimum. That and the word up from the “hood”; “That white boy be cra-cra, he will shoot yo azz.” Good times.
Outcast, we’ll roll today’s winnings into the pot for the Saturday FGS. Jeff LPH 3 should have the Brinks Truck here by then. I need to change out the rock in the stream so I can wash some threads. The old one broke.
Might get crowded in the cab as those in the kitchen seem to want to escort me everywhere so I do not escape from KP duty, will be standing in front on ground level.
5th/77th;
When you take out the old rock from the stream, you can use it as a low tech weather predictor. Put the rock outside the window and if it is wet, then it is raining and if dry, it’s not raining. I’m not off my “Rocker” on this one./Grin.
I already have an Native American weather forecasting storm gauge, it is suspended down from tripod and also tells as to wind blowing or not
That’s why my girl knows how to use the weapons strategically located throughout Camp Roh-Dog.
It makes me all giddy thinking of her, standing 6’ and built, over a baddie, SBR with a tac light pointed at the idiot.
If Paul hadn’t have been so Piggish by stealing from the storage shed, he could have gotten away by stealing less. Home invaders now using pepper spray at the door? What a gas or blast as we used to say back in the 50’s.
