From Chicago, Illinois;

Pablo Sosa, 35, stabbed a 25-year-old man nine times on Tuesday and attempted to flee the scene on a bicycle, Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney Lorraine Scaduto said, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

Sosa was wielding knives in both of his hands, according to a police report obtained by the newspaper.

When he made his escape, an unknown man clocked Sosa in the head with a bottle, and other witnesses surrounded Sosa until police arrived at the scene, Scaduto said. Sosa remained hospitalized with minor cuts and a torn tendon in his knee, he added.

From San Antonio, Texas;

Deputies at the scene said the homeowner heard noises outside a home on the 7200 block of Glen Bay around 3:30 a.m. The homeowner, believing someone was break in, grabbed a gun and shot the suspect from inside the house.

The burglary suspect, a man in his early 30s, was found by deputies lying on the ground outside. He had been shot multiple times. He was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center.

The criminal is in critical condition.

When protecting Life, Limb and Property, there is one good reaction:
“The burglary suspect, a man in his early 30s, was found by deputies lying on the ground outside. He had been shot multiple times.”
But if you live in Chicago where only the bad guys have guns, and knives, you may need to keep a bottle at hand to defend yourself with.

“shot the suspect from inside the house”
then dragged him inside and shot him again.
With a throw down.
Terrible suicide.
The homeowner was distraught over being unable to prevent it.
“I tried your honor”
