Wednesday morning feel good stories
In McAlla, Alabama two intruders tried to force their way into a home. The homeowner shot one of the people, and they were found leaving the area on foot by deputies.
A man kicked in the front door of a Vallejo, California home startling the homeowner who armed himself and engaged the target. The burglar was DOT (dead over there) at the hospital.
A homeowner in East Lansing, Michigan turned back three gunmen who had forced their way into his residence with a single shot. Police don’t think he hit any of the men who fled at the sound of the gun shot.
In Las Vegas, Nevada, 13-year-old Fabriccio Patti was shot and killed by a store clerk when he tried to rob the store with a gun. Patti and his two accomplices were masked and armed for their escapade. Patti was DRT (dead right there).
Among his bad choices the other night in Columbus, Ohio, 24-year-old Samuel A. Dozier chose to rob a man who had a concealed weapon permit. Dozier is now contemplating the trajectory of his life from a hospital bed.
In Natchez, Mississippi a store clerk fired his weapon at a thief, missing his target, but that ended the robbery as the thief fled the scene.

Queuing up parental outrage at the Las Vegas robbery victim for excessive use of force because Fabriccio was really a good little boy in 3..2..1..
Doubt it. Sounds more like he was trying to impress Guido and get a leg up as a loan shark.
Now the store clerk is facing charges. I guess that Obama’s America, 300 yutes are allowed to invade a store, strip the shelves bare, and the owners have to stand there dumbfounded because their lives are not in imminent danger.

Uummmm……is that from viewing the FULL tape, or an edited version?
Oh, okay, remind me to never go to Las Vegas because self-defense is not a valid defense, period. Sorry, but I’m on Mr. Sunna’s side. I hope he has a good lawyer.
The local paper is calling it “murder”. The cops are charging the clerk with murder, and there’s a piece saying that the kid’s father forgives the clerk for “murdering” his son.
What else is a lying media going to call it but murder, they don’t get headlines for saying a good guy with a GOOD gun, defended himself from a bad guy……not in obozo’s world!
Reading the follow-up stories, the videos from inside the smoke shop reportedly show that at no point was the clerk’s life in danger. The reports do not mention that the teens had a gun – just that they entered the store and grabbed merchandise:
“At a news conference, Metro Lt. Dan McGrath said, the clerk was charged after the surveillance tape inside the store was viewed “no less than a dozen times, at all different angles” by several people.
The three kids entered the business and grabbed merchandise.
“There was not person who saw the video that believed that he (Sunna) was in imminent jeopardy or being threatened,” Lt. McGrath said.”
There seems to be more to this than is first reported.
How many times is a Clerk supposed to stand there while a flash mob strips his store blind? You want to bet that this is not the first time that the store has been robbed like this?

I’m not copying the whole article to here, but it reads toward the bottom of the page like the clerk should be able to get charges dropped.
Good.
I’m not sure about Californicate, but in Texas we can shoot to prevent the loss of property we cannot easily replace.
That is a sloppy explanation, but within nuking distance of the legalese.
It seems to me they entered with the intent to steal and that also seems like burglary to me, so is a man not allowed anymore to protect his property? Just how was he to know they were not armed, and do we know for sure they weren’t?
If you are a thug, a punk, a wannabe gangster, and you try to harm us, rob us, harm our family and friends, we have a warning:
WE WILL SHOOT YOU!
You overslept bad this morning did you? You are normally first and sometimes second. But this late?
🙂
One more Perforated Patti who won’t have the opportunity to pass along his Stoopid genes to the next generation. And the gene pool is a little bit cleaner for it.
I found the comments on the Vallejo, CA story ver-r-r-ry interesting.
Or from the story itself:
“After shooting the suspect, the resident escaped out a second floor window.”
Good morning. Everybody had there own gun and used it.
*their*
I beat you to it Lars.
Some need a bit of range time. To many misses here lately. Waste of good ammo.
