Robert Grant from Hollister, Missouri, was sentenced to ten years in prison when he and his nephew forced their way into a home and encountered the armed homeowner who held the pair at gun point until the police arrived.
In Sacramento, California, a family called police to report a burglar, when police arrived they found the suspect DRT (dead right there).
A woman in Richmond, Texas, went outside to settle an argument that was taking place in her yard. She was stabbed and her son took up a firearm to end the attack. No one was injured in the gun fire.
Nathan Petty arrived at his home in Spokane Washington just in time to see 30-year-old David Melvin leaving Petty’s home. Petty ran Melvin to the ground and subdued him until the police arrived. Melvin claimed that he was just innocently walking down the street when petty assaulted him for no reason. The police disagreed with Melvin.
