Wednesday morning feel good stories

| February 17, 2016

In Nitro, West Virginia, a speeding car turned into a driveway and hit a parked car. The homeowner came out of his house to investigate and the driver slapped him. An altercation ensued, until the homeowner plugged the offender with his second shot from his handgun. The offender is in surgery for his non-life threatening gun shot wound.

In Memphis, Tennessee, a female homeowner plugged a guy trying to break into her home. In the article, the wounded fellow becomes the “victim” as soon as the evil gun altered the trajectory of his life. But he’s expected to survive after fleeing the scene and flagging down the police for help.

In Hendersonville, North Carolina, a homeowner returned to find a strange truck in his driveway that contained a few thousands of dollars worth of his property. He pulled out his cell phone to call the police, but the thief took it from his hand and tossed it. Then the thief shoved his gun the homeowner’s face prompting the homeowner to return the gesture. He fired at the thief who un-assed the AO. As the homeowner went inside his house to call 9-1-1, the thief returned and fired a few times at the citizen and ran away again. The police picked him up at the scene of a domestic disturbance a few nights later and he’s been served notice of charges for about five other charges.

In Richardson, Texas, police got a call from a homeowner who was holding a thief at gun point. While police headed in that direction, 22-year-old, Derick Roderick Jackson, tried to gain control of the firearm, so the homeowner shot him. He was DRT (dead right there) by the time the police arrived.

In Lockland, Ohio, another homeowner called police about a burglary in progress. When police arrived, one burglar was DRT. Three others were arrested by the police on the scene. A fourth escaped in the getaway car.

In some places, (such as Memphis), the press portrays a home invader as the victim. No, The homeowner is the victim, no matter how loudly the press or the momma scream that “he was a good boy” and that he could have been told to leave.
In most other places the intruders get shot or get beat the hell up, by the intended victim.

Agreed. Someone should send fox13 a dictionary.
When someone’s home is being broken into there ain’t time for a philosophical debate or life-coaching. If the situation is present and escalating the sanctioned method of de-escalation should be 5 pounds of trigger squeeze and dispensed justice north of 900fps.

That’s typical of airheaded liberal reporters these days, they see the perp as a “Victim of Society” or any of the other sugar-coated liberal crap that’s poured into their heads while they’re in urinalism school.

Roh-Dog

That “Victim of Society” narrative is pervasive. I’m sure this $1B will be a great investment. https://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2016/02/02/president-obama-proposes-11-billion-new-funding-address-prescription

Was just reading comments a couple of days ago to an article about the kid whose arm was torn off by his attempted-victim in a shoe robbery. Was a commenter (nancysinatrasboots?) who very seriously advocated for the kid to get lifetime disability and benefits because he was the victim….absolutely amazes me that people who thinkj like that are allowed to walk around loose without adult supervision.

There I fixed it for ya.

2 for 5 DRTs ain’t half bad. Also, is Claymore alright? I could only notice that my weekly mainlining of cancer didn’t come about yesterday.

That’s because the Democratic Underground took a Picnic Above Ground, and you know what happens to Vampires in direct sunlight . . .

There was a man drivin’ hard
He ended up in someone’s yard
To the victim he did slap
And for his troubles he got capped
