Monday morning feel good stories
So start off your week with these stories from around the country who are “good guys with guns” from Chief Tango. The first story comes from Florida;
Police released surveillance images of the suspect who entered the business around 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
Officers say the suspect had what appeared to be a gun, but later turned out to be a pellet gun.
That’s when the clerk took out his own gun and fired at the suspect, who then ran out of the store.
Once outside, police say the suspect tried to carjack the clerk’s wife, but the clerk followed him outside and shot at him.
The next story comes from Oklahoma;
According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, around 3:15 p.m. police responded to a shooting call in the 2400 block of N. Moulton Drive after they say a son living in the home made the call that his father had shot and killed an intruder.
Oklahoma City Police Staff Sergeant Billy Payne says the incident is still under investigation.
“The suspect was supposedly shot inside the home, ” Payne said.” I don’t know if he passed away inside or outside the home.”
Neighbors in the area said the homeowner was a pastor at a local church and that he encourages his congregation to arm themselves should situations like this occur.

A preacher that understands. I’m impressed.
Reminds me of a pretty good Clint Eastwood movie.
