Neo-Nazi’s Internet threats earns him 17 years of incarceration

Bill-White

Someone dropped off a link on our Facebook page about this Neo-Nazi fellow by the name of Bill White who earned himself 17-and-a-half years in prison for his internet death threats to a former Federal prosecutor and an FBI agent.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office reports that a federal judge in Orlando sentenced 38-year-old William White on Friday. White is originally from Roanoke, Va. He was convicted in September of sending interstate threats with the intent to extort and using personal information without lawful authority in furtherance of a crime of violence. The new sentence will run consecutively with a nearly-8-year sentence he’s already serving for a separate federal case out of Virginia.

Mister White, the racist, cowardly, bullying POS, also sent threats to his targets’ children and grandchildren. It all sounds so familiar, but you know, justice being what it is these days, I’m pretty sure that our case won’t have the same outcome, in spite of similar conditions.

Double standards be DAMNED….

I hope things go differently this time.

I want to hear two things in the near future…..

“Somewhere in the Mid-Atlantic….

*KLINK*….WAHHHHHHHH!!!!! MOMMMMMMYYYY!!!!”
“You sure got a purty mouth”

“Meanwhile in the Pacific Northwest…….

*KLINK*….WAHHHHHHHH!!!!! MOMMMMMMYYYY!!!!”
“You sure got a purty mouth”

“…interstate threats with the intent to EXTORT…”

It was the extortion, not specifically the death threats, that got him landed in jail. That’s why your mileage may vary.

Ex-PH2

Now, Jonn, you know I love you. I really do. (Don’t tell the missus.)

But you needn’t feel neglected by The Law.

THEY KNOW. It will all come crashign down on that fat bastard.

Just go to the shooting range and get some gunpowder therapy, and be home in time for dinner.

Pinto Nag

That’s not the same, I’m afraid. There has to be a demand of money for this kind of extortion. It’s basically a form of blackmail.

A Proud Infidel®™

You mean like someone saying something like “Send me $600 and I won’t sue you…”?

Pinto Nag

Just from what I read, it sounds like he attempted to extort money to not make personal information public that could have exposed the agent and the prosecutor to personal harm, possibly from criminals they had dealt with in the past. In other words, in this type of extortion there has to be a demand for money, and there has to be a threat of bodily harm linked to the demand for money. TSO or one of our legal eagles could explain it better than me, I’m sure.

OWB

Your explanation, PN, sounds pretty much right on to this also-not-a-lawer. And sounds pretty much like the exact words/threats we have read posted here by some or several idiots.

OWB

Good.

Sometimes things dont turn out like these idiots plan them. Always expect the unexpected. Ah, the best laid plans of men and mice. Happy holidays to almost all.

I am thankful for Al Gore inventing the Internet. Otherwise I never would have known the genius of Paul K. Wickre. This year when I drop that check into the Salvation Army kettle, I will attach a note requesting that Paul and his significant other get an extra scoop of mashed taters when they hit up the soup kitchen for their Christmas meal.

Thunderstixx

One of the best moments in television, ever !!!

With God as my witness !!!!!

I still watch it right around this time of year. Gets me laughing every time !!!

Psulie will do hard time. He’s gonna snap soon and when that happens he’s gonna do something stupid(er). The only question is Federal, State or County? I’m betting Federal.

You forgot what’s behind the curtain, a dirt nap. There’s always that. Not a death threat, I mean it’s coming to all of us anyway, some people just seem to want to hurry it along.

mike

Maybe this guy could spell and work Grammar so they thought he actually had some competence and might actually be dangerous.

NHSparky

Maybe the Lemon Party Triad will take a hint?

Shit, even I couldn’t keep a straight face while typing that.

nbcguy54

Doubt that they will get the hint, but they should know that they don’t know what various members of the TAH nation do in their other lives: some of us may be state or federal prosecutors or LEOs, so when make threats here they could be cellmates of Mr White.

Just an Old Dog

Psul/Palmer ( of the ballsack) has made numerous threats via the internet and Birdbath has tried to extort people out of money by saying that a 500 or 600 dollar “fee” would get them dropped off his lawsuit.
Birdbath got in hot water for this on at east one occasion. He cashed a client’s settleent check without their permission and took his “cut”, When they disputed it with him he threatened to sue them on some trumped up bullshit,, unless of course they paid him additional money.

Green Thumb

This is their MO.

Palmer (of the Ballsack), Phildo, Bernath, Dullas and all the rest….).

Losers.

Thunderstixx

Well… I guess the threats of holding my breath until I turn blue unless someone sends me 500 bucks could land me in the pen…
Oh well, never mind…
