Sunday morning feel good story

| September 28, 2014

Police line

This morning’s feel good story comes from Chicago, where an off-duty cop heard someone break down his door on Friday afternoon. He shot that fellow and found two others in his yard one of whom pointed a gun at the Officer and was rewarded with his daily requirement of lead. the third fellow wisely made his escape.

Another intruder in Chicago ran into a former Marine with a fishing knife;

An ex-marine killed a burglar with a fishing knife when the intruder set off his father`s security alarm. His father says the burglar made it sound like he had an armed accomplice and his son was just trying to survive.

Link is wrong on the Marine story. Here is the correct one.

But both stories are a heartwarming beginning to a Sunday.

Joe Williams

Kerry, the Marine made a for real knife kill. Marines 1 Kerry 0. Adapt overcome. The thief was lucky,a paring knife was not used. Sharp Hand Salute Joe

Story #2 – More up close and personal than I care to usually contemplate, but you do what needs doing with what tools you have to hand. Good work, gyrene! A fishing knife, eh? It’s a wonder he didn’t finish the job by filleting the yute.

There’s no such thing as an ex-Marine. They are former Marines, stupid reporter.

However, now we will hear how the “victim” was always a good boy and he was murdered by a crazed veteran.
