NRA News; Dom Raso; “Assault Weapons”
The folks at NRA News send us their latest commentary from Dom Raso and his friend Jerry, a New Jersey SWAT officer who talk about scary black guns;
Jerry: That monster that sleeps under the bed, that evil AR-15, it really doesn’t exist in today’s criminal society.
Jerry: In the twenty-one years of law enforcement that I’ve been doing this, I’ve come across four or five. You know, rarely do we see an AK or an AR-15.
Jerry: We’re really talking about two, three percent of criminal activity. And that’s including these active killing situations that involve AR-15s and AK-47s. We don’t see them on a daily basis—I rarely see them and I work in a really progressive town.

Golly, but those law-abiding AR-15 owners are the problem… gun-grabbers have to take away their ARs before they can be trouble, you know.
The anti gun nutters do not care about facts or statistics, if they did they would not be trying to ban firearms at all.
You can show them all the figures i nthe world, all the facts, it won’t matter… they will bring up some tragedies to make their point. Doesn’t matter how isolated or rare something like those are, it’s all about emotion not facts.

I am closely watching my AK-47 and I lock both up in my gun safe each night.Scary black rifles, I have some custom black stock bolt action rifles that are scary accurate.Oh my AR-10 is a green stocked rifle. I am so sick of hearing reporters,congress critters and LEO call a smi-automatic rifle a assult rifle. An assult RIfle has select fire ablitly either burst or full fire with one pull of the trigger.The collection that I have gains more value each year than any of the investment plans.I will not the goverment sieze my investment without fair market value.
