Hey, Russia TV; Matthis is not an Afghanistan veteran, either
The other day, I wrote to Russia TV that they’re making a mistake by having Jake Diliberto on their new programs and claiming that he’s a veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan War. So what do they do? They put Matthis on to tell the audience about the war in Afghanistan. He admits that he wasn’t there “that long” – yeah six days that the Army didn’t even put in your records isn’t “that long”.
To his credit, when the journalist wanted him to say that we need to be very afraid of returning events veterans, Matthis answered that he personally would never be afraid of another veteran. So I’ll clap him on the back for that.

One thing that really pisses me off about the reporter is the part at the end where she clearly tries to slander Soldiers and drive the narrative that we should be feared and can turn violent at any time.
Since TSO has been in Afghanistan for 6 days or so now does that qualify under Matthis rules as a second tour?

This bitch pisses me off. I’m so very tired of hearing about people who have NEVER been to or fought a war talk about what it is and what it does to us. Furthermore, the burning of the Koran wasn’t some war atrocity, it was fucking force pro.
I’m writing this as I listen to the video, so more shit that pisses me off keeps spewing from that cunt’s mouth. I don’t know why she seems to think my psyche is damaged, but she’s wrong there, too.
Looks like the tools of the left are indeed attempting to replicate the 60’s. More damage was done to Viet Nam vets by the lefty weinies than by the war.
We must remain vigilant to counter their victory in that regard again.

Whether it’s Vietnam or Iraq circa 05-06 they want an American loss so badly they can taste it. Their “concern” is just poorly disguised loathing of America and her military. The scrunt feeds into the Russian desire for an America as pathetic as their own dysfunctional basket state. I wonder how the American record on “atrocities” compares to Russia’s gentle hand in Chechnya? Care to address that RussiaTV?

I think it definately qualifies. Also, when he gets back, be very careful that you don’t catch one of those contagious cases of PTSD. You don’t have to be there, see anything, or actually do anything, you only have to hear about the stuff to be traumatized.
