DNC launches “Attack Watch”
The perpetually paranoid Democrat National Committee notified me today that they have launched a new website to defend against “smears” about the president called Attack Watch. You don’t have to register your email address, just click on the banner to proceed if you land on the registration page.
The smears didn’t end with the 2008 election. President Obama’s opponents are still using false allegations against the President and his record in an attempt to derail the momentum of this movement.
That’s why we’re launching Attack Watch—to provide a hub for the facts and fight back with the truth.
But we can’t do it alone. We need your help to render these attacks ineffective and expose them as the worst kind of politics. There are lots of ways to get involved: join our Attack Wire to stay up to date on the latest from our opponents, help spread the President’s message by signing up to volunteer, or donate to support this site and the campaign as a whole.

President Obama is a friend to Israel, despite unfounded claims to the contrary.
President Obama believes in common sense gun control laws compatible with Second Amendment rights.
President Obama is eliminating outdated regulations while strengthening commonsense standards to promote health and saftey [sic].
President Obama has proven the existence of unicorns and if you haven’t received yours yet, you’ll only get it if he’s reelected in 2012.
Millions of Americans are getting a lifetime supply of Skittles and Puddin’ Pops. Yours are being delivered by the USPS, if they don’t go out of business first.
President Obama has authorized the Medal of Honor for everyone in the country to comply with the Ninth Circuit’s finding that the Stolen Valor Act is a violation of the First Amendment. Only people in Blue States are authorized the Purple Heart, however. That may change after the election.
President Obama has outlawed paying your mortgage and after January 20, 2013 you can stop paying yours.
President Obama saved or created your job and this how you repay him?
President Obama will end illegal immigration by throwing open the borders…on January 21st, 2013, of course.
Ok, I may have made some of those up, but you get the idea behind “Attack Watch”.

Except I don’t think they think they are being Orwellian. Some of these people still think he is the second coming. It is eery. I have liked candidates and presidents before, but could always see their weak spots.
Obama is a friend to Israel and to the 2nd Amendment– That is like saying George Bush was a Saddam Hussein supporter!

And, to beat a perfectly dead horse, had Bush or Cheney done the same thing to Americans?
