NLRB to prosecute zombie CEO

| July 14, 2011

It’s about time this administration began addressing the impending zombie epoch (from Labor Union Report);

Every week the NLRB [National Labor Relations Board] publishes a summary of NLRB decisions. In the Board’s latest weekly summary, there was one decision summary that seemed rather unique since it stated:

The Board granted the Acting General Counsel’s Motion for Default Judgment based on the Respondent’s failure to file an answer to the complaint. The Board found that the death of BLSI, LLC’s owner and the insolvency of his estate did not constitute good cause for the Respondent’s failure to answer the complaint.

Throw those zombies in jail where they belong. Thanks to Bev Perlson for the link.

OK, along with Dept of Ag. and the Dept of Education, and Energy, the NLRB goes on the list of things to be abolished. This is asshattery in the First Degree.

This is your brain, this is your brain on left/liberal big gov’t bureaucracy… any questions?

Oh Hell

So, what exactly are they proposing to actually do to this guy? I mean, he’s dead, right? Talk about kicking a dead horse….
