8 years ago Dec 28 2017 I commented that Army National Guard trooper went to visit his family up in Bronx nyc when the dwelling that the family was living in was on fire and without hesitation, he ran in and rescued a number of residents and on his going in for another “grab’ he subcumbed to smoke inhalation and passed away at the scene.
RIP ANG Trooper Emmanuel Mensan.
