Sounds like all three had a bad case of the FAFO….two of them terminally. And I hope the third one hurt…..a lot.
Anyone have a pool started on “if” and “when” the third one will die of staph?
One can only root for the staph to set in on him, Tox. He will be having to use a staff to walk around for awhile, so there is that. There is a good chance that he will show up again, ‘specially if Ms Thang gets some range time and he bothers her again. We can rejoice in a twofer Thursday DRT. Like the song says…”…and two out of three ain’t bad….”
Going to war with a SAA that makes an Earth Shattering KA-BOOOM instead of a plink plink plink could go a long way to making one victorious. Had to go give my .45 Long Colt a hug.
A .45 on rabbits or treerats is kinda … overdone.
That wrangler is a decent, reliable .22. If not pretty, it’s pretty good.
Yeah, but I ain’t going to war against rabbits and/or tree rats. Against them, I “let loose the Dog of War”, Coco Puffy Puppy. I do have some appropriate calibers in case his cry (bark) of havoc allows them to escape (seldom do they) to try and fight another day. My snarky comment was to tie in today’s quote and the gun pr0n. My Big Boy’s Toy Store pard that’s holding the 10/22 for me has several wrangler types that I could (and may do so) get cheap when I finally find time to get to his place.
Bonnie Brae Dr. – near my old stomping grounds which has since turned into a cesspool.
IIRC, the paramedic is not qualified to pronounce a person deceased. When I rode with HFD during my EMT-B training we had a car crash victim whose skull was split wide open, brain matter on the concrete post 20 yds away. We had to wait for a JP to come pronounce him dead.
Either things have changed (doubtful) or the reporter is confused/using incorrect terminology.
McCoy, “He’s dead, Jim”.
I inherited love of single action only revolvers from my dad. He had these Ruger SAOs .45, .44 Mag, .41 Mag, .22, .17HMR among others. Well. . . until that unfortunate boating accident. . .
