KILLEEN, Texas — Texas Department of Public Safety Sgt. Bryan Washko identified John Darrel Schultz of Kempner, Texas, as the man who drove through the Killeen mall Saturday night, ultimately being shot and killed by authorities.

It started around 5 p.m. when a DPS trooper tried to pull over Schultz, 53, driving a black truck near the intersection of I-35 and I-14 in Belton. He refused to stop and eventually exited I-14 and drove into the Killeen parking lot and through the front doors of the JC Penney, Washko said.

Washko said a DPS trooper and Killeen Police Officer ran after Schultz as he drove several hundred yards into the mall, running over multiple people.

Four people were taken to the hospital with injuries ranging from severe to minor, Washko said. A fifth person took themself to the hospital. Washko said their ages ranged from as young as 6 to 75-year-old.

Washko said officers from DPS, Killeen police and three other agencies “engaged in gunfire” with Schultz.

“We had DPS, Killeen Police Department and three other local agencies, officers that were off duty that were in the Killeen mall that neutralized the suspect and kept him from harming and possibly killing any more people,” Washko said.

Police K-9 in Wisconsin aids in seizure of 15 grams of fentnayl, 900 messages of drug activity found on phone

Adam Rosen
HARTFORD, Wis. (WFRV) – A police officer and his K-9 partner seized about 15 grams of meth/fentanyl during a traffic stop in Wisconsin while finding hundreds of texts concerning drug dealing.

According to a Facebook post from the Hartford Police Department, Officer Parker noticed a speeding car that ran a red light and initiated a traffic stop. The suspect vehicle didn’t initially stop, but the driver was reportedly making movements towards the center console.

Officer Parker’s partner K-9 Flash was deployed for a free air sniff during the stop and alerted to the presence of drugs. During a search initiated by probable cause, officers located 15.34 grams of pressed pills, which were tested and found to be meth/fentanyl pills.

38 pills were located in the form of small candy pieces. The driver consented to a search of his phone to prove he wasn’t a drug dealer. The phone search resulted in officers finding over 900 text messages concerning drug activity, including delivery details.

Who’s a good boy? T-bones and belly rubs for Flash! The dealer spreading his wares in candy form, not so much. I’m trying to figure how allowing the Po-Po to access one’s phone proves a negative, but the point is moot as he is a dealer and the phone did contain evidence supporting that. I’m also sure his customers will appreciate Officer Friendly stopping by with some difficult questions. Thanks Gun Bunny.

President Elect Toxic Deplorable Racist SAH Neande

At first I thought the Texas drive through was a copycat of the German Christmas Market drive through (an eternal curse on “Dr” Muzzie’s name).
But it seems as if the Texas drive through was just a good ol’ boy trying to evade a po-po stop.
Still doesn’t lessen the hurt done to the customers and the store.

Finally! ‘Ed has decided to stop teasing KoB with fugly guns, and posted a nice looking mouse gun.
And if one decides to follow the linkie, one can read (you CAN read, can’t you KoB?) that the Ruger LCP has distant ancestry to JMB (Howitzer Be His Name) through the 1903 and 1910 pocket pistols.
So quit’cher bitchin’ KoB and enjoy the scenery.
Are you happy to see me? Or is that a mouse (gun) in your pocket?

Oh I can read writing, Tox…just have a problem writing reading sometimes. Auto corrupt is a real muther forklift and that whole “voice to text” has a problem translating Southern American to proper English Grammar. We won’t even talk about me “dangling participle”. And, no…that’s not a mouse gun in my pocket, I’m glad to see you, just not in a homo sort of way. And ALL decent auto loaders have their roots in the designs of HMS JMB (HBHN)…even the ones that have turned into plastic abominations.

Home boy was just re-enacting a scene from the Blues Brothers. Sadly, for him the popo did the shoot thing instead of the chase thing.

Had to do a little digging to get the picture of K-9 Officer Flash. Our Beloved AW1Ed loves him a Good Doggy story…almost as much as he loves a good documentary on Naval Aviation.

Doesn’t have to be cold blue steel in one’s hand, it can be stainless steel…or nickle plated steel…or aircraft grade lightweight alloys. Fight back…bring any and every weapon to bear.
