Argument leads to deadly shooting in Bay St. Louis, police say
BAY ST. LOUIS, Miss. (WLOX) – Bay St. Louis Interim Police Chief Alvin Kingston announced they’re investigating a shooting that left one man dead.
On Saturday, December 14, officers were called to a home in the 900 block of Bookter Street for reports of a shooting.
Once officers arrived, they found a male suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency medical services were immediately provided and he was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Despite efforts to save him, he died from his injuries.
Following an investigation, it was determined the victim and the suspect knew each other.
Before the shooting, the victim, who was the ex-boyfriend of a female who lived there, came to the home against a protection order with a weapon. Investigators determined it to be a domestic violence protection order.
The two got into an argument, which led to another family member at the house shooting the ex-boyfriend.

Nothing says “I love you” like violating a restraining order. Thanks, Gun Bunny.
When law and morality contradict each other the citizen has the cruel alternative of either losing his sense of morality or losing his respect for the law.

Make sure yours is the only story told to the po-po.
And once again, for the ump-teenth time, “dude, she’s just not that into you any more. But her (new boyfriend’s) boolit is. Time to move on. Oh…..wait……nebbermind.”
story said another family member who lived at the house… could be a kid or brother/sister.
Ya missed an new addition to the T2NB2AGF Binder, Tox. Indiana dood carried “…aggressive remarks and furtive movements…aggressive manner,” to a gunfight. (from the article) Don’t think that’s in the binder, I may be wrong.
Sounds like Mississippi Queen done found her a new Prince. And, once again, calling the dead dood a “victim”? Victim of his own teh stoopid.
The moral of the story lately is the lawers have no morals and those with morals have to take the law into their own hands.
“…lightweight short-stroke…” That’s what she said when Hack tried to interest her in some soft wear.
If you got unalived because you violated a protection order and caused an incident, you are NOT the victim. I sure wish what passes for “journalism” would get that situation right.
