The FBI falsely labels a veteran as a facilitator of domestic terror

| March 23, 2023

Mike Glover finished his military career and started a new chapter in his life. He founded an organization that focuses on emergency prevention. This is a veteran lead organization. Then, Glover noticed action being taken against his social media. It did not stop here. His mother saw a social media account of hers deleted. Glover stated that someone within the FBI stopped the investigation as the former had done no wrong.

From Fox News:

Former U.S. Green Beret servicemember Mike Glover, who founded American Contingency to provide disaster relief and support, told Fox News that he feels betrayed by the country he spent nearly two decades protecting after a whistleblower complaint exposed by the Rep. Jim Jordan, the current chair of the House Judiciary Committee, confirmed that his organization was targeted by the FBI and falsely designated a facilitator of domestic terror.

“It’s horrible,” Glover said in an interview Tuesday on “Tucker Carlson Tonight.” “I’m an entrepreneur first. That is what I wanted to do after a long time of service, and it just sucks being targeted by a country. My mom was targeted. My mom’s Facebook account was deleted because the FBI communicated to social media and destroyed all the social media accounts. My mom came here from Korea from meeting my military dad in the Army, and we are dealing with this. She is dealing with this. Her small beauty salon…is dealing with this.”

In a letter made public in September, Jordan said the FBI associated American Contingency with domestic terrorism, despite its own investigation proving otherwise, in an effort to “advance a misleading political agenda.”

Quoting an unnamed whistleblower from inside the bureau, Jordan said the FBI investigated Glover’s military records, his veteran’s disability rating, and even his monthly disability benefit before ultimately determining he was not a perpetrator or instigator of domestic terror but instead a “decorated veteran of the United States” whose military record and frequent social media posts reflect his “patriotism for the United States.”

However, the FBI maintained a terror designation on American Contingency despite thoroughly investigating the organization and its founder, Jordan’s letter states.

This guy is a Prepper, he gives advice on how to be ready for an emergency. While a lot of the people that whatch his channels and subscribe to his services are right wiing nut cases and conspiracy theorist (or is it Spoiler Alertists), he leans closer to center. I have seen some of his content and if he would move away from the rants (about them targeting him) his information would be very useful.
Emergency preparedness:

  1. Have a Fire Extinguisher in your house

1.a. Know where it is and how to use it
2.b. Check it once a year
2. Have an Evacuation Plan in case of Fire
3. Have a shelter in place plan in case of Storm
4. Have a First Aid Bag in case of all the above
5. Have a Back Up Gear (BUG) Outside the home bag (BUG Out bag) in case you need to leave in a hurry

Today’s FBI is dirtier than a third world abortion clinic!

Somehow those 3rd world clinics serve AMAZING soup. I wish I knew their recipes.

Been watching Mike for years. Out of a wholeass group of vets discussing preparedness and the societal rot, he’s pretty freaking tame.

Here in the Empire of Lies thou shall not bite the hand…, you government properties should remember that.

They’ve been spinning these reasonings for disenfranchisement of ‘radical’ vets now for ages, but with the J6 provocation and fast freddy this is accelerating, quick.

Got ammo? Food? Friends with skillz? (Don’t get honey trapped, my knitters)

Agreed, I don’t watch him religiously, but he seems to be the affable sort that likes to share his experiences and takes on things. In a way, he reminds me of a few of my former TOG buddies who had the privilege of serving in two uniquely different special units: The Old Guard and Special Forces. Mike was a Tomb Guard, and a recent video showed he still has the M14 inspection down after a couple of decades serving on the front lines and now being retired.

timactual

“he still has the M14 inspection down”

Some things you don’t forget. Read somewhere that in the 1950s the Germans decided to give back pay to their askaris who served in German East Africa (Tanzania) during WWI. To separate the real soldiers from the stolen valor (and money) types they had them perform the Manual of Arms and some close order drill.

I will bet there are quite a few of us still around who can still perform the Manual of Arms with and field strip an M-14.

If you think the boob inspectors don’t have us on their radar, think again. You need to be ready to lay down when they break in, shoot your dog and steal your guns. Otherwise you and the wife are going to catch one in the melon.

All you have to do is become vocal and critical enough of Big Brother to be heard. That thread about Ft. Dicks is the perfect example of targeting people who speak against Big Brother and what happens to them.

They are 100% saying, “fuq the law; it’s all about the politics now”.

Green Thumb

Glover is a solid dude.

5JC

Exactly, in order to destroy a good man you have to destroy his name first.

Don’t think for a minute that this site does not get put on the radar.

Somewhere in Langley sits a GovBot that looks at everything we do.

Welcome to the New World.

‘Don’t think for a minute that…’ I’m not truly glad to be on a list with you fine DW & DWettes.

I just ask (see below)

They irony of course is that the left was always complaining about the Patriot Act. Now that those tools are firmly in their hands, not a whisper.

Hack Stone

Dat’s a good one.

KoB

Wonder if they plan to hang us separately…or all together?

5JC

They are trying to bring back firing squads, if they do, I’d like to request a 308 or larger to be put down cleanly. Then bill Dave for the bullets.

Hack Stone

Hack Stone claims top bunk when we are shipped off to the reeducation camp, where will tool in the mines extracting precious metals for Chinese solar panels.

5JC

There goes Hack again. First he has to run the Weekend Opens, now he wants to be the OG running shit on the inside when we all get scooped up by the FBI-ATFE-DHS-DOA-SS-CIA-NCIS-School Board Terrorist Gender Orientation Affirmation Task Force Uniform Committee (GOATFUC).

The guy in the top bunk has to make the bunk for the guy in the bottom bunk, right?

In Germany. In Italy, it’s the reverse. At least, that’s what John Candy’s character said in Stripes.

So, Daniel Bernath was right, the government is blocking TAH?

The only thing he was ever right about from my perspective?

Rate of descent.

I don’t think that moron knew how to read a VSI—vertical speed indicator, the instrument that gives you your rate of descent. Nor an altimeter. Otherwise, he would have maintained his assigned altitude without losing control and crashing. But he has that nailed now and forevermore.

Hack Stone

Hack Stone is inclined to agree with you. That would explain why he cannot post comments from his computer or phone while use the IP of the corporate World headquarters of the proud but humble woman owned company that sells software to the Federal Government.

If you happen to be on Joint Base Andrews this afternoon, swing by the Base Exchange and pick up some Y2K software on sale at the our kiosk near the food court. Full disclosure, we could not afford an entire kiosk, so we are subletting a shelf from the Dependapotomus selling essential oils.

timactual

“Y2K software”

Really? I have just the spot for it, right next to my COBOL software, 8″ floppies, and MS-DOS 6.22.

Unfortunately, I am running short of appropriate hardware.

5JC

Going to have to beg off. The last time I bought software at the PX kiosk I got a really nasty virus that sent all of my emails to China. Or is the software supposed to work that way?

OAM

umm, this was not in the newbie-info packet I was given.

Oh well, in good company and all that

I’m not a diehard watcher of Mike Glover (basically, I start the day with political and other analysis from Styxhexenhammer followed by Steve Magnante and then watch whatever AngryCops, Donut Operator, Popo Medic, Brandon Herrera, or other GunTube affiliates release), but I do enjoy his content. I watched his interview with Tucker Carlson, and while I feel for him, I think that some of his content is borderline “radical” in Fed-Thought.

I watched someone else the other day who was discussing urban camo (blending in) in case of a CONUS conflict. Some of the comments outright stated that they couldn’t be sure if this guy was glowing or if he was being honest. To be honest, I’ve yet to watch anything from Mike Glover that was as forthwith, which in my mind makes him more of a threat to those in power. He seems honest and genuine, which makes him seem trustworthy.

To sum it up, he’s an everyman who veers a little towards extreme preparedness. He attracts some fringe sorts, but probably far few than someone like the guy in the urban camo video. Meanwhile, a large number of people who would balk at urban camo guy’s video might start thinking a little more “ready” after watching Mike.

I got into guns in the ’90s, when anyone who was pro-gun and spoke out against government overreach or corruption was labeled as part of a far-right militia, part of a “vast right-wing conspiracy”, or simply an anti-government racist. It seems that our current administration is reliving those days when patriotic Americans who made many sacrifices are stigmatized for speaking their minds.

fm2176

“Forthwith” wasn’t the right word. Mike seems more down-to-earth and anti-conflict, like many vets. The urban camo guy was brazenly speaking about going force-on-force with organized militaries. In other words, urban camo guy is either 1) a Fed or plant or 2) someone who is already on a short list to be immediately detained if anything ever kicked off.

Roh-Dog

Was it Risky Chrisky? If so then yeah, dude is awesome but overly over some lines. (In a lovable way tbh)

After seeing all the reasons (summer of love, economic instability, foreign conflicts, etc) and all the free data out there I really hope people are taking advantage of achieving some level of proficiency in a comprehensive way, not just the ‘tools that make loud noises’ type.

To your last paragraph, it seems the far left has been arming up with intensity as of late. Even in Charlottesville (2017, i think) Redneck Revolt was there with the usual scum in tow. I see this only getting worse as now as Leftbots have been providing ‘security’ at events with openly displayed weapons with overwatch.

Interesting times.

[Glover is] an everyman who veers a little towards extreme preparedness

Call me a chicken but I’d rather see everydamnthing resolve peacefully but I’m hedged that it ain’t.

We all have that right… for now.

No, this was NW something, IIRC. He was standing at the back of his truck, downgrading from his plate carrier, helmet and camo into work clothes that blend in. Good info, but stuff I recall learning from American Survival Guide (the original, not the corporate sponsor shill that was briefly released around 2013) and other magazines thirty years ago.

I agree that proficiency and having a basic understanding of how the economy works (or doesn’t) in an emergency is important for everyone. In 2020 I realized that despite losing what I used to call my survivalist (I equate the “prepper” term in a similar manner nowadays) mindset over the course of military PCS moves and such, I was well-prepared when the unknown virus of unspecified origin broke out. I had plenty of food and, most importantly, toilet paper to see the family through the initial run. When traffic in NOVA was gridlocked during last January’s ice storm and the power was out for a few days, I had just enough in the way of emergency supplies to keep fairly warm and put food on the table (using a combination of grills and making what I called a prison stove out of a can of Sterno and some bent wire).

The Left is the darling of those in power, because despite the anarco-communist nature of many extremists on that side, they really just want free stuff and will elect anyone who is willing to give it to them. They can arm themselves, attack police and other citizens, and burn down cities but they’ll be praised by the media and protected by elected officials. I was only 80 miles north of my family in 2020 but refused to travel to Richmond for 3-4 months, while the statues were vandalized and torn down and “peaceful protestors” ran wild. It was funny to me, as that year started with a big and very uneventful pro-gun rally that was attacked by the media, yet a couple of months later rampant vandalism and violence was being protected by those same media channels.

fm2176

I currently live in the Deep South, bordering a larger city but residing and working in a much smaller and very Conservative area. My state has yet to join the ranks of true Constitutional Carry states but does allow military and vets to carry without a permit, so I’m armed nearly everywhere I go. Unfortunately, my newfound civilian career doesn’t permit employees to carry, but there is nothing in the handbook about carrying a spare mag, and I work behind the scenes in the firearms department, surrounded by over a thousand guns (my daily carry is usually a Glock, so my spare mag fits any double stack Glock 9mm). I’ve even influenced a couple other employees to keep their spare mags on them, just in case. Another good thing is that we have a range on premises. Pistol only, and range rules are not conducive to proper training with drawing, mag changes, and so on, but that’s what dry-fire drills can help instill.

Anyway, we’re probably on the same page about a lot of things. I just want to work my 40 hours, feed the family, and collect my retirement and disability. My days of being a hard-charging Infantryman are behind me, but there’s muscle memory and most importantly a “them or me” mentality that will not bode well for anyone trying to take my family’s life or liberty.

 NW something

Seen it! Dude goes from a g0d’s Plaid (BDU) top with the pockets on the sleeve to a flannel. <2> trailer hitch cover.
Had some valid points, if the situation got that bad.

[anarco-communists] really just want free stuff and will elect anyone who is willing to give it to them.

and I think they get off in spreading misery stemming from their daddy issues. ‘Brick therapy’ if you will.

‘unknown virus of unspecified origin’ aka ‘eauowoow’ was a good shake out and wake up call, one many heeded.

Thank God.

I hope you and yours stay safe.

I can’t think of a time when the left was ever disarmed. Not that they aren’t in favor of gun control, it’s their thing. Just not gun control for them.

When they ruled the South all the way up until the early part of this century the gun laws were racially motivated and onerous. These days they are simply targeting conservative states. They don’t really make any sense. Maine for example has the lowest murder rate in the US (lower than the UK even) but gets a solid “F” for gun control laws. We need to fix that problem that doesn’t exist.

Anonymous

For left/libtards, “gun safety” means anyone they treat like sh*t doesn’t have any.
