Kevin McCarthy makes 41,000 hours of J6 Capitol footage available to Tucker Carlson
Tucker Carlson’s producers were on capitol Hill, taking advantage of the access they received to approximately 41,000 hours of footage. This is footage that the J6 Defendants and others have been calling to be released. The J6 Committee and their allies worked against the release of this footage in favor of showing selected video segments. Tucker Carlson may provide some coverage on some of this footage in the coming weeks.

“I think the public should see what happened on that day. I watched what [then-House Speaker] Nancy Pelosi did, where she politicized it. For the first time in the history as a speaker, not allowing the minority to appoint to a committee,” he told reporters. “We watched the politicization of this. I think the American public should actually see what happened instead of a report that’s written on a political basis.”
In August, a group of House Republicans demanded that the US Capitol Police release all footage from the day to allow for fair trials in the cases of the over 700 people arrested in connection to the day.
In a letter sent to Capitol Police Board Chairman William J. Walker, 23 lawmakers said the release of the footage “is absolutely essential to proper governance and truth.”
“The fact that these tapes have not been released, I think, is just a huge blot on the Department of Justice,” Louie Gohmert told The Washington Times. “It’s just outrageous to the American justice system that they’re not being required to make the videos available.”
In response to the move, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene wrote on Twitter, “For all of you that doubted we would release the tapes. Here you go!”
We are releasing the J6 tapes and not one single lying grifter on social media had anything to do with it.

I expect The Commie-sar to tell us not to believe our “lying eyes” when all the footage is revealed. What’s the over/under on the number of Glow-sticks you can spot in the crowd? Not counting Ray Epps, but all of co-workers. Is 25 a good number?

The FBI seems to be out of ideas the last 16 months. The reward is up to $500K though, so if I knew who it was, they would be in jail already.
There are a few working groups (non .gov) out there trying to figure it out as well. My pet theory is that the person was former/ current law enforcement. The strategy employed in placing the bombs suggests that they were familiar with unsuccessful criminal behavior and took necessary extra steps to avoid being caught or look suspicious.

I’m thinking along the same lines. Curious how they were able to identify over 600 people, take custody of and charge them, while a single person managed to escape identification.
Hopefully, this footage and Tucker’s reporting will help some of the political prisoners still languishing in DC prisons.
I can almost guarantee there will be some convictions over turned on it. With that many hours of footage and not to have Brady violations on it seems unlikely at best.

That would be surprising if true. I’d say it is more likely and logical that there were informants in the crowd doing that kind of thing.
I heard it on the Dan Bongino show Yesterday which was a re run from a few weeks ago.
I don’t know about LEOs “egging” people to enter the Capital building, but I remember watching plenty of videos and pics of the (Capital?) po-po removing the barricades and gates and opening the doors to allow citizens to enter. I would HARDLY call that “inciting”.

The videos should have been released to everyone and not just a single political pundit that the left already loathes. By releasing it to Tucker Carlson it gives the left the excuse that they were hoping for to be able to dismiss what they see with their lying eyes.

Liberal Democrat and Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz opined on the 6 January committee “This is a kangaroo court; this is a fixed jury.”
The Constitutional scholar condemned the hearing for unfairness, partisanship and denial of due process, as well as its predetermined conclusion.
The Jan. 6 committee was headed by Chair Bennie Thompson with Adam Schiff and included pseudo-Republicans Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger.
Dershowitz stated, “This is a group of people who are selected with a predetermined narrative, including the two Republicans, and so nobody should take seriously any of the conclusions reached by this partisan committee.”

Explaining how an unarmed woman climbing over a gate is a deadly threat should make for some interesting conversation.
One correction: She was climbing through a broken window in a door into the chamber. But there was no threat that warranted the shooting.

I am on the dogs’ side. I have always enjoyed hanging my head outside in the breeze. Once, as a teen, the car I was riding in was pulled over by a police officer because I had my head stuck out the window. (I am more discreet now). In the army I enjoyed sticking out of the APC hatch into the brisk, refreshing, winter air while the rest of the guys huddled together inside the track trying to stay warm. Like a dog, I also like the smell of skunk. So, if you are driving through Maryland and you see some clown with his head out the pickup window, drool-streaked fur-covered jowls flapping in the breeze, it’s probably me, not a Shar-Pei.
