Woman to serve 20 years for death of man she pushed out the bus

| February 19, 2022

Serge Fournier asked Cadesha Bishop to be nice to the other bus passengers. She had been yelling and swearing at the others. In response, Bishop shoved Fournier out the door, with both of her hands. According to the police report, the shove was strong enough that Fournier did not touch the steps. The fall resulted in his hitting his head on the sidewalk.

From Fox News:

“I’m sorry for the way that I was portrayed in my lowest and weakest moment of my life,” she said. “The way that I’ve been portrayed, it’s just not fair for somebody who’s never been in trouble before.”

Authorities say Bishop pushed Serge Fournier, 74, off a public bus on March 21, 2019, causing him to hit his head on the sidewalk about eight feet from the door. Before she pushed him, Fournier had reportedly asked Bishop to be “nice to the passengers.” Witnesses said she had been swearing and yelling at other riders, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

She pushed him with both hands “with enough force that he never touched any of the steps,” an arrest report said, according to FOX 5. He died a month later.

Bishop had posted $100,000 bail on the murder charge but had it revoked last July when she was charged with grand larceny of a vehicle, embezzlement and theft for allegedly failing to return a rental car, according to the Review-Journal.

Feral Savage …victim of systemic racism caused by uncheck white supremacy….in other words ….it wasn’t her fault

Lowest, weakest part of her life, sure… still doesn’t give her fat ass the right shove a much smaller elderly guy like that.

SFC D

Apparently the highest, strongest part of her life was less than stellar as well.

Systemic racism caused all of this

How she got to be a fat selfish baby-mama… sorta even for her, it seems.

I grew up riding the buses and subways of the Boston area.
Never felt threatened or unsafe at any time.
Seems nowadays one has to be careful they don’t get pushed
in front of a train, clocked with a bat or shoved out the door.
Even aircraft are just as dangerous today with unruly passengers.
I hope this opens a door for her if you catch my drift.

Justice would be that it slams a door behind her for the full 20 years of her sentence. But she’ll probably be paroled after a few years for whatever reason by some judge – one who just might live in a gated community.

Great that she was BUSted over the crime

You have to think that her attorney arguing for a reduced sentence is going to have a tough time. No regrets, nocontrition, and she was dumbass enough to say so.

KoB

The epitome of entitlement…for…reasons.

She’ll be out in 4 and Mr. Fournier will still be dead. Murderous trash.

Hatchet

Should Cadesha Bishop ever make it to being old, frail and on a bus…

Karma’s a Bitch and the Get-back will be a Mother-fucker

My bet is that she had NO regret or remorse for what she did until getting held accountable, then tried to throw her Acme® Race/Victim Card™ in hopes of skating. Do the crime, do the time. I’m also betting that she’ll play her Acme® Victim of Society Card™ via some Attorney who is “educated” and liberally indoctrinated.

A sense of guilt is all in the wiring. A few dozen years ago, a Miami man arrested for killing a German tourist and stealing a rental car said he did the crime because “He had my car.” That is the wiring. That other man had the criminal’s car. You can’t get an understandable confession from someone who is miswired. It’s not temporary insanity, but a lifelong belief. If someone else has something you want, it can become yours by right of conquest. Morality does not enter into an explanation. Miswiring has no morality. “He has it, I want it, it’s mine.”
