The Jihad will continue until the caliphate is established around the world

| July 26, 2021

A common statement, among radical Islamic leaders, is that the world will one day be Islamic. This is their ultimate objective. (SITE Intelligence Group/Long War Journal)

This is a common theme among radical Islamists. Achieving an Islamic government in their own country, one that runs by their narrative, is not the end goal, or their end state. In addition to establishing a radical Islamic government in the country that they’re in, they want to leverage the assets of that country to help further their ultimate goals.

Their ultimate objective is for the entire world to be Islam. If one wonders if they would use nuclear weapons if they had them, all one has to do is look at the September 11, 2001 attacks. They do not think like Westerners, nor do they possess a Western style outlook on life. It’s their version of Islam or death; if you’re lucky you could live as a “second class citizen” paying extra money to the government while averting conversion.

From an old article:

In the video, Khalid said the Movement of the Taliban in Pakistan was united and strong and operating under the leadership of Hakeemullah Mehsud. Khalid outlined five “important goals” of the Taliban: overthrow the Pakistani institutions; release both Pakistani and “foreign” fighters; impose sharia law; obtain a nuclear weapon; and establish a global caliphate.

“First of all, we aim to counter the Pakistani government, its intelligence agencies, and its army, which are each against Islam and have oppressed the mujahideen and their families,” Khalid said, according to the SITE translation. The Taliban want to “avenge the oppression of the mujahideen in the tribal and urban areas” as well as the “humiliation of the mujahideen in Pakistani prisons.”

“Our second objective is to seek the safe release of Pakistani and foreign mujahideen in Pakistan,” Khalid continued. The term “foreign mujahideen” refers to members of al Qaeda and other outside terror groups such as the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan.

Khalid said the Taliban want to “replace the English system of democracy with Islamic Shariah” as “the Pakistani system has nothing to do with Islam.”

Khalid also said that the Taliban want to seize Pakistan’s nuclear weapons and “other resources,” including the army, to defend Islam.

“Another objective of Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan is to use Pakistan’s strengths including the atomic bomb, army, and other resources, to guide other Muslim countries and for the survival of Islam,” Khalid said. “Pakistan’s soil, Pakistan’s people and Pakistan’s mujahideen must not be used to serve American interests, but must be used for the survival and integrity of Islam.”

Finally, Khalid said that the Taliban would continue their fight even after taking over Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Our objectives are as clear as the orders in the Qur’an, which is our constitution. Allah said in the Qur’an: ‘Fight against hypocrites and apostates till there is no more fitna [sedition],’” he said. “So, until Islam is implemented in Pakistan and Afghanistan, and the Caliphate is established across the world, our jihad will continue. This is our first and foremost objective.”

This 2012 article, from The Long War Journal, provides additional details. This is consistent with what they’re still saying. A good book to read on this subject is Holy War, Inc.: Inside the Secret World of Osama bin Laden. A good website to follow is that of the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI). There are other books and websites that cover this topic.

A walking, talking drone target spweing out his ass. Hes just another in a long line of “spread the religion of peace” no matter how lives are lost throughout the world to be blown to shit.

As the Dice Man once said: Guys like you do grow on trees. Here’s to you, buddy. Sucking. My. Dick!

    • Hate_me says:

It’s not the religion of peace and it has never been the religion of peace. Islam doesn’t translate as peace, it translates as submission.

Some douchebag with more knowledge than understanding confused the fact that peace (سلامة) and submission/surrender (تسليم؛ استسلام؛ استلم؛ etc.) all share the same root (س ل م) – but they are NOT the same word and far from the same concept.

That doesn’t mean that all Muslims wish for a pan-Islamic world; in both arguments, the nuance gets overlooked.

As a wise man once said, “No war is over until the enemy says it’s over. We may think it over, we may declare it over, but in fact, the enemy gets a vote.”

  4. KoB says:

Way yonder past the time to make them truly the “Religion of Piece(s)”.

How much plainer does it need to be stated? You either convert to our way or we kill you. Odd that is the only religion that takes that route. And now, they have infiltrated their people into nearly every country and a lot of governments in the world thru their “refugees”. Just take a look at the sh^tholes that have been created where they are.

  6. TopGoz says:

I don’t think the term “radical Islamists” is accurate. These people are devout Islamists following the example of their “prophet” Muhammad.
Those who aren’t actively trying to convert others to Islam, by persuasion of will or persuasion of force are as much devout Muslims as Joe Biden is a devout Catholic.

    • Hate_me says:

There is actual Islamic jurisprudence that argues against conversion through force, that true acceptance cannot be coerced or compelled.

There is also the idea that Allah delivered his message to all peoples in their own unique languages. Forcing one to accept the Arab perspective is an affront to god’s universal nature.

Then again, how many Christians abstain from sex before marriage? There’s a reason there are no living saints.

      • timactual says:

There is actual American jurisprudence that says anyone of African descent is not an American citizen.

I can name my decision, can you name yours?

In the case you cite, who won the argument–winner or loser?

Thank you for posting this, thebesig. It’s good that Mehsud told Khalid to keep it to Five Points as I think The Rule of KISS well applies in this case. Interesting that they want to go ‘next-level’ and possess Nuclear weapons but think Le Grand Mehsud may have missed some key-points of Nuclear weapons stewardship. As we all know, they’re stupidly expensive to manufacture and once completed, are very complicated and tricky devices to maintain. I’m sure the spear-shaking is well intended and they really would love to get their grubby lil paws on some Western-worrying-Nukes but….I don’t think they’ve completely thought through any of the actual complexities of what they say they really want. Kind-of – the mouth runs too fast for the brain to catch up to it.
Should we(Westerners) be concerned? Absolutely and we should take measured steps to alter and/or vary our defensive posture but in the mean time, as long as Mehsud-Khalid and Caliphate Inc have a soap-box to beak off from, someone will have the benefit of having a center-mass or head-shot.

To them and their sympathizers I say ALLAH PIG SHIT! Unfortunately they already HAVE started infiltrating our Government and we have at least a couple of them in Congress now, wake up America!

Got somethin’ going for it, to be sure.

  15. JTFController says:

Aren’t you anti-war, besig? We are in Iraq and we were in Afghanistan dropping bombs on these guys everyday, but now even conservatives have turned into chicken sh*ts and want us to withdraw all troops from the Middle East. Even Trump was a coward.

I’m in the Middle East right now and our unit isn’t being replaced. Why? What Americans should be supporting is our dropping bombs on these guys 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Americans aren’t tired of war because MOST Americans are completely unaffected by it. Do we have a draft? No? Then shut the f*ck up.

[Edited to protect OPSEC]] JTF Controller, I suggest you read the new guy FAQ here. https://valorguardians.com/blog/?page_id=50600 I’ll approve your messages now, but tread carefully. The people you are talking to have been there, done that. – Mason

    • Only Army Mom says:

      I’ll happily take this one.

JTF, hopefully by now you’ve read the FNG page and heed Mason’s warning. As he said, nearly everyone here has/had a personal stake. Been there, done that doesn’t even begin to cover it. Consider this a lesson in the difference between being “anti-war”, and “anti-war we have no intention of winning”.

I’m choosing to engage you, even though you have insulted us. I’m choosing to chalk that up to the understandable anger and frustration most here feel and have expressed. I’ve giving you the benefit of the doubt that your tone and attitude don’t come from arrogance, as your words imply.

Most here understand it is and has been the will of every administration not to “win” this war, but to serve other agendas. Most here understand if we are not going to win, engaging does not serve our interests. We have an enemy who understood from the beginning and better than too many in this country, America has not set out to end a war by winning since WWII. We have an enemy who talks of events of a thousand years ago as if they occurred in their lifetimes. Twenty years is barely a heartbeat on a millennial scale.

After 20 years, 2,312 Americans dead and over 20,000 Americans wounded if we are not going to win, even when defining winning as teaching them to rule their various factions and tribes in a sufficiently peaceful fashion to not threaten anyone outside their borders, it is past time to leave.

I understand and feel your frustration in ways you can’t imagine. I understand it can feel as if all that American blood was shed in vain. Part of my heart feels the same, but that part is quickly answered by the knowledge that they did not die for the Afghan people, nor did they die for any politician, administration, or policy. They chose to serve and risk their life for the idea that is America. Not to acknowledge, support and defend that choice dishonors their sacrifice.

Better minds than mine – and yours – have and will continue to debate how best to honor them. The consensus here is to not add more to their number in a war the politicians never wanted to win.

On September 12, 2001, we had two objectives –
      1) Find those responsible
      2) Deliver justice to those responsible.
Objective 1 was achieved in October 2001 when ODA 555 and ODA 595 helped forge the Northern Alliance to topple the Taliban.

We had the opportunity to achieve Objective 2 in December 2001 when Bin Laden was trapped in Tora Bora. At that point, the policy wags made the single worst decision of the past 20 years when they did not lay the mountains low, close the Khyber Pass and keep bouncing the rubble until Bin Laden and his followers were captured or dead.

If Objective 2 had been achieved, the next step should have been to walk away with a clear, smoldering warning of the consequences of doing what was done. And a promise that we are capable and willing to come back and play whack-a-mole as warranted. In the interim, they be left to make their own choices, to decide who will run their country, and how. But, if they wanted to join the world of nations to choose carefully.

There have been numerous spirited and intelligent discussions on whether that would have worked or even have been possible, with the general consensus landing on it is a moot point. That consensus includes the sentiment that most here are not willing to shed more American blood for an unclear, changing objective.

To echo Mason, go back and read more than a decade and a half of collective wisdom on this board before you pronounce all here as chicken sh!t, anti-war p*ssies. In other words, sit down, shut up and learn from your betters. Many of the posters here have lived, studied and discussed all this longer than you’ve been alive.

It’s amazing, they could post about beheadings being a Muslim thing and Twitter would quake in their boots and not ban them. But go against the non-rocket science we have been thrown regarding everything COVID and poof, they’re gone.
