Security guard shoots, kills homeless man and injures another person while on patrol

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A man is dead and another injured after a security guard who says he feared for his life opened fire while on duty.The Fresno Police Department says a little after 11:00 p.m. Friday, a security officer with a company called Fresno County Private Security was doing his routine checks.
He pulled into a parking lot that serves as a driveway leading to the back area of Best Western on East Shaw, behind Men’s Warehouse.
When he got there, he saw a transient man, 35-year-old Joseph Gutierrez, in the front entryway and asked him to leave.

Homeowner shoots and kills man allegedly stealing property
VAN BUREN COUNTY — A Michigan homeowner shot a man allegedly while he was trying to steal their property.
Police responded to the Decatur Township home in the area of 42nd Street before 6:30 Sunday morning for a larceny report.
Police say a preliminary investigation determined the homeowners of the residence called 911 emergency dispatch to report that an unknown subject was attempting to steal their property.
Prior to troopers arriving, the homeowners encountered the suspect outside of the residence.

That area behind the Men’s Warehouse is very bad, lot’s of homeless and other various freak, weirdos and thugs roam the area day and night.
It used to be a very nice area with good shopping, and very nice dining.
Fresno is slowly but surely going down hill.
