An explanation of sorts
A number of you have asked us why all of the Wickre discussions were closed to comments. It wasn’t anything that you guys did, it was Wickre. He’s the reason we can’t have nice things. He started using your screen names to post comments, well, here they are, rather than try to explain their content;
You’ll notice all of those comments, screen shot from my “Trash” folder, are from the same IP address, one that we’ve identified as one of the ones Psul uses along with a scad of others.
He started posting them a little after 11 o’clock the other night. I think he was doing it to set us up for a lawsuit because he couldn’t find any comments that y’all have made about in the manner he’d like. But, I didn’t want to stay up all night babysitting his punkass, because unlike Psul, I have job, for a few more months anyway. And then he sent me this email;
I have had it with you. You get your stupid blog off my name or everytingn you thought about will occur.
Lawsuits, damages, court hearings, Va I will haul down your site at IBM get seavey fired from his cush job and turn you over to the VA

#297: I-66 westbound is one of the main interstate thorougfares that goes from the Washington D.C. area into the Shenandoah Valley region of Virginia and West Virginia. Since Jonn lives in the Shenandoah Valley region of West Virginia, this is a threat to do bodily harm to him and his, and should be enough to contact law enforcement, in my humble personal non-lawyer opinion…
I had considered the Westbound I-66 thought, but wanted clarification. He is getting pretty damned direct in his threats. He told us awhile back that he has his own “Security Team”. I wonder if he can fit them into his Jag and still have room to use the stick shift.
This is the email I got from him:

Do you think Paul tries to argue and call out the women on here because he feels inadequate and not as successful as his sister? Through the things I’ve seen on the Internet she seems to be a very successful gay woman. This would explain a lot of his aggression and anger towards women.

Yeah, it appears to me – in my non-lawyer opinion, of course – that a line’s been crossed here that Psul probably would have been best advised NOT to cross.
This will not end well. Jonn, I would advise you to seek a restraining order against this no talent azzclown just to protect yourself if something happens. You can become an exclusive member of the “I’ve got an R/O against the Wickre monster” club. along with the District Attorney and others.

OK, so everything psulie-o the uncoolie-o does is done the hard way. He’s a useful idiot for Monkress, who can pay him to do what he’s doing (if that’s what’s going on) and stay out of it. And he appears to be going off the deep end…
But — is he really going off the deep end? Or is he just stinking drunk (mostly stinking, IMHO) and unable to hit the keys correctly? Ah, that’s the question.
Oh, I have no doubt, based on his history (which anyone in the world can find) with the law that he’s capable of scuffling, but he puts himself into a combative position every time, as is evidenced by the restraining orders against him (two of them) for the state’s attorney and the police, never mind his neighbors.
Well, there is plenty of backup to show that he started this up all by his lonesome and carried it forward into the netherworld of nasty, criminal threats. Oh, just so you know, paul k wickre, I’ve made screen captures and printouts of your threats.

I really wish I could feel bad for him but at a certain point you just can’t. Paul, I don’t believe that you would listen to any advice any one on here tries to give you. Wake up and smell the coffee… cut your losses and start talking to the Feds before Paul flips on you while he’s in the hole – he may implicate you in a whole lot of crap with the business and what has been happening here at TAH.

For those of you who have been worried about me, first of all, I don’t think the fat-ass coward has the testicular fortitude to step outside of Maryland, and I am currently waiting for the State Police to drop by so I can file a report. So go back to work and stop worrying about me. TSO is doing the same thing in Indianapolis, by the way.
Straight talk, if I’d been named as one of the potential victims of his attack, I’d have to call in absent for work today. I’d be too busy heading to the police station this morning.

I am in no way “worried” about either of you. I think too much of you to be worried.
I meant what I said last night. If Psul stepped to any of us; you, TSO, Chip, Ex-, Val…he’d end up in a world of hurt.
But, it’s the right thing to do. In his cowardly frustration he might act out against a weaker and more vulnerable target.

Just a question to Jonn and anyone who may have an answer….
As I have not had much interaction with law enforcement in my experiences, (not like SOME who visit here), if you and TSO file reports with your local “Staties” to they then have reciprocal responsibilities to contact Maryland State Police to follow up and pay *someone* a visit OR does someone in the State of Maryland who has a reason or viable threat have to file with the Maryland State Police?

WOW … Complaint and arrest is in order. I read the threats. They are credible and plausible. A warrant can be sworn out by any LE with jurisdiction. Probable cause exists here.

@334 He’s technically threatening crossing state lines, your state police would do a courtesy call and if you point them to the post they might even get the feds involved (as is across state lines I believe) BUT from this page http://www.fbi.gov/contact-us/when I believe FBI might not really take a big look at it so I would just ask your state police to have a chat with that state police.
@338 Yeah, let’s put it that was if I had been named in that threat that would have probably got me probable cause to get a CCW, and I live in the bay area, they haven’t issued a CCW to a request that is not a threat, a judge or cops in 17 years…
I guess is like they say “Shit just got real” unfortunately for Psul I guess it got too real for him. He is REALLY crying for attention, I do really feel compelled to call and have someone check on him but he might take it the wrong way at this point…
