Kenneth John Boyles; another SF/MC phony
Scotty sends us his work on Kenneth John Boyles, another motorcycle club member/president pretending to be a special forces soldier. He claims that he had one of his testicles shot off, so he has a plastic nut – but that he earned a Purple Heart for it. He claims service in Desert Storm and the Global War on Terror. He has service DURING those periods but not IN the wars.
I guess if you want to run into phonies, you should troll motorcycle clubs and weddings, because that’s where they are all hanging out these days, apparently.

His Facebook page is still up, but he’s scrubbed it of every claim he made to SF/1SG/combat vet…though he’s still showing himself as a disabled veteran. I wasn’t aware that gross stupidity was service connected disability.
221 we were in Wisconsin and he went to the 50 cal range with FU Boyles and then ended up with a hole in his intestines and something else and started pissing air and had to have surgery so now he gets disability for ditching out on a deployment to Iraq to run route clearance like a pussy that he is
Husky, that almost sounds like a preexisting condition that he enlisted to get fixed. Unfortunately, it happens all too often. Sometimes it can be proven and sometimes it cannot be proven. Even if proven it depends upon whether he lied about it prior to enlistment.
My CI informs me that poser Boyles is very adapt at getting others to pay his way through his misadventures, even down to the beer he drinks. (Screen shot of his FB page confirms that). Would it be out of the realm of reality to suggest that his sock-puppet is none other a lonely, spinster widow, with a bank account, who is enamored with a bad boy, war hero?

I’m certain there are many in this new organization that entered into their new endeavor with integrity and complete honesty. If John has in fact fabricated his military history that is something he must deal with personally by coming clean with himself, his new organization and others in the biking community. Johns AVAC organization by the way is NOT an MC,,,they list themselves as a 501c3 non-profit ‘ORGANIZATION’ and they wear a 1 piece patch along with an AMA patch on the backs of their cut. VBMC being a veterans MC ourselves we’ve always found it important to vet all new Full-Colors (veteran) members who seek membership in VBMC. We do so by insisting on an official copy of the persons DD-214 or if active duty a copy of their active duty ID Card and recent copies of orders. All must have served a minimum of 180 days active duty and this must be indicated on their DD-214 or issue date of their military ID cards if still on active duty to be considered as a Full-Colors member. We do have Patriot (non-veteran) members that do not have to meet this requirement. Patriot members wear a Patriot patch in place of a military branch rocker on the backs of their cuts indicative of their club status. We strive to co-exist and work along side all clubs, organizations and foundations we come into contact with when possible. That includes the different chapters of Hogs and Heroes located here in our area as well as the new AVAC organization headed up by John Boyles. We will continue to do. MoonDogg, you should steer way clear of AVAC, especially if they are claiming 501 (c) 3 status. 1st they arent listed in WV as a Non Profit 2nd they arent listed with the IRS as a non profit or a 501 (c) 3. I also dont think they would qualify as one, possibly a 501 (c) 7.
Just be very weary, too many of these Non Profits are popping up and are nothing but a Scam….

It was suggested somewhere in these comments that anyone trying to do any deals with his new charity ask to see the tax exempt paperwork, and check it out through the WV Secty of State and/or the IRS. Not an attorney here, but that advice made good sense to me. Until they can prove that they ARE tax exempt, all donations to them are NOT tax exempt. (Have filed enough personal tax returns to know that to be fact without being either an attorney or a CPA!) You guys do what you need to do, but please remember that we here are not the enemy – we are supposed to all belong to the same proud group of military veterans. When one of us strays, who better to pull, push, nudge or whatever it takes to get them back in line if at all possible?

AVAC is NOT a 501 (c) 3 organization. AVAC is not an MC. Owning a motorcycle is not even required. If Mr. Boyles records are false as it is stated on here, then he has broken MANY laws. Why has he not been arrested and prosecuted? Should he be arrested and prosecuted he will watch AVAC fail and it will be his fault. Some of the AVAC officers did not leave H&H to “follow” Mr. Boyles but left due H&H leadership at the NATIONAL level not able to abide by their own BY LAWS or was lead to believe that by Mr. Boyles. According to MR. Boyles he was in constant contact with the National Founder of H&H in everything he did and then when something went wrong, it was nationals fault. There was a lot of ” HE said, SHE said” going on with no one willing to face allegations and confront the ones causing troubles. I feel bad and sorry for AVAC, they are on a course being paved for failure. I hope none of them go down with Mr. Boyles after the investigation. The way the laws are I doubt he will ever be arrested, serve a day in jail or be prosecuted

Word on the street is Boyles is heading to the local Magistrates office on Monday morning and filing a libel suit against everyone that has said a bad word about him. His claim: He provided this site with his “legitimate” papers and proved his case. All comments after he was “vindicated” are slanderous to him. He has spent his whole life in denial and living a lie, why change now. Just hope he drives his truck with the CIB tags.
