Isn’t it amazing that since we’ve been posting about shit getting real, he’s been silent. I notice that he took my wife’s picture down when he was notified by the police that it constituted a threat. I still see the Disney Intellectual Properties on his page, though. I guess the Mouse will just have to sodomize him with a legal brief to ram the point home (pun intended).
Oh, and I still have had no service of any kind of paperwork by the Sheriff Department. I wonder if he is afraid they might get harmed so he isn’t filing it with them. It’s either that or he is a lying sack of used up and burned out dog crap that isn’t a lawyer or Chief Petty Officer.
He’s shown us that anyone is fair game to “go under the bus” for him – family and fellow lawyers especially (look at the lawyer in Ventura that he is suing).

Dannny-boi… you can only hide for so long from those that are serving you and your wife papers for the lies that you have told. Who is suing you now?
1. PH1 Shepard – for the Photoshopping and defamation?
2. Flight Design – a counter suit over your accusations that the CTSW is an unsafe aircraft?
3. Judge Dan Hyatt – for your defamatory comments on your pathetic little website abut him (BTW – did you finish your anger management course?)
4. Randy Rosenblatt – the former co-counsel for the Yelp! lawsuit that Danny-boi had thrown off the case.
5. Yelp! – for him trying to sue them not once but twice
6. State of Oregon for this little issue about $100k he owes them
7. NANP – this would be new… the threats you conveyed to them.
And a countless cast of others that he has harassed and committed fraud against.
BTW – if you are so “proud” for being an “honorary Chief”, why did you terminate your membership in the NANP? Did they call you out for your actions?
The OR state Bar has smacked you down again… and I’m sure that they have notified the bar in CA about your actions.
It’s endgame time, Danny-boi… you’re fighting in a burning house and willing to take your wife and other loved ones down with you to hang on to your lies. Is it really worth it? Do you really want to live in the homeless area near Chinatown in downtown Portland because you are so lawsuit happy… looking for that payday to get you out of financial trouble?
Maybe he’ll end up in a cheap fleabag motel just like “Blobfish” Chevalier, except that Chevy probably works there as nighttime security to pay his rent, I don’t think Bernath is even capable of that, we already know he can’t even check a fuel level!!

Daniel Bernath is such a huge failure at everything he’s done, that he doesn’t care who he hurts on his way down. Family means nothing to him, other than what they can do to make him look better. I wonder how the Oregon Bar is going to like his wife playing lawyer? Bernath has used his lies for decades to improve his self image among people and to garner status and attention in the community. Now that he’s been exposed for the liar and fraud that he is, he’s lashing out at anyone and everyone in a vain and pathetic attempt at patching those lies back together and hurting those who exposed him. He’s a pathetic little man, who hasn’t accomplished a single thing of merit or worth on his own. Without his lies he would be nothing and he knows it. Look at his life. It has been all built on lies and fraud. His law practice in now non-existent. He wasted that y suing everyone in sight for every imagined slight. His lawyer skills themselves are sub-par and so pathetic that he has to resort to hysterical theatrics in an attempt to win a case. He can’t own any property due to all the suits that have been won against him. He will die a lonely and pathetic joke that know one will remember and no one will miss. I’ll bet even his family will breathe a sigh of relief when he’s gone.
