Crybabies
An economics professor at Yale University, who is unnamed at this point, has made his midterm exam optional for the special little folks who are too distraught over the election results last night to concentrate on the rest of their lives.
He wrote to them saying: “I am getting many heartfelt notes from students who are in shock over the election returns” and “fear, rightly or wrongly for their families” and are “requesting that the exam be postponed.”
Meanwhile, on the other coast, some residents of Oakland and San Francisco rioted and looted;
Protesters set trash cans on fire, and vandalized several businesses, and shattered store fronts on Broadway. KTVU reporter Christien Kafton reported a Wells Fargo Bank between 12th and 13th Streets was vandalized.
Several hundred protesters shouted anti-trump chants and scrawled graffiti.
But, Trump supporters are the destructive ones.
Category: Dumbass Bullshit
From looking at the foreign news “sources” one would think that riots are going on across the U.S.A. – not just a few places.
The European Elitists are in shock and fear today as well. Poor babies.
I think some parents need to have their asses kicked right up between their shoulder blades! Yank these whiny, worthless little punks out, quit wasting 50,000 a year trying to educate something that is “uneducatable”!! imho
I bet a LOT of folks around the Planet are pants-shitting bed wetters today.
/as it should be.
It does give one a feel for the continued influence America has to read the pundits in European and other news outlets – and the fixation they have on what is going on in the USA.
I suspect they still believe 0bama walks on water, and some of the German newsfolks were thinking she would be more like Merkel.
They are shaking their collective heads over the rise of the Deplorables.
Bless their hearts.
“she” being Clinton. Sorry.
Clinton? Oh. I thought you meant the other one.
Thought you meant that girl Trump…/sarc
“…some of the German newsfolks were thinking she would be more like Merkel.”
And that’s a GOOD thing?!
Greybeard, when you type POTUS’s last name do you key capital “o” or a zero? In the old font in which I am now typing it doesn’t look any different to me but I think I will begin shift to the number keyboard when I type his name from now on. Thanks for the suggestion. “0bama” Yeah. Better than “Obama.” Wanna bet spellchecker double clutches?
H. Clinton: “This is painful, and it will be for a long time.” Benghazi, Bitch.
“Deplorables”, BYTCH… from many of the people in my AO, that one word pissed many of them off, even those few that were “considering” voting for her.
Zactly. Nice way to characterize millions of solid Americans.
Oblig.
FUCK YOU IN THE ASS HILLARY!!
She’d like it.
For some of us, the difference was voting for you or for Trump. Benghazi.
Word.
Dear Ms. Clinton: This is going to hurt you soo much more than it will hurt me. Now you know what it’s like to be abandoned. Sucks, doesn’t it, wideload?
can’t wait for dozens of first person books on life around hillbillyous
I wouldn’t touch that with YOUR junk.
I do however, understand and agrree with the sentiment.
Suffer, for a loooong time.
yeah, it will painful for the families of the 4 men you allowed to die for the rest of their lives you bastard. I hope this eats you into an early grave. bitch..
DFon’t forget the other 114 people that have shown up dead around them, mostly suicides with 4 shots to the back of the head!!
I can’t talk to anybody in my office today, except about local initiatives. My sister told me she’d leave the country today if she could afford it. I rarely feel all alone, but I do today. *Sigh*
I don’t want to appear insensitive but, if she does go, can I have her TV?
Oh, Lord! That is funny.
That’s not insensitive, 2/17, that’s looking to the future.
Oh, you’re not alone.
She can start a gofundme page.
Interesting thought: Does funding for the Clintoon Foundation dry up now?
I am sure that all of those people donated for altruistic reasons, and not to gain access or influence the American government.
That’s some awfully deplorable conduct coming from Club Hildabeast!
And seriously, “fear for their families?” Clinton has left a trail of bodies. Her democrat buddies have sicced the IRS, EPA, and other Federal agencies on people they don’t like without legal cause. What has Trump (who i personally dislike) done to his enemies? Said “Yeah, fuck you, I’m rich” and otherwise ignored them.
Glad you asked. Here are some of my favorites:
1. Bullying a Scottish couple to give up their land so that he could build a golf course, then building a wall around their property and charging them for it when they wouldn’t budge.
2. Using the Trump Foundation’s funds to pay for private lawsuits and commission two portraits of himself.
3. Asinine and frivolous lawsuits too numerous to count.
4. Conning desperate schmucks out of thousands of dollars with his Trump University scam.
5. Likely sexual harassment of numerous women over the years and possible rape of his ex-wife (she later retracted). His buddy Epstein is going on trial on Dec 6 and Trump is also being charged. But I’m sure all those women are just lying and doing it for the attention.

This article is not the objective by any means, but it does provide links to every claim. Enjoy.
The list above seems to be missing numerous “mysterious” deaths of those close to him, lying to Congress and Federal investigators, and failure to safeguard classified information, to name a few….
Don’t forget his rigging of the election with the National Committee to prevent other candidates from having a chance.
Or, trying to delete evidence so the FBI couldn’t get to it, even though they did.
Travelgate, whitewater, pardoning of convicted business partners who kept their mouths shut, instead of preparing to testify and killing themselves.
Oh, wait. This list is all about Hillary right? I see a couple “he’s” in there. You were talking about Bill, right?
We certainly can’t leave out Benghazi.
Some Guy is a committed progtard and has been drinking the the Dhimmicat Kool-aid. Maybe we can escort him to the border. In the meantime, he can participate in one of the riots in the corruptocrat controlled cities.
You are citing Cracked magazine?
Cracked website. They lean left on nearly everything, including how to bake cookies. They don’t have a single good thing to say about conservatives, your parents, older Americans, or anyone with more common sense than they have.
I’ve seen them “debunk” things that are actually true, and present “convincing evidence” of ghosts or UFOs that have been solidly debunked on other, more scientific sites.
They try to hold themselves out to be the site to go to when you want the “truth” about everything you’ve been told in your life (that is actually wrong, according to them), but are really just a bunch of left leaning comedians who can’t get a TV show.
They shouted, “Not my president.” No shit.
Because for the LULZ

Well, my fellow peeps, to round off the post-election activities previously described, there will be a protest at Trump Tower in Chicago just in time for the evening news (4PM to 6PM).
Organization is underway now.
Be there or be square.
Peace out!
It’s nearly suppertime. I watched the evening news. There was a brief report w/video of the ‘protest’ at Trump Tower, with more Chicago police than protesters, who numbered in the area of about 11 people. A couple of the guys were weeping or something. Might have been the chilly weather.
So basically, the ‘protest’ consisted of a few sore losers with #notmyprsdnt signs and no one was paying much attention.
Is it just me, or does losing a real-world competition of any kind make these adults act like 6 year olds?
Just askin’.
I did see a brief part of shrillary’s concession speech. ‘Painful’? You conceited old bag, there is NO anointed one. If you can’t take the heat, get your flabby ass out of the kitchen.
Man! What a sore loser! She had the popular vote by a mere 205,000++. That’s not a 51% majority. A clear 51% majority would be 61,401,400++, and both of them were shy of that number.
Well, let’s get on with the business of running the country, get the USA back on its feet and at the forefront of the world where it belongs. Okay???
Oh, those little hurt-feewing snowfwakes? Flunk them for missing the mid-term test. They won’t get that kind of leniency in the real world. They need to grow the frkkk up right now.
Live from NY!

I blame Oprah and the hippies for this therapy culture crap we live with
You left out Dr. Phil, the quack.
He got his start on Oprah
That dude is the quintessential definition and “picture” of creepy.
Keep your pants up boys….
What’s a scream is that the Lefties believed their own bullshit about a Trump Administration, that he would begin mass executions and such. That’s what they are reacting to, the dumb shits.
I don’t know of any ‘Lefties’ who believed that. In fact, I hadn’t even heard of that until now.
Plenty of people are upset, to varying degrees, but the criticisms of Trump are usually slightly more rooted in reality.
Okay, I admit it. I didn’t hear anyone refer to actual executions. I just figured maybe they knew what Hitler did and, since some did refer to Trump as Hitler, that they expected that of him. I should have known better than to expect the Lefties to know anything about Hitler other than he was a bad man.
As long as we are making WWII comparisons, I bet that Hillary Campaign Headquarters last night resembled Hitler’s bunker in late April 1945.
With Hillary too drunk to appear for a concession speech.
Uh-oh. . . Here it comes. . .
And here ya go. Not one of the best Downfall Parodies out there, but it seems to be the only one on the subject – so far. (smile)
You mean all of them with their cyanide capsules ready to off themselves?
The Clinton’s inner circle had a realization that they weren’t going to be pardoned by Hillary the President and don’t want to go to Federal Pound me in the Ass Prison?
Actually from the ’08 DNC primary, still applicable. Probably funnier if (like me) you don’t speak German.
https://youtu.be/6Xx6Q77psrc
The Hitler comparisons were plenty and still are.
Funny since in the 90s and before he decided to run as a Republican, Democrats and minorities loved him for all the charity he provided, job opportunities, etc. Al, Jesse, the Clintons, etc., were all constantly pawing at him for what he did. Now he’s a racist misogynist. Amazing what happens when you put an (R) behind your name.
Not that I support him, my money is still on a late vote call for Camacho and his SAW.
Where is Poetrooper? He was Trump’s point man here. He can at least stop by and take a bow.
And by the way, the physical resemblance is, as Donald Trump would say, “Incredible, just incredible, folks.”
When Obama won in 2008 and again in 2012 I went to sleep, woke up the next morning and resumed my life. “The sun rose the next morning,” as so many have accurately stated about this morning’s results.
Something about doing that when you’re a spoiled liberal baby is extremely difficult.
Read that Putin sent Trump a congratulatory telegram. Didn’t know you could still do that.
The Russians don’t throw anything away. They still have T-55s and tube type radios…
And an aircraft carrier fueled by burning old tires.
Don’t they still have a couple of warehouses full of Cossack sabers?
I read somewhere that there’s a couple of Divisions of T-38s in mothballs …
Has there been any concerted effort by an entrepreneur to collect and bottle the tears of these fragile snowflakes?
I would like to purchase several bottles to wash my balls with.
I’d like to find some Hillary Clinton supporters that are “Self employed” and see if I can’t help wipe away their tears. With my balls.
Just, damn! JAOD wins the interwebs today.
Flores! Flores! Flores por los muertos!
Flores! Flores por las mierdas!
Watching ABC was like watching a wake….
Stephanopoulos looked like he was about start tearing up with sadness, it made me smile.
All the pundits scratching their heads and wondering just what the fuck happened because their precious polls were all bullshit…it was really enjoyable as I sat there drinking my adult beverages…
Same same with CNN. It took them about 15 seconds to stutter out that Hillary lost Florida.
I think I know what happened with the polls. This was discussed on the evening news with a political analyst. His view was that the pollsters stayed in the cities and did not go into the countryside, the suburbs or even connect with commuters on public transportation to the ‘burbs.
Looking at the map of Illinois, the most prominent color is red, even though the Chicago area, which is the collar counties, is all blue.
Same with Florida and Pennsylvania – a few blue spots, but the rest of those states are red. They paid no attention to people in Iowa or Wisconsin unless they were in the few major cities in those states. Completely threw their results off from the reality of the real vote.
The biggest mistake those people can make is ignoring the guy who mows his own lawn or brings the cows into the barn at milking time, because he and his neighbors have a different view of things than people in cities.
George Stepsinshit’s wife promised that they’d move to Australia, if Wideload lost. Pretty sure that, like all liberals, they won’t keep their word. Besides, I hear Australia has a few standards, when it comes to immigration.
And what do we have against the Aussies?
Heard Australia has announced, “We’re full!”
I was not so mature … alas …
All I could think of was, “Neener, neener, neener!”
Did you see Rachael Maddow and Chris Matthews?
Karma is a bitch.
I wonder if Jake Dildoberto is still swinging off their collective ballsacks?
Not that Matthew’s would have one.
Canada is gonna have to build a wall also.
Maybe we can help.
Cuba is close. Why don’t they want to go to that socialist paradise?
For the same reason they don’t flee to Mexico. They don’t like having Little Brown People as neighbors.
Funny, I’ve had Mexicans as neighbors, and they were great folks.
Oh, wait. I’m a Deplorable. What do I know?
The guy who owns the muffler shop where I got my exhaust fixed this morning is Mexican, nice guy, gave me a break when I needed it. Good to his customers and did the work this morning right away. His shop is busy all the time, the work is good, and his prices are fair.
So let’s not do that ‘LBP’ thing, okay? It’s not where people come from; it’s which door they used as an entrance.
And conduct upon said entrance.
There will be Canadian Border Patrol Personnel hunting illegal Americans.
Saw a photo (photoshopped?) of a guy on a moose as the Canadian border patrol.
I would not blame them – except they did elect Trudeau, didn’t they?
‘illegal Americans’ — (snrrrtt!) Maybe put a bounty on them?
Oh, wait! I have it! Send them back in orange jumpsuits.
Now that would be awesome.
Clinton says she still believes in America. Imagine that. Even though she lost, she still believes in America. What an arrogant bitch.
You think maybe she’ll turn into the female Alf Landon (perpetual candidate) of this century?
I’m sure she’ll try. I’m still savoring the tears of liberal media proglodytes bawling about this, it was all supposed to be Hitlery’s grand coronation. Hell, 2008 was also supposed to be, but B. Hussein 0bama kinda got I the way. Maybe, just maybe he was the lesser evil, an incompetent narcissist versus a power-crazed sociopath?
After Barry O. got elected, lots of people started Tea Party meetings, learned the Constitution, got mad… and I think this election is the result.
So a buddy of mine has has answered a question I posted on a different thread hear
The Pentagon has put a end to Manning getting his Sex change they will announce this soon
Also it looks like standards for combat arms jobs is going back up PC is out the window
No answer on trannies yet but it doesn’t look good for them. Also of note
A POS AWOL who I will not name hear if not pardoned by destroy and conquer is not going to have a easy ride anymore..
About time we made our military professional again and not a damn PC lab for the lefty fruit-loops
Life is fixing to get good again…..
I always thought that gloating was over-rated, but today..not so much.
The bitter bitter tears…

Exclusive footage of our resident deplorable Lars.
What are these people, like six y/o? Don’t they know the internet is forever or are they so wrapped in their butterfly cocoon they don’t care?
Yes. Yes, they are. I’ve been saying that all along. They have the maturity of 3-year-olds.
They are already having tantrums of various sorts, but – and I look forward to this part – this, too, shall pass and they will have to grow up and become adults, willy-nilly.
If I could pull a Cartman and drink their tears, I’d be all over that like a wet tshirt.
I’m sure even those that didn’t vote for Hillary and are perfectly fine today will take the opportunity not to do that test since it is that much less work they’d have to do that others get a free pass on.
What happens when you let emotion not trump logic.
Pun intended.
badum-tish!
What are the odds the new administration will go full court press on Hillary and call for her prosecution or call for investigations into that Foundation of hers? Any chance of that?
(Just curious what folks here think)
MSGT, we live in hope! That or divine retribution. Lightning would be nice…
I would expect something more like fire and burning sulfur from heaven…
Like Sodom and Gomorrah.
I’d settle for a Special Prosecutor…
Nah, deals will be made if not already in the works.
I think it’s already in the works. I’ve seen several opinion pieces in various news outlets, even the NY Post suggesting that HRC be pardoned “for the healing process” to begin…Sorry I had to step outside to puke. Screw her and the white horse she rode in on.
Think I said this on another thread here also. What are the odds that the funding for the Clintoon Foundation dries up, now that they know they aren’t buying influence in the US government any more?
And Buh-rock will pardon WideLoad, Huma, Cheryl Mills and BJ.
They are already investigating the clinton foundation.
If Obama does pardon Hillary as people keep asking, he will destroy anything left of his “legacy” because he’s only proving that she was guilty and giving her a free pass.
His ego won’t allow him to do that, I think. Not ending up a suicide behind the white house mysteriously might be a motivator though, tough call.
One can only hope …
She’s blaming bodaprez for not doing ‘enough’ for her, meaning stopping Comey. The video is a partial interview. Don’t know how reliable the ‘source’ is but if it’s true, it does not surprise me. Everything is always somebody else’s fault with the Clintons.
After all the prognostications, I went with this:
http://i65.tinypic.com/5ewejc.jpg
Now that is priceless!
There actually is an apt “Dewey Defeats Truman” comparison; Hillary! signing copies of Newsweek’s “Madam President” commemorative issue last night, before the results came in:
http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2016/11/hubris-hillary-clinton-signed-newsweek-madam-president-cover-election-eve/
Well the media was claiming for months that Hillary would win and that was that.
More crybabies in Austin, Texas:
http://www.khou.com/news/local/texas/anti-trump-protest-moving-through-downtown/350487728
(BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Twits.)
Typical t-sips.
I love this. You know, in 1992 and 1996 I don’t remember protests by conservatives against Clinton winning or in 2008 and 2012 against Obama winning…anywhere. We weren’t pleased but we went on with life.
I don’t remember schools allowing students to walk out in protest or college professors putting off mid-term exams or hot lines for emotional support for the tearful, fearful and butt hurt conservative students. Because I don’t remember tearful, fearful and butt hurt conservatives as a movement. Yet that is all I am hearing today from the left.
This nation’s liberal agenda has created, supported and pandered to a class of young people who are at such loose ends with their sense of entitlement to everything that they do not know what to be upset about in any given hour of the day.
There is no grounding in reality anymore because the reality of life has been removed and replaced with a pie in the sky, anything goes, anything you want or want to be is good as long as YOU say it is good mentality.
In short, this generation is the dictionary definition of not knowing whether to shit or go blind about anything. Except of course, the Kardashians, Justin Bieber, do I have a “safe space” to hide from the world in, are all of my emotions at any moment being acknowledged and given credence, etc., etc. ad nauseam.
Are they prepared for life? No and they don’t care because in their upbringing and education they have been told that life owes them everything and they need not bring anything to the potluck.
So, grow up. Now or later it is going to happen. They may slip and slide for decades on someones dole, but more likely they will have the reality of life hitting them head on like a freight train.
Good luck with that light at the end of their tunnel. They need to pray to God the reality will not be a call to arms to defend this nation by every able bodied one of them.
^^epic take
What is really sad is that they don’t perceive the dichotomy.
They really have no friggin’ clue what life is like. The poor kids are doomed.
True Sir. You can give them two plus two all day long and they will never, ever arrive at four.
Someday, someone will say of this generation “where do we get such men (and women).
I don’t think it’ll have the same meaning as when those words were first spoken….
Nice capture Sparks. I would very much like the local gov’ts to stomp on the little bastards. They have every right peaceably to assemble provided that, if needed, they have a permit to do so. Otherwise, they’re a binky-sucking mob.
You know, Sparks, I agree with some of what you say, but not all of it. The people who are so distraught they can’t work, think, eat, whatever, and all this before Mr. Trump has even taken office? You have no disagreement from me – they need to learn a bit more maturity and resilience.
But ‘liberal’ seemingly means something different to you than it does to me – my ‘liberal’ friends often identify as such not because they feel they’re special snowflakes, but because they, say, support gay rights and don’t think the government should care about what happens in private in someone’s bedroom. Or because some are scientists and feel the conservatives are hostile to fields like evolution or climate change. Or countless other reasons that have nothing to do with needing special treatment because of some silly thing or another.
While I personally prefer to identify as an independent, I clearly lean liberal on a number of issues.. yet I refused to take unemployment when I was between jobs a while back, I haven’t felt my world crash down upon me because Trump won, and, I’d wager -respectfully!- that I could out-shoot you with a gun, too.
Some people who are liberals need to grow up, yes. But that’s because they’re young and sheltered, not because they’re liberal, even if there’s a correlation there. Some of us liberal sorts find that stuff just as embarrassing as you do, trust me.
Are the special snowflakes so sure that the light at the end of the tunnel isn’t an oncoming train?
The other day, before the election, I pondered Clinton’s all-but-assured victory and said she would not be my president if elected. Well, she wasn’t and now Trump is “NotMyPresident” to mobs of mostly young, disappointed, and unruly people. What does that label, not my president, mean? As a practical matter, nothing. Whatever bills and executive orders a president signs apply to all of us. Whatever policy decisions a president makes affect each of us. Beyond those things and others that go with the Office of the President (commander-in-chief and chief executive) what does not my president mean? For me, as applied to H. Clinton, it meant that I would not accord her the respect and deference that usually goes with the office. It meant that whatever she did in office, she would not have my support, prayers, or understanding, that I had, as a personal matter, rejected her totally and without reservation. I feel the same way about Baracka. I lowered my house flag when he won the first time around. It stayed retired for eight years, untouched. I guess that was my protest. I didn’t block traffic, shout obscenities, put anti-obama stickers on my car or anything of the sort. It was a personal matter, a personal hurt that the country, in its ignorance or selfishness would elect to the land’s most powerful office a man who claimed to love America so much he wanted to transform her, not build on her great goodness. I suffered oBaMa and Pelosi and Reid and Boehner and sickening Supreme Court appointments that helped pave the way for a Trump victory Tuesday. Old Glory is back at my home. Let those who want to protest, protest. Trump is not their president and I well understand what that means: nothing.
You ought to pull up Southparks “Safe Space” song on YouTube. I think that’s a fair depiction of how the little snowflakes view the world they live in.
(Excellent post, BTW, Sparks.)
South Park’s My Safe Space
Seattle also this evening. Not sure what they think they’ll accomplish, other than to make readily apparent that they haven’t a clue of the efficacy of their protest. As long as they don’t decide to destroy things, I guess they can continue to make idiots of themselves.
I am no fan of Trump, but I was positively giddy today at classes at my local community college. After seeing the anguish and angst from the faculty, I had to stop myself repeatedly from skipping around and giggling
.
ahh the tears of unfathomable sadness. so… sweet…
Genghis Khan smiles.
In other news…Church of Scientology pretty face spokeswoman, Tom Cruise, reports “The Church and its members are very deeply distressed about the outcome of the election. I, along with a panel of the most senior Life Auditors, are now trying to decide the most tasty, yet eco-friendly, low carbon foot print flavor of Kool Aid to prepare. Admiral Hubbard, mission accomplished! We salute you!”
Well, I’m tired. I was up most of the night watching the results, reporting on them for those of you who passed out in the middle of it all. I took my car to the shop this morning after the cats woke me up, demanding breakfast, and now it no longer sounds like a warthog rooting around in the undergrowth.
Vlad Putin appears to be holding out the olive branch to Trump.
Duterte has said ‘ready to work with you’ publicly.
The speculators who sold off about 800 points in the market yesterday bought back (probably shorted a lot of stuff) and now it’s right back up.
Here’s one of the reasons Clinton didn’t win: she lied to reporters repeatedly about the time of day she was born. She told them either 8PM or 8:06AM. Neither is correct. A forensic analysis of the important events in her life using event-specific software pegs her time of birth at 2:18AM to 2:20AM, which puts her at a nadir in her life and she won’t recover from it.
Her influence is less than zero >0- now. LBJ never recovered from his disastrous manipulation of the US into a war that cost him his job and his public career, and showed everyone what an arrogant ass he was.
It will not be a surprise if the same thing happens to Mrs. Clinton. She did not earn what she sought. She tried to buy and bully her way into it.
The Republicans now have a majority in both Houses of Congress. People got fed up with the crap coming out of Washington and made that clear. We have a rough road ahead, but it is not impassable.
— The Republicans now have a majority in both Houses of Congress. People got fed up with the crap coming out of Washington and made that clear. We have a rough road ahead, but it is not impassable.—-
True this, but what the hell are they going to do with it. My rep here in east Texas shot me back a scripted statement on oblunder care. He & some demon rat have “come together in a bipartisan effort” with a bill to strip out certain parts or a “repeal & replace” version of their own
SoBs. Repeal it and forget it.
All in all, I had a pretty good day the past 24 hours!
100’s protested…no work hours missed.
That was my thought. What these people don’t have jobs to get up and go to?
Waiting and hoping that all those so called star’s in Hollywood that said they move to another country if Trump is elected. Well I would like to help if I can buy giving them a ride to the nearest border and help them to their new home with a nice boot to the ass and a good one finger salute!
I have seen endless whining and crying about Obama for the last 8 years.
Pot meet kettle.
Right !!!!!
Well the mouth piece of Obama race relations. Al I owe 5 plus million in taxes Sharpton
Is telling people they should go out and show and if need be Riot…
to republicans who is in charge this doesn’t end until house gets cleaned up maybe we should start with him and finally deal with Soro’s
Put yourself in my shoes or shut the fuck up. You want to pay for my wife’s cancer treatments? Yeah, thank fucking Obama for that you fucking asshole.
You are right, I whine and my wife cries.
Cocksucker.
I’m sorry to hear of your wife’s cancer, ex-OS2. I’m a survivor myself and, in part because of it, have a slightly different take on Obamacare. Certainly not the time to preach my take, but if you ever want to hear an argument from the other side, I’ll try to give a fair one. Hope you guys are managing as best you can and that she’s responding well.
LC, That is wonderful that you are a survivor!! I can’t imagine what you went through but I can see what my wife is going through, I would not wish it on my enemy. Frustration and anger prompted my previous comment, I apologize. I am pleased that there were services available to you.
I took no offense – I’m a survivor, yes, but I actually found my own battle with cancer considerably easier than watching a loved one deal with it. There’s politics, and then there’s people – while I have my opinions on the former, and they often differ from others here, at the end of the day I’ve got nothing but full support for anyone dealing with the sorts of things you guys are.
You have every right to be frustrated, and like I said, I just hope you guys are staying strong and she’s responding well. If I can help in any way, just ask.
Thank you, my friend.
I am sorry about your wife.
Just not sure how you think I am at fault for that. Or Obama’s.
I support universal healthcare.
God, you’re fucking dense.
That’s like saying “Water is wet”, “Fire is hot”, and “Shit stinks”!
“I support universal healthcare.”
Think about what you said there.
“I support universal healthcare.”
I do too-the market and technology will make it cheap and accessible (like anything else), so that anyone can buy what they need. Politics and bureaucracy will have the exact opposite effect, glad to hear that you are coming around.
Thats rich, even for you P.D. You filled many a thread on TAH, whining about the “Evil Donald”.
Fact is your boy Burnout Bernie sold out to Cankles, for a fairly cheap price I might add.
Instead of being the trailblazer you made him out to be, he was shown to be just another lacky in the Dem party. He was willing to sell his soul for his 30 pieces of silver.
There was more than just whining and crying about Obama, those same people rejected him, his failed policies and the Golden Girl via the ballot box.
Keep crying though, your tears are delicious…
I am not crying. A terrible candidate beat a horrible candidate.
Still haven’t found a job yet, huh, PD? Seriously, find something useful to do with your time. Ramp up those job skills – wait, you don’t have any job skills! Sorry, I forgot. My bad.
Aaaand Comrade Dickless is back. How ’bout that age difference, eh, Lars? Y’know, how you said you’re guaranteed to outlive me because I’m 13 years *younger* than you. I’m pondering whether you suck at math, biology, or both. My money’s on Option-C.
You’ve indeed seen much complaining about the current Occupant, 1600 Penn Ave, Wash DC here over the last several years. There’s a rather obvious reason for that. Since you can’t seem to figure out the reason yourself, I’ll enlighten you. When high elected officials prove themselves to be incompetent tools unwilling to or incapable of either adequately performing their jobs or learning from their mistakes, criticism is warranted. The fact that the US economy is still in the toilet 8 years after the Community Organizer in Chief and his DC Klown Krewe were elected is ample evidence that they are manifestly incompetent at managing the US economy. The same is true with respect to US foreign policy. Every foreign policy initiative they’ve taken or change they’ve made over the past 8 years have been abject failures or has damaged US long-term interests. They’ve also dramatically reduce the USA’s ability to defend itself militarily. So add national defense to the list of things they’ve screwed up. These three things – management of the US economy, foreign policy, and national defense – are the three primary functions of any Presidential Administration. The current Administration has failed miserably at two of those, and has severely decreased the USA’s capacity in the third area. That’s called screwing up by-the-numbers. Frankly, IMO the only thing that the current POTUS has shown himself competent to do over the last 8 years is read from a Teleprompter and play golf at taxpayer expense. And since as far as I know his golf scores aren’t made public, I’m not positive about him being even marginally competent at golf. When presented with such evidence of blatant incompetence on the part of Federal officials, people have the right to complain. Not to complain in such circumstances is equivalent to endorsing and approving gross incompetence. The principle at work when one does that (criticizes Federal government officials because they have proven themselves incompetent) is called “freedom of speech”. You may have heard of it. But contrary to what your Berkeley professors may have led you to believe, it applies equally to… Read more »
Here’s a small statistic from ZeroHedge:
When bodaprez took office in January 2009, the US debt load was $10.6 trillion. The debt load has increased 48% since then, or $8.4 trillion during his administration, and was $19.0++ trillion on the last day of January 2016.
The Congressional Budget Office forecasts that the national debt will hit $22.6 trillion by 2020 and will rise to $29.3 trillion by 2026.
The answer to reducing this is NOT to borrow and/or print more money. The answer is to boost business in all areas in this country, as well as bump up exports from this country.
That’s just common sense.
Ex-PH2… Common sense and Commissar PD? It’s all about FEELINGS for him, not the hard reality of having a job, busting your ass off and dealing with the realities of life. He wants US to pay for all of the FREE SHIT that him and others like him want in life so he can live in his version of a socialist/communist utopia. It’s all about behaving like a five year old that is in a full blown Chernobyl style meltdown because they “can’t get their way” because their “feelings” are hurt.
He’s fucking clueless about the realities of life outside of that little bubble he’s in called Bezerkley.
IMHO lil Zika-Poodle will never make it in the private sector as anything other than a broom-pusher, mop-slinger or a fry cook and that’s if he’s lucky. I’m sure he’ll end up being some snot-nosed little Government Bureaucrat sitting at a desk trying to come up with ways to make others miserable while waiting to accumulate 20 years of time on the clock.
An oldie but a goodie…how do you get Poodle Dick Lars off your front porch? Pay him for the pizza…
I’ll be here all week and try the veal.
I wonder if they have large enough ankle bracelets for Cankles when they cuff her fat ass if Barry doesn’t pardon her.
I’m hopeful the Libtards don’t lead us to another civil war but if so I’m dame this link below is what happens when 300 plus different news papers become one under the same owner ship
They ain’t happy and m fed up with their BULLSHIT

The crying & lashing out will get ridiculous when a conservative Supreme Court nominee is named a few months from now. The court has been conservative since 1972 & nothing will change for possibly an additional 40+ years. Another worrisome issue for the left is that 3 members (2 left & 1 center right) are getting up in years. Ginsburg is 83, Breyer is 78, and Kennedy is 80.
Majority Leader Sen Mitch McConnell took a brilliant strategic risk by not holding a hearing for Obama’s moderate nominee to replace Scalia & deferring to a new President to be sworn in.
You use that word “conservative” – I do not think it means what you think it means.
Even the leftists/progressives/socialists recognize that 1/2 of the court has been on their side for years. 5/4 decisions are innumerable, with just one or two Justices making the difference in a win or loss for true conservative positions.
I’ll disagree with you on the ‘brilliant strategic risk’ bit – that was, in effect, crying and lashing out by the conservatives. In recent memory, nobody has had appointments delayed that much. And the follow-on, in the expected Democratic victory, where Republicans threatened to block appointments for four years is emblematic of the inability of Congress to actually function as it should.
If the Democrats try anything equally stupid, I hope they get excoriated by everyone, but a pretty lousy precedent has already been set now.
Actually, this is far from the first time Congress has outright refused to consider a SCOTUS nominee. It’s happened a surprisingly large number of times in the past.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unsuccessful_nominations_to_the_Supreme_Court_of_the_United_States
I’m not sure I’d call the maneuver “brilliant”, but indeed appears to have worked – as it did repeatedly in the past.
OK to be fair it was a politically slimy move by McConnell where ends justify means. Something Hairy Reid would do in his sleep.
I’d term it as more “tit-for-tat” than slimy, Devtun. Don’t forget the maneuvers Reid pulled to get ObamaCare through the Senate – start with an unrelated bill, then voice-vote amend it to replace the existing text with the 1000-page ObamaCare fiasco. Then get the final result changed through the “reconciliation” process to avoid another cloture vote because he’d lost the 60th vote required for cloture.
All those were perfectly allowable legislative maneuvers, albeit somewhat underhanded. McConnell was simply reminding everyone that both sides can play those kinds of games.
Like many you think that Congress MUST ‘take action’ (pass something) and criticize when they ‘fail to act’ (not pass something). What you and many others forget is that by deciding NOT to act (pass new law), Congress is in fact taking an action. i.e. choosing not to alter the status quo.
You could benefit from reading(re-reading) both the Constitution and the Federalist Papers, and learning that one of the reasons the founders created the system they did was to make it difficult for Congress to do things. Not going to explain the whole reasoning behind this (not nearly enough time or space), read the before mentioned items and you’ll learn why.
As far as the not acting on the Supreme Court nominee, this isn’t a new or recent thing as you claim. There is a LONG standing tradition and precedent to not vote or consider such a nominee during an election year, especially when the Presidency and Senate are controlled by different parties. It dates back to 1828 with the President John Quincy Adams and Andrew Jackson election when Justice Robert Trimble died. Again you may want to re-read/learn your US history, especially the founding period.

“Like many you think that Congress MUST ‘take action’ (pass something) and criticize when they ‘fail to act’ (not pass something).” Huh? Name two TAHers, besides yourself, who think that way.
“As far as the not acting on the Supreme Court nominee, this isn’t a new or recent thing as you claim.” Who claimed that? I missed it. I know LC didn’t.
Am guessing that Isnala was addressing LC. Maybe even assuming LC to be an extra persona of the resident commie.
Dunno. And yeah, one of them specifically made the claim recently about the failure to consent to the SCOTUS nominee being unprecedented. Not gonna go looking for it, though.
Yeah I was responding to LC. And by ‘many’, I was being inclusive of the entire country not just TAHers.

“The court has been conservative since 1972 & nothing will change for possibly an additional 40+ years.” Yes, during those conservative decades, those damn conservatives fashioned a constitutional right to kill unborn babies, blessed government’s heavy hand to require Americans to buy health insurance by miraculously the coercive exercise to be a tax, and used a previously unknown looking glass to find a fundamental right to same-sex marriage. With “conservatives” like that, who needs liberal progressives?
We reacted quite similarly, A/C. Don’t even want to imagine what a “liberal” court would look like if that is how “conservative” justices rule.
Ace had a post with a similar theme the other day. It asked what exactly did the conservative party (insert larger political movement where necessary) actually conserve?
Which (the post I am referring to, that is) was in part to explain how we got Donald Trump, since the movement had failed so spectacularly at what it claimed to want to achieve. This is especially apparent with the court, but could just as easily be said of the legislative or executive wrt things like the budget or the growth of government.
Yeah, Earl Warren, William Brennan, John Paul Stevens, Anthony Kennedy, etc. Should have said “Republican appointed”.
That crapweasel Souter-don’t forget him.
The Warren court was a shocker. That lifetime appt’mt business allows for that, the turncoat effect.
Oh yeah. Now that makes sense.
I just saw on GMA in the break room that PESD is a ‘real thing’…as debilitating as PTSD. I know you’re asking yourself “What the f&%k is this SNIPE talking about?” It’s called Post Election Stress Disorder…it’s when you’re filled with ennui because your bubble was pierced when the candidate that you wanted (but probably did get out and vote for) lost. I wonder how many combat vets would agree that the life or death struggle of combat and ensuing nightmares compare to butt-hurt feelings. The opinion of this REMF is the two are not related at all. PTSD is all too real, and PESD is just another excuse for privileged slackers to do a lot more nothing.
Hey hippie! Your world of Participation Trophies and Safe Places doesn’t translate to the adult world. Take a cue from Hil-dogs and Barry and suck it up. Put your big girl panties on and wipe the running mascara off your cheeks and make me a double espresso because I have a long real estate presentation to power through today!
Fuckers will start using the PESD defense as an excuse when they’re explaining their conduct in court in 3…2…1
It’s bullshit. They have to have an excuse to go off and protest the election of someone who will probably cut off their candy and soda allowance and tell them to get jobs, so they come up with that lame excuse.
Do you remember when Conservatives staged those mass protests and destroyed public property and looted over Obamas election and subsequent re-election…yea me neither.
Proof positive that liberals believe in the democratic election process, only when thier candidate wins.
In regard to the professor who gave his emotionally fragile 5-year-old students an exemption from the midterm: they were just looking for an excuse to go to another protest they heard about. There were several yesterday in larger cities. The media reported ‘thousands’. I counted a few hundreds, not ‘thousands’.
However, were I that professor, my response to their request would be ‘take the test now, or you get this one (see link) when you get back’:
http://grandfather-economic-report.com/1895-test.htm
Yes, it’s that infamous 19th century 8th grade test which included math skills. For anyone who wishes to indulge himself by taking that test, the weight of a bushel of grain depends on the grain. Oats come in at 32 lbs per bushel, because the unhulled oat is larger than a wheat kernel. Wheat comes in at 60 lbs/bushel. The rod referred to is the surveyor’s tool, used back then for measuring distances between fence posts when fencing acreage. The length of a rod is 16.5 feet.
This test is the requirement for graduation from 8th grade. The current maths test in New Zealand for high school students is even nastier than this test.
I hope that Trump will have enough common sense to recognize that education in this country has been dumbed down below the level of kindergarten in 1950, and an entire generation of nitwits who can’t demonstrate simple skills in reading, writing and arithmetic is what we have now.
Not saying that they’re all like that, because the STEM curricula schools aim higher than that. But this asinine Common Core being advertised on TV is as worthless as you can get. The result is the twits who decided to skip the midterm mentioned in the article at Yale, lied to the professor, and went off to protest the election of someone who ‘scared’ them.
And don’t forget that penmanship was graded!
Oh, yes! We got graded in 2nd grade, 3rd grade and 4th grade. No one was allowed to NOT learn something. And the grade school I went to had three schoolrooms with two grades each (e.g., 1 & 2) taught by ONE teacher. 60 kids learning from ONE person. Those ladies knew how to teach! And no one was out of control, either.
That test gives new meaning to the term “eighth-grade education”. I’m not sure *I* could pass it, at least not without some study beforehand.
Well, you could bring the answers into the 21st century, e.g., the question about trading centers: New York City, Chicago, Philadephia, Dallas-Fort Worth. The relevance of the problem proposed on calculating interest can be applied to your car payment or mortgage payment.
I think it has much more relevance than the website owner anticipated.
The maths test for graduates of New Zealand’s high school is a mind bender. I have to find the link to that.
I was wondering how Colonscopy Kraperdink, that SF quarterback who likes to kneel or sit during the National Anthem was up to. After all, he helped Trump win, although he never intended to do so. Turns out he chose not to vote. He sat it out. No story about that mentioned whether he was even registered.
You mean they didn’t cut his ass yet?
I still blame SF ownership for not calling his nasty ass on the carpet and saying, “Protest outside of the workplace, if you want, but not here. You have no 1st Amendment right here. I am not the government. Do it again and you’re gone.”
And while I’m on this, I wish that during the playing of our National Anthem, that one camera would fix its focus on the flag and remain there from the first note to the last. This sideline walk with shoulder camera is rude and it’s wrong. The cameramen should be standing still too, not hunting for a kneeler.
He announced today that he didn’t vote.
Maybe it’s time for him to retire from football, too. He’d get even more attention from the media.
Biggest play of the year, and he took a knee.
But then again, he gets paid the big bucks to watch better men play a game.
Wouldn’t hire him to coach a Pop-Warner team.
I’m watching these protests in NY and LA this morning on the news… Judge Smails from Caddyshack comes to mind… “Don’t you people have homes?!” (or jobs…)
Want some fun? Google “Trump can’t win” or “newspapers that endorsed Clinton” and see what you get. Read through a few. The only issue was whether Clinton would win big or very big. And now, we are told, racist, women-hating, uneducated dumbasses voted for Trump. Gotta love it. They remain in denial. The deplorables prevailed.
I just had this argument with a liberal friend. First, they’re being foolish for not recognizing the real reason why they lost, and second, in terms of votes, Clinton lost because people who have voted Democratic in the past two elections didn’t turn up for her. That’s it. She got far fewer votes than Obama did.
Even if we state the incendiary and almost entirely false narrative that sexist, racist, uneducated sorts voted for Trump, Clinton lost because Democrats didn’t like her as a candidate. Look at the vote tallies compared to 2012 and 2008. She was, in a nutshell, an utterly terrible candidate.
So was Trump, mind you, but his base still turned up to vote.
Well, as I say below, Trump’s base was not really Trump’s base but the anti-Clinton base. There were millions of us.
‘Base’ was almost certainly the wrong word; I simply meant total vote count.
In 2008, 2012 and 2016, the GOP got 59.9M votes, 60.9M votes and 59.7M votes – all pretty equal.
In 2008, 2012 and 2016, the Democrats got 69.5M votes, 65.9M votes, and … 59.9M votes. So, six MILLION fewer votes than last cycle, while the GOP only had 1.2M fewer.
Well, thanks to the media, the left knew the result before the polls opened. That’s great. I found a bright spot in the trash.
How long to the first Election 2016 PTSD claim? Over/Under?
I think we have already seen that in at least a small way with the Yale professor making his midterm exam optional so those coping with Hillary’s loss wouldn’t fail.
Higher learning at its finest.
I have seen people claim ‘trauma’, which is close enough for me. It’s just so utterly unhelpful.
And to add on to what deck said, it wasn’t just a single professor either. There have been a few already.
I am absolutely certain it has already been logged in some campus health center, either in New England or in California.
Whenever I see the footage and photos of the Hillary supporters crying or read about these distraught Ivy League snowflakes I am reminded of a quote by the character Ruxin from the TV show The League:
“I gotta say… I feel like I just won twice.”
I think Commissar PD takes claim on that, Former EM1/SS. Remember he was “balls deep for Bernie” and got all butthurt when Bernie was pushed out by Cankles McPantsuit.
Nobody but nobody seems to get that there were a number of major factors that were behind Trump’s victory. Most geniuses on the right want to believe that Trump’s thumb-in-the-eyes of the ruling class was the key while the geniuses on the left say that the victory was a wave of racism and sexism unleashed by uneducated whites. Both are wrong, as I see it, but, golly, I don’t have benefit of the polls of the sort so heavily relied upon by the geniuses. My view is that H. Clinton was immensely disliked, hated by some, and as she played to the Left, many folks said, “Hey, what about us?” And “us” spoke through the voting booth. She wanted trillions more in new taxes, a point that was not played large by the media. In my book, quite unscientifically, many of us voted simply to stop her because we love the country, not because we wanted Trump.
Word.
Still chuckling at the idea that of all the trucks loaded with ballots to add to the vote totals spread out around the country, it still wasn’t enough to elect the hildebeast. Just wish we could somehow divine the actual, honest results of the election.
I’m thinking back to 2008. I was (still am) firmly anti-Obama and genuinely feared what this hand-picked Chicago don and protegé of an unrepentant anti-American terrorist who had spoken of public disarmament and a plan to create an explicitly-Gestapo/Stasi-like “security” agency would do to America. To make things worse, the Obama camp’s insistence on playing the race card left me disenfranchised: any criticism of Obama automatically made me a racist, regardless of what that criticism may be, or the reasons behind it. Anything other than embracing him as the new messiah would result in me being tarred as *EVIL*. The same crowd that had howled, railed, and ridiculed at everything Bush ever did now told me that I had to shut up. What did I do? Did I attempt (or even consider attempting) to commit murder? Did I join a “militia” group? Did I vandalize someone else’s property? Did I block traffic? Did I toss (or even make) Molotov cocktails? Did I burn him in effigy? Did I wave signs in people’s faces, disrupt their daily lives, or make a nuisance of myself? No to all of the above. I quietly checked my ammo stash (better to have it and not need it), prayed, hoped for the best, feared the worst, and tried to mind my own business and get on with my life. Well, we definitely didn’t get the best, but we didn’t get the worst, either. For all his talk, Barry Obama proved both too inept and too lazy to actually do any of the shit that I feared. He did plenty of damage, worsening just about every divide in our society, abandoning Iraq to Daesh, making all of the worst possible interferences in the unrest that arose in the Middle East, selling out to Iran and Cuba, gutting our national defense, being Putin’s bitch, and overseeing tremendously-unconstitutional invasion of privacy (and they bitched about the Patriot Act!). But we can recover from these things. And Obama just did something that actually impressed me, which I wouldn’t have thought possible: his surprisingly-gracious speech about the peaceful transfer of… Read more »
Agree, well said.

I never even remotely thought of committing violence in the streets if Hitlery won, my plan was to pick up, pack up, and emigrate to Texas the day after they seceded.
And I was going to unplug, convinced that too many morons would vote for The Bitch and seal the fate of the country through her Sup Ct picks.
The angst-encumbered protesters only seem to be congregating in places where they know they can get arrested and be on TV, with news helicopters overhead and SWAT teams or squadrolls present for crowd control.
When winter comes, when the snow flies and piles up around their ankles, do you think they’ll still be paradin’ in the streets? I don’t.
When the TV cameras are gone, do you think they’ll still be hollering and waving cardboard signs and burning stuff? I don’t.
It’s all to get attention for them and their butthurt feelings. At some point, it gets old.
This ain’t the 1960s. There’s no real war on to protest, no real racism to litigate, no civil rights being violated. It’s just a bunch of 5-year-old spoiled brats in adult bodies who will never succeed at anything but making nuisances of themselves.
TOW, you have the patience of a good parent. You are not the reactionary. They are.
I salute you. Keep it up.
Nothing but spoiled brats throwing a tantrum because they didn’t get what they want. The whole Trump is a racist hate monger is something crafted by the leftist media to demonize anyone that dare to oppose them and their elitist ways.
Their ‘movement’ will burn out shorty. This is the same group of people that were all part of ‘Occupy Wall Street’ if you can remember that failed ’movement’ too.
Earlier, I said 100’s protest & no work hours lost will now be modified to 1,000’s protest and still no work hours lost.
Exactly. Watched the news video on the evening news. Desk anchor says ‘thousands’ and I see only several hundreds.
I call Baloney! on it, and get some supper. The angst over the electoral college also reverberates on the net. ‘Not fair! Not fair! She had the most votes!’ Okay, well, so sue Alexander Hamilton. He’ll probably tell you where to stuff your imaginary pain.
My uncle talked to me today and said the secretary in his doctor’s office in midtown Manhattan had a meltdown at work over Trump’s election. She is trying to have any mention of his name or presidency banned from the office and left early for the day “due to emotional stress.”
I’d fire her ass.
We enjoyed a good laugh in my class today over all of the butthurt going on in other parts of the state and country.
I would have just titled this article “Turds” or “Clowns”.
Oh.
And I am about to retreat to my “safe-space”.
Where I will smoke pot, drink PBR and tell everyone within earshot how I am oppressed.
I cannot handle others opinions when they disagree with my own.
Waaaaaah! We kept showing up but those mean Republicans stole Hillary’s trophy!
Ooooooooh, that mean bully Trump stole Hillary’s crown, what a POOP STAIN!!!
