Tim Scott named to replace DeMint
So, South Carolina governor, Nikki Haley has named a replacement for Jim DeMint as a US Senator for the state. It’s Tim Scott, according to the New York Times;
Mr. Scott, 47, also offers a unique story and background, one that is in scant supply in the Republican Party right now. Raised by a single mother, he was, by his account, a lost child who struggled with school and with life until a Chick-fil-A franchise owner took him on as a protégé and schooled him in conservative principles.
“Coming from a single-parent household and almost flunking out of high school,” Mr. Scott said in 2010, during his bid for the House, “my hope is I will take that experience and help people bring out the best that they can be.”
Of course, Tim Scott is Black, and since the Republicans are supposed to be racists, Democrats and Liberals have been Tweeting racist shit about Scott all day, according to Twitchy.
Now, I’m just guessing, but I think the reason that there are so few blacks who are Republicans because of the way they’re treated by the Democrat Party. Who wants to be treated in their neighborhood like Michael Steele, Herman Cain, Clarence Thomas, Allen West and Condoleezza Rice?
I’ve seen some of them get worked over verbally by their peers and it’s not a pretty sight. Conservatives, on principle, don’t do well reaching out to minorities because we see everyone as equal regardless of superficial things like skin color. But since Liberals are all about superficial and irrelevant differences and completely emotional with no real principles beyond undermining the principles that built this country, somehow they attract people who see their superficial differences as the main thing that defines them as people and voters.
Category: Breaking News
Michael Steele – Fired for a spending scandal. Currently works for MSNBC.
Herman Cain – Disgraced philanderer. Drew a blank on basic foreign policy questions.
Clarence Thomas – Perv who never should have been confirmed. The silent justice. Has no notable opinions on anything. Ever.
Allen West – Batshit crazy. Rejected by a mostly republican district.
Condoleezza Rice – partially responsible for 5000+ Americans getting killed on American soil.
___
It’s not the color.
It’s the conservatism.
Can we get a list of idiotic or disgraced Democrats
Anthony Weiner-perv
Bill Clinton- perv and racist
Hank Johnson- ignorant
Cynthia McKinney- assaulter
Tim Geitner- tax cheat
Charlie Rangel- tax cheat
Barney Frank- owner of home used in brothel
I can go on and on. See I can play the game of pigeon holing a whole movement by few instances.. Want to keep playing.. Batshit crazy is in the eye of the beholder. Has Guam tipped over yet?
[…] Tim Scott named to replace DeMint – This Ain’t Hell […]
Nicely done, Racist, er Anonymous whichever version you are. Remind us again, how many democrats who happen to be black are U.S. Senators serving now?
As for the rest of your racist screed,
Michael Steele-First black elected to state-wide office in Maryland
Herman Cain-Master of Science degree in Computer Science, will take over Neal Boortz’ show in 2013, not to mention his stints as CEO of various companies.
Clarence Thomas-Not agenda driven justice, as Kagan and Sotomayor are
Allen West-Gerrymandered by RINO’s
Condoleeza Rice-5000 dead Americans? I may have missed that DNC talking point, which 5000 are you speaking of?
It’s definitely the color of the conservative that drives racists like you bat shit crazy, Anon.
I remember Herman Cain being accused but nobody ever proved anything happened. Hell look at Jessie Jackson Jr…case closed.
To go back way back to Democratic racist history. Sammy Davis Jr. sang the National Anthem at the 1960 DNC. The entire time he was on stage the southern contingent hurled racial epitaphs at him. After JFK was elected Sammy was uninvited to the inaugural gala. This was due the the fact he was married to May Britt who happened to be white. So much for the “progressive” party during their days of Camelot.
You got me on Anthony Weiner.
I counter with Mark Foley and Gary Craig.
Otherwise:
Bill Clinton: Highly rated president. Oversaw what is perhaps the last we’ll ever see of R/D cooperation.
Hank Johnson – never heard of him.
Cynthia McKinney – Green Party loon. Irrelevant.
Tim Geitner – [citation needed] I forget.
Charlie Rangel – Lifer. Irrelevant.
Barney Frank – Provable lies. He’s a been a scapegoat in the service of Rush and Sean for as long the conservative bubble has existed. Most political observers rate him highly.
Up North – Allen West was not Gerrymandered by RINOS.
That is a lie. The state republicans had no control over that.
He lost because he was a loon.
Ah, yes, Barney Frank…the same man ho said Obamacare is so awesome, by I am xcusing my state from it…
And, am from Arkansas, I have never trusted Clinton…super shady.
Damn auto correct and iPad touch keyboard
@#8. http://miamiherald.typepad.com/nakedpolitics/2012/01/redistricting-maps-could-sacrifice-incumbents-like-west-in-redistricting-battle.html
@7
Someone mention Jesse Jackson Jr.
Bill Clinton was an accused rapist, so if you want to claim him- be my guest.
Jimmy Carter- anti-semite
Teddy Kennedy – murderer of women
Cynthia Kinney was a Demo in office far longer than she was a greenie.
And you don’t get out of Charlie Rangel because he is a “lifer.”
And I raise you Foley and throw you a David Wu and Kerry Gauthier..
TacticalTrunkMonkey – Bush Junior advocated cheap home ownership at least as much as Barney Frank.
Besides, it was the US deregulation of complex derivatives and related transactions that crashed the global economy.
“It’s not the color.
It’s the conservatism.”
Then why in the hell are all the comments about the man’s color? Really, go look at those tweets. A whole lot of commentary on the man’s color for color not the be an issue.
I went to the Twitchy site and took a look at some of the epithets posted by so-called liberals.
“House Negro”? What is this? The 1930s?
Those people are an embarrassment to the human race.
UpNorth:
“Florida’s new redistricting standards, coupled with the 10-year shift in population”
There was no conspiracy. Allen West is an idiot.
@16
Yeah well this is Florida we are talking about.. The one who reelected Alan Grayson, so “crazy and idiot” is a matter of opinion.
“Bill Clinton was an accused rapist” – was it legitimate rape?
“Jimmy Carter- anti-semite” – brokered one of the few long standing peace treaties in the Middle East.
Teddy Kennedy – Elected by the same people who elected Mitt Romney. Your failed Mormon savior.
No one gives a fuck about Cynthia Kinney besides Fox News.
“And I raise you Foley and throw you a David Wu and Kerry Gauthier”
Dude, that’s reaching.
We might as well revisit Iran-Contra.
Romney was my Mormon savior.. BWAAAAHAHHHAA. Making an assumption there skippy, aren’t you?
melle1228 – Sorry, I didn’t mean to be presumptuous.
BTW, I have a message from Ron Paul:
It’s happening.
@20 Yeah you are still being presumptuous. Keep trying though..
Three Dollar Bill: ask Juanita Broaddrick if she thinks it was “legitimate rape”. Something tells me she does.
And if you want to see who’s responsible for roughly 3000 Americans killed on US soil (it was about 3000, not 5000, that died on 9/11/2001) – look at a picture of Bill Clinton. You can’t fix 8 years of ignorant neglect in less than 8 months.
Insofar as Allen West is concerned, the Florida GOP gerrymandered him out of a safe district, and then refused support. West was too conservative for the Florida GOP. That organization is genuinely corrupt, but that’s a conversation for another day.
What kept slaves on the plantation was an acute form of psychological abuse. It wasn’t always the white owners and their white employees that whipped slaves – it was the black straw bosses. How does one escape one of their own? When slaves ran away, the black straw bosses took vengeance on the runaway’s family and friends.
The recent abuse of Stacey Dash demonstrates the straw bosses are still employed by the slave-masters. Black off the plantation = evil, race traitor, oreo, house negro. Black on the plantation? Nothing, that’s where the slave-masters expect them to be.
So we ask ourselves, what would Martin do? Martin wouldn’t hesitate. His enemies were Bull Connor’s black flunkies, and Martin would maintain, as he always maintained that “Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of God’s children. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.”
So long as blacks remain under the tyranny of their Democrat slave-masters and their straw bosses, blacks in America will always live in that dark and desolate valley. Only by joining with conservatives will blacks stand on the solid rock of brotherhood.
Hondo – Ann Romney is still crying because you let her down.
I don’t think this is the appropriate time to quibble about numbers.
DaveO – Bullshit. The State GOP had no choice.
Allen West is brain-trauma grade crazy.
He only looks normal to you because of the communal reinforcement effect.
Three Dollar Bill: never met either Romeny and don’t know them. So it’s kinda hard for me to let either of them down. Not even a nice try.
The difference between 3000 and 5000 is hardly a quibble. That’s the difference between reality and either deliberate distortion or appalling ignorance. Which of the latter two do you want to admit?
Oh, and I see you didn’t bother to respond to my point about Juanita Broaddrick. Care to address that aspect of “Billy-boy’s” conduct?
Boring Hondo. I’m far more interested in whores like Sarah Palin.
She cheated on her husband, slagged off being governor for cash money…and continues to sell her reputation to the highest bidder.
What a fine role model she is. And a fine mother to her daughter’s bastard offspring.
Praise Jesus.
@27 And Conservatives are the misgynists and are at war with women??? You kiss your mother with that mouth?
Melle, no, if he went near his momma, she’d slap the stupid out of his mouth.
melle1228 – You mean misogynist?
I had to look that up in my teabonics translator.
Nah, I like non-facist women just fine.
@30 You got me, I missed the O when I was typing; my autoimmune disease is flaring and my eyesight gives me fits. And in the words of Inigo Montoya “You keep saying that, I don’t think it means what you think it means.” Non-fascistss.. BWAAAHHHAA
@31 Autoimmune disease? Hmm.
Good thing the Affordable Care Act will prevent any further shenanigans by your insurance company.
You do have insurance, don’t you?
@32 Yes I have insurance, and the affordable care act will make it harder for me to get treatment. Have you ever had to wait to see a rhematologist when your eyesight is going bad? Obamacare has done nothing for me. Our family plans well..
Clumsy attempt to change the subject and sidestep the question, Three Dollar Bill.
For the record: rape is in a whole other league than infidelity or out of wedlock birth. And it’s been my experience that most decent people rather frown upon those who perpetrate violent sex crimes. Obviously you’re willing to make exceptions if you agree with their politics, though.
Oh and as for the ACHA – “Affordable” Health Care Act my ass. My health insurance will go up about 20% next year. And it’s only going to get worse in the future.
@34 BUT HONDO.. Don’t you know that Obamacare is going to help us poor victims with pre-existing conditions etc. People like me should be thanking God for Obama and his “care” according to people like Three Edge Sword…
This new troll is a really nasty sort, whining about innuendo while calling Sarah Palin a whore based on…innuendo.
This one isn’t fit to shine the shoes of a man like Allen West.
melle1228 – Bullshit. How specifically would it be harder?
Hondo – When were your taxes higher? Now, or during the Bush administration?
@37 The wait for a rheumy is already unGodly loooong.. And then there is this:
http://www.forbes.com/sites/aroy/2011/03/17/new-study-obamacares-medicaid-expansion-will-exacerbate-doctor-shortages/
Medicaid expansion under Obamacare will cause a doctor shortage, primary care and specialist, so someone like me who has the potential to go blind during a flare will have to wait evenl longer for a rheumy..
And another link from Reuters…
oops:
http://www.reuters.com/article/2010/09/30/us-usa-healthcare-doctors-idUSTRE68T67120100930
Now, actually – not even close. And they’ll be even higher come 1 January 2013.
@41 – You’re full of shit, Hondo. A middle class tax cut was one of the first things Obama did.
@42 Actually it is funny to watch Democrats twist themselves into contortionists to support Bush’s tax cuts on the middle class. For years they have been screaming that his tax cuts were only for the wealthy, and now that they are set to expire- suddenly the middle class needs them extended..
Democratic party is the KKK party. Always has been and always will be. They are just a lot more subtle about their racism whether it’s paternalism in affirmative action or their desire to disarm blacks once again by negating the 2nd amendment. The party of racism is alive and it’s title is Democrat.
@38 – None of that has happened melle1228.
None of it will happen.
It’s right-wing paranoid fantasy fueled by the “one term president” effort.
Which has now failed.
The polls were not skewed, you live in a bubble.
BTW – The individual mandate invented by Republicans in the 90’s as a solution to the free rider problem.
Here is a link to a Wall Street Journal regarding what patients have to lose under Obamacare:
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704254604574613992408387548.html
The premium for Medicare Part B is going up effective Jan.1, 2013, so where is the affordability in that? The rise will also affect Medicare Part C, which is supplemental coverage and requires a premium paid to an insurance carrier.
Veterans are currently allowed to substitute VA prescription drug coverage for Medicare Part D.
So again, where is the benefit from Obamacare? It’s just another ripoff, this time at the hands of the US Government and the Obama Administration. And, because doctor will receive 5% less for Medicare patients after 1/1/2013, most of them are refusing to take new Medicare patients. So seniors, like me, are left to our own devices.
@45 The mandate was wrong when Republican proposed it. And did you get that those predictions are not right wing, but studies done by independent groups– Keep living in your fantasy land though. I already live in an area which doctors won’t take our insurance because it pays on the medicare fee schedule. I had to get a secondary insurance to find coverage..
Ex-PH2- Yeah, Wall Street Journal. That would be like me citing the Moonie Times.
Listen: Why did Republicans think the individual mandate was such a good idea in the 90’s, but not so much now?
@48 I wouldn’t know TES.. I was much younger in the 90’s and a flaming ignorant liberal. I didn’t even realize what an individual mandate was back then..
There is no such publication as the Moonie Times.
The Wall Street Journal has been in publication since 1889. Its reports are centered around business and economic news, which in this case includes the changes in premiums and coverage, which are already occurring in health insurance and are directly related to Obamacare.
I don’t know what your objection is to valid reporting by a respected publication that has a history of providing accurate and up-to-date information to the business community and to consumers.
However, your hostility to being corrected and your refusal to acknowledge anyone else’s viewpoint makes it more than clear that your only intention in coming here was to let us know what a hateful little creature you are. But we figured that out from your first post. Not just vitriolic and vindictive, but brain-dead at the same time.
