Justice Jackson has issues with concept of only biological women in female sports
Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson took issue with the idea of having only biological women participate in female sports. Jackson described this concept as “overarching” and suggested that it excluded gender as seen by transgenders. Jackson appeared to imply that the “assigned gender” at birth concept denied opportunities for transgender “women” to participate in female sports.

“You have the overarching classification, you know, everybody has to be, um, uh, play on the team that is the same as their sex at birth, um, but then you have a gender identity definition that is operating within that, meaning, a distinction, meaning that um, for, uh, cisgender girls they can play consistent with their gender identity, for transgender girls, they can’t,” said Jackson.
Jackson distinguishes between “sex” and “gender identity” as though the latter is a category deserving of equal consideration. “Gender identity” only means “a particular feeling I have about myself.” If that feeling leads one to make unreasonable demands, it is perfectly reasonable to toss those demands in the trash.
Williams countered Jackson, saying, “I think, if anything, that’s useful evidence as to the lack of a transgender-based discrimination, because if the legislature were just sort of unsettled by the notion of transgender athletes, I think the answer would’ve been to then bar them from –”
Jackson interrupted: “No, I appreciate that, I appreciate that, I guess I was getting at, the, um, what I understood the Chief Justice to be trying to resusce, which was, this notion that this is really just about the definition of, um, we accept that you can separate boys and girls, and we are now looking at the definition of a girl, and we’re saying only people who were, um, girl assigned at birth qualify.”
Again, no one is “assigned” a sex at birth. The doctor doesn’t spin a wheel and land on “girl” or “boy” or “none of the above” and proceed accordingly.
Jackson infamously refused to define the word “woman” in her confirmation hearing, when asked to do so by Republican Tennessee Sen. Marsha Blackburn.
“I’m not a biologist,” Jackson protested.

Somehow, I have ended up on the ACLU mailing list, about once a month I receive a solicitation asking for donations to defend “gay rights,” abortion on demand, “trans rights” etc.
I write over their letter “I will make a donation when the ACLU defends the 2nd Amendment with the same vigor that it defends the 1st Amendment.”
Then I remove all identifying information and return their solicitation to them in their Business Reply Mail envelope so they have to pay the dollar or so postage to receive my response.

IMHO:
If one is too stupid to know what makes a woman a woman, or how to distinguish between a man or a woman, then one is too stupid to practice law or sit on the bench.
Surely there is some law that allows a judge to be removed from the bench when there is evidence that they are mentally incapable of making nuanced distinctions, much more basic distinctions of fact.
And surely Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson meets the criterion for removal.
Justice Jackson has advanced degrees and cannot define what a woman is. I took life science in 7th grade, biology and health in high school, and biology 101 in college. I have no degree. I can define what a woman is.
Her ‘ degrees ‘ must be from those fraudulent tv ‘ schools’ Not worth the paper they’re printed on.We once had a of volunteers who covered the walls of her office with them. None were authentic. We also replaced the HR dictator. Later learned that they were closet besties!
