Florida 15-year-old charged with felony after attacking cop car with shovel: ‘Are you kidding me?’

A Florida 15-year-old was caught brazenly slamming a metal shovel onto the hood of a police cruiser with an officer inside, leading to the teen girl being charged with a felony.Amy Chance was arrested in a suburban neighborhood of Port St. Lucie on Nov. 3 after an officer arrived to investigate a disturbance at her family home caused by the teen, authorities wrote in a press release.
Bodycam footage released by the Port St. Lucie Police Department shows the shovel-wielding teen in the middle of the street and approaching the officer as he was sitting in his patrol car.
She is seen striking the vehicle multiple times, without appearing to have had any prior interaction with the cop.
“Are you kidding me?” the officer is heard saying aloud before exiting his car, pulling out his Taser and ordering the 15-year-old to drop the shovel.
With the Taser pointing directly at her, the teen is seen glaring at the cop before dropping the shovel.
Chance then flips off the cop and begins to walk away before the officer closes in on the teen and orders her to stop.

The 15-year-old’s arrest comes nearly two months after a police officer in California fatally shot an unhinged man who charged at him with a shovel in broad daylight outside an elementary school in Anaheim.

And now she (and her parents) are going to be hit with a justice whammy.

Amy is definitely a female by birth, however.
Statistical likelihood is a tie: Either “Amy” is actually Bruce, or Amy’s parents are raging Libs who’ve never disciplined her or held her accountable for anything. Either way, she should have been tazed repeatedly and now be working a job in which she signs her weekly paycheck over to the local PD to pay for bodywork and the cost of the juice she consumed via taze. We can call it repercussions. That’s fancy talk for Find Out.
