James Rice; phony helicopter pilot

| December 18, 2016

James Rice (1)

The folks at Military Phonies sent us their work on this James Edward Rice (aka Jim Rice Peters) fellow.

He claims to have been a helicopter pilot in the Marine Corps, like in this article from the Tulsa Beacon when he was running for sheriff;

Rice Newspaper

And some conversations that he had in social media;

James Rice (6)

James Rice (7)

Of course, when he was called out, someone had hacked his Facebook account;

Rice hacked

Well, he was a Marine, but not a pilot – he was a wireman, not that there’s anything wrong with that. He didn’t serve 6 years and he wasn’t a warrant officer.

It looks like he has a bunch of bad time which explains why he was discharged as a Private after three years;

He’s a idiot!!! I’ll send you my pilot wings you cant get in a store, you are correct!! Try the Exchange!!!

A Proud Infidel®™

He sure has some nice puffy cheeks, I wonder if they weren’t stretched out that way from him having many a penis in his mouth in the back of a truck stop? I wonder if he and Walls don’t get together for twosomes?

ClimbToGlory

It’s sort of weird that your first comment on all these guys is about them being gay. Like, literally the first thing you always say is about them sucking dick or whatever.

That’s weird, bro. Almost like its a compulsion for you. Have you considered coming out of the closet? You might find yourself less angry, and would stop projecting your fantasy on everyone.

Yeah, these Stolen Valor guys deserve to be ragged on, but you’re always so quick to call them gay. Wishful thinking, I presume.

A Proud Infidel®™

It’s a Grunt thing, many others don’t understand. “”Puffy-faced candyassed booger-eating thumbsucking peckerhead wannabe” would be another spur-of-the-moment description I’d pick for him, any better? I merely came back in after a nine year break in service and did two overseas tours in the ME with another overseas tour in Korea in the early 90’s near the Korean DMZ.

Just An Old Dog

I second what API is saying. It may be just an old timer’s non-PC way of saying someone is failing to man the fuck up.
Calling someone a Pussy, Cunt, Bitch, Fag or Queer was just how you said they didn’t make the grade.
Nothing at all to do with their sexual preference or yours.

ex-OS2

But, James Rice is in fact a cocksucker.

OldManchu

API keep it up brother. I for one look forward to your posts!

Climb to Glory is obviously turned on by them and becomes self conscience.

C2Show

Pretty much get a good laugh out of API post.

Pretty sure everyone does. Didnt realize someone was getting offended so easily.

Rather strange dude calls out API when plenty others tell good jokes.

ex-OS2

I wonder if he is a member over at the Huey Helicopter Facebook page.

Cocksucker.

HMCS(FMF) ret

Bet you he can work donkey balls like Jimmy Walls>

“Left Nut Low”!

Civilwarrior

Oh…Huey Helicopter FB page…had to pop smoke on that POS group after I called Jimmy Walls on his bullshit. I got dog piled by a community of fucktards.

Mick

Oh. Hell. No.

Here we go again.

This fool has stepped inside my personal perimeter wire with these bogus claims of being a Marine Corps Aviator. There is so much bullshit here that I really don’t know where to begin.

On second thought, I think that I’m going to remain in a holding pattern on this one for a while and see where this goes. This could really get interesting.

WTF can possibly be next with these endless poser assclowns?

Forest Green

I’m pretty sure he was the guy who rescued that downed pilot in Bosnia, wasn’t he?

Mick

I see what you did there.

Ex-PH2

Don’t you kind of wish you could take someone like this up in an open cockpit Stearman two-seater and do some loops and barrel rolls?

No harness, of course, just grip the seat with his hands, and grin to show how much he’s enjoying it.

Mick

Or push over into an outside loop, and then see how long he could hold his big poser ass in the seat while under those negative Gs.

Ex-PH2

OH. My. Yes!!!

How about that hammer stall maneuver? That’s a stomach-emptier.

I was not aware the Marine’s had WO chopper pilots. Nevertheless, as an Army WO, I don’t recall having the option of reenlisting. When I became a WO at the 15 year mark, I figured it was for the duration. I was offered the option of going regular at the 20 year mark and declined which forced my retirement at 20+. I figured it would be a lot easier to find work at 37 years old versus 47.

Mick

The Marine Corps does not have Aviators who are Warrant Officers. There were some USMC Warrant Officer Aviators ‘back in the day’ but those days are long gone.

The last USMC Warrant Officer Aviator was a CH-53 helicopter pilot named Jack Lee Grinstead who retired in 1992.

Mick

Shack!

Forest Green

You are correct, no WO Naval Aviators.

Tony180a

I missed that whole reenlistment gig as a Warrant Officer too. I was in such a rush to get the hell away from Rucker and back to Campbell I must’ve skipped that portion.

Ex-PH2

The easiest way to snag these dopes is to talk techie stuff with them, or better yet, corner this one, put him in a Huey and lift off about 5 feet and tell him to take the cyclic, or get out of the cockpit.

What a dork.

Forest Green

Nah, just take him up 500 an tell him to get out.

Ex-PH2

What? No landing cushion?!?

Silentium Est Aureum

He’s cushioned enough he might bounce.

rgr769

Even though I had fixed wing flight training in ROTC, when a LOACH pilot tried to teach me how to hover in ol’ RVN, I learned what difficult motor skills it takes. Needless to say, I was out of my element. This assclown former wiredog likely couldn’t tell you which control is the cyclic and which is the collective, let alone what the tail rotor pedals do.
I love how these hoser posers always end up leaving the service as E-1’s. Too bad we can’t get their discipline/court martial records, so we can see the details of their dickstepping.

68W58

According to the story about him from the Tulsa (?) paper he was not just a cop, but the chief of police somewhere out in Oklahoma for a while. I wonder how long he has been, um, “padding his resume” with this story.

AverageNCO

Just so unnecessary. I had a friend pass away in 2015. He was so proud to tell people he was a wireman in the Pacific in WWII. Being a wireman is nothing to be ashamed of.

2/17 Air Cav

“Just so unnecessary.” Except, perhaps, if one spends over three years in the USMC and is discharged an E-1 buck private. I guess his choices were to tell the truth (and that’s plain ugly), lie and give himself rank, or deny that he ever served. He took what was behind door #2 and he didn’t win.

Tumo

I got out as an E-1. I was honorably discharged under don’t ask don’t tell. I got in trouble for purchasing hemp that looked like Marijuana while on rest and recreation . I got my campaign medal. I don’t feel I have to be ashamed of that. I know guys who got busted down to E-1 for less. Back during the Vietnam War no one would have given a shit about what I did on R&R. A lot of people did worse and kept rank.

Tumo

I served 21 months.

In Infantry Trainings School, they’d fear us into training hard by threat of dropping us to the cooks.

I heard they fear the cooks by threating to drop them to wiremen.

I knew a guy, long long ago, that swore up and down that he was a former Marine of the zoomie type. Said he was ground crew for Cobra gunships. Also swore up and down that the engine compartment on a Cobra wasn’t an engine compartment, but was where the Electronics Officer sat.

But, I couldn’t argue. I did, after all, know a school trained machinegunner while we both were active that swore up and down that the M60 was called the M60 because it shot a .60 cal bullet. Any attempts to correct him on that would result in thrown fists.

Moral of the story is, it’s always easy to find stupid.

Hack Stone

Back in the day, when Hack Stone was skinnier, faster and better looking, the Marine Corps Communications Electronics School was split into two major components. Alpha Company was for students going through the maintenance side (2800 occ field) of communications. This included but was not limited to Ground Radio Repair, Teletype Repair, Telephone/Switchboard Repair, and Radar Repair. Bravo Company was for operators, or what I affectionately called the Radio Breakers. Bravo Company (2500 occ field) instructed Field Radio Operators, Communication Center Operators, and the notorious Field Wireman. I am sure that there were a few other courses, but I never bothered to learn them. If someone failed (rocked) out somewhere along the maintenance course, depending on the needs of the Marine Corps, and the Marine’s attitude, they may end up as a radio operator or wired. If they were totally hosed up, they get a one way ticket to Motor Transport School. We used to have a saying, “How far can you throw a rock? All the way to Bravo Company.” That being said, most of the dirtbags Hack met in his Marine Corps career were 2800’s, just like Hack.

JacktheJarhead

I went through Comm-Elec in 1976. We had the Electronics course and the communications side. I was a Comm Center Man, they also had the Radio Course. When I got to 1stMardiv all the wiremen were trained at Division Schools. Did you go to School in Diego or Stumps? I went through Stumps. Also, nothing wrong with being a wireman. I got to do some wire work when we were at Camp Fuji, I actually liked it better than Comm Center.

Hack Stone

I was 29 Stumps. For quite some time, they ran an abbreviated Field Radio Operator Course and a Field Wireman Course down at Camp Pendleton. Not sure if it was the same length as what was being offered at MCCES.

Hack’s brother, Rollin Stone, had a classmate fail out of teletype repair school, and he ended up going to Generator Operator Course, which lasted an entire 30 minutes. I don’t know if that 30 minutes included taking attendance and handing out diplomas.

JacktheJarhead

30 Minute Course! Wonder what the lesson plan was? Put fuel here, push button to start. Now everyone try it, Ok? Here is your diploma, NEXT!

Most of the Electronics techs I worked with were pretty good.

Cacti35

It would take at least a Chinook to lift that fat fuck.

Thunderstixx

I was thinking that the only thing he had to do with choppers is being a test load for a Sikorsky Skycrane…
I bet that they had to use two of them just to get his lardass off the ground…

Wilted Willy

When will they ever learn? Do they think that they will never run into a REAL vet? I think even most civilians would see thru this Cocksucker’s claims? Ever heard of Google fame Cocksucker? You have now!!!!! I hope you enjoy it, Cocksucker!!!

Guy is all hat.

Claw

“is all hat” and no horse.

Checked him out. First lie on his FB page is when he graduated from high school. Nope, didn’t graduate. High School drop out who somehow managed to enlist.

Spent a little over two years in the Marines. Came within one day of being declared a deserter. Discharged for the convenience of the government as a Buck Private with a General Discharge (DD257m) and a re-enlistment code of RE-4.

Has absolutely no clue at all on how the Marine/Army Aviation Warrant Officer programs work while trying to use that as a means of getting some little chickie to drop her panties.

But at least he’s not a member of Jimmy “Low Balls” Walls Huey page. Checked that out also. Ran all names of Jim, James and Jimmy through the member roster. He’s not listed by either Rice or Peters.

All in all, just another lying Dumbass who works as a mall security cop when he’s not on the graveyard shift as specimen cup monitor at the Tulsa “Cum-N-Go” sperm bank.

26Limabeans

“getting some little chickie to drop her panties.”
Yeah, so he can wear them on his head under that hat.

A Proud Infidel®™

“All in all, just another lying Dumbass who works as a mall security cop when he’s not on the graveyard shift as specimen cup monitor at the Tulsa “Cum-N-Go” sperm bank.”

NOT according to a rumor I heard which is that he got fired from his job as Sperm Bank Specimen Monitor for drinking on the job!

Claw

Hmmm, funny you should mention that.

I had heard that He Who Shall Not Be Named had that happen to him out there at the Berkley Branch Cum-N-Go.

After all that hard work of getting that degree in Chinese Politics parleyed into a real paying job, he goes and just pisses it away.

Oh, well, stuff like that happens every day.

A Proud Infidel®™

I thought it was one of his past girlfriends that had the Piled-higher-and-Deeper in Chinese politics, I kinda remember him bawling about how she couldn’t find work with that degree.
As for MY advice for those wanting a good secure income , I’d suggest switching Degree choices from something worthless like Gender Studies to say, Engineering where there is a very high demand. ME? If I were to do it again, I’d still enlist and serve, but I’d train and get certified as a Machinist /
Millwright and I’d be making even more money than I do right now! I’m Blue Collar and I currently make more than I would with a Masters Degree in the field I was going for. These days a Trade School Graduate has far more income potential than many of those with a four year degree, say a Plumbing, Electrical or Welding School Grad with a Journeyman’s Card.

rgr769

Most plumbers or experienced welders can start out making more money than most fresh out of law school attorneys in California. Unless you have M.D. after your name, most advanced degrees (other than maybe engineering or computer science) are pretty worthless as far a making a decent living. All these SJW grievance industry degrees are a cruel joke, and nothing but progtard indoctrination.

A Proud Infidel®™

“All these SJW grievance industry degrees are a cruel joke, and nothing but progtard indoctrination.”

As well as a con game to scam money from stoodints and parents leaving many over their heads in debt with a worthless degree.

Shitbird

3/17 Air Cav

High School dropout, prob. a Shitbird then.
Joins the Marines to shake his Shitbird status.
Gets tossed from the Marines, still a Shitbird!
Wants to be elected Sherriff to finally shake his Shitbird status by making false claims about his Marine service, still a Shitbird?

Verdict, career Shitbird!

Claw

Yep, he enlisted about three weeks after his 17th birthday. Do you think his folks were happy to give their parental consent for him to sign up and get him out of the house? I’m betting they were.

But the funniest thing, though, is on that altered DD214 of his. He changed his entry date by five months to show he was inducted at age 16 and a half and then he rocketed up from Buck Private to Captain in just eight months. E-1 to O-3 in record time. Talk about making rank quick. He was a real speed demon.

Glad to see you’re on the site, Steve. Here’s hoping you and the little chickadee have a Merry Christmas and a Happy new Year.

Claw………life is good! There is nothIng finer than new romance! I’m most definitely, a legend in my own mind!

Receiving a honor come Feb. 4th hall of fame for the junior college I played baseball for back in 68. I met with the presenter to share my bio with him. Told him to make sure he mentioned my Vietnam service with those in attendance. I think it helps with the perception many have that we are all wayward street people.

Take care Charlie
Steve

Claw

Great to hear about the HOF honor.

See, we all ain’t the doped up baby killer bums the general populace thinks veterans of Viet of the Nam are.

Big Kudos to you.

3/17 Air Cav

“Vietnam of the Nam” classic, your not going to forget that one, are you Charlie?

3/17 Air Cav

Meant Viet of the Nam damn spell check!

Claw

Nope, never will.

Viet of the Nam is a keeper.

Claw

“Viet of the Nam” came to us courtesy of Sergeant Major Ken Smith who ran the Phoenix Program there.

He was Master Blaster NYC’s favorite chew toy on Veteran’s Day and as you know “When a Sergeant Major speaks, you listen up and remember.”

At least according to Sock Puppet Report Gainey you’d better listen up. “Is That Clear?”

Hah, what a fool/tool he was. I miss him.

Perry Gaskill

Claw, Smith didn’t come up with it. The “of the” is implied in the name of the country. Viet means “People” and Nam means “South.” An interesting bit of linguistic trivia, IIRC, is in how the Vietnamese described each other in terms of who was from the South and who was from the North. They didn’t say People of the South South, or People of the South North. Instead, they would reverse the word order so that southerners would be called Nam Viet, and northerners were Bac (North) Viet.

Sapper3307

Correct me if I am wrong but the USMC did not have CWO5/WO5 way back in the day of this turd? I think its kind off new.

Claw

No correction needed. Here’s the straight dope:

For the Army, CWO5 rank became effective on 5 Dec 91.

For the Marines, CWO5 rank became effective 1 Feb 92.

Alemaster

James, my man, let me help you with your line next time. “Commercial(correct spelling for you James) CFI?” As opposed to Private CFI, I suppose? What a POS. Regards, Alemaster, CW5, U.S. Army, ret., ATP, CFII/MEI (Gold Shield)

HMC Ret

I wonder if there are pictures of him:

On a Harley
Wearing a leather vest with dozens of patches
One patch MUST be the POW/MIA
Service dog
Bandana
Beard
Thousand yard stare
Tats … Lots of tats
Massive belt buckle
Ponytail  (fake one acceptable if done properly)
Ball cap with military insignia/ribbons denoting extensive service.  One noting SEAL or Ranger status would be awesome
Holding an ‘assault’ rifle.  A black one would further convey badassery
Service Organization membership.  Extra points for a leadership position

What I see is Plain Jane stuff.  This guy isn’t even trying.  He’s a rookie.  But … he did rocket to E-1 in only three years.  AND he has the NDSM.

I say LEGIT!

Doo rag. But maybe Bandana is a substitute.

That NDSM does make him something of a badass. I’m willing to bet money that you are correct, and somewhere there is a picture of this oxygen thieving ass puppet in a leather vest with a Harley.

James Walls and James Rice are both in separate Hueys at 1500 feet when their respective pilots bail. Walls and Rice are alone now in their Hueys and neither has a chute. The question is, which one crashes and burns first?

68W58

Since they are in separate choppers it might be possible for them to achieve a tie by crashing into each other.

A Proud Infidel®™

Sounds like a waste of two perfectly good choppers to me, other than that I wouldn’t give two hoots of a rat fuck about either of them!

rgr769

Is this one of those story math problems? I need more data to do the calculations, like airspeed, rpm and n factor. Ah shucks, I still couldn’t figure it out, as I am only a fixed wing pilot.

26Limabeans

Assume the rotors have stopped turning.
Now it’s a fixed wing problem. Sorta.

Carlton G Long

For a moment I thought it was a picture of “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes. This POS needs a few “bionic elbows” to straighten his ignorant ass out.

HMC Ret

The other site shows what it says is an altered DD-214. For a laugh, have a looksee. The ‘alleged’ gundecker freaking misspells Naval as Navel. At least twice it appears to be spelled incorrectly, although it’s not the sharpest print and these old eyes have ‘seen’ better days and lied to me before. Have a looksee and let me know if it is in fact spelled Navel on the 214. Maybe he enlisted in or was discharged from a citrus orchard. I tell ya, it’s hard to detect the really smart ones, as in this case. They’re smart enough to escape detection. Navel … bwhaaaa.

Claw

HMC, your eyes aren’t lying to you. It is indeed spelled Navel twice. As well as “Arlinton” is misspelled twice.

HMCS(FMF) ret

He was actually UA from the Marine Corps from 730324 to 730628… looks like 94 days instead of the 4 days listed in the block over at Military Phonies. Still makes him a turd of epic proportions.

Douchebag put his phone number in a FB post trying to hook up with a girl. Its 918-814-XXXX

Ummm, David, don’t mean to rain on your parade, but posting a LSOS’s phone number for all to see is one of Jonn’s No-Nos.

Even if the dumbass has made it public on his Facebook, we don’t carry it over to TAH.

Expect Jonn to be by shortly to XXXX out the number.

Sorry. Didn’t know that.

What a complete shitbag. Signed up for DEP nine months before I was supposed to graduate. Got kicked out of the house and had to live on my own, dropped out of high school to concentrate on working so I could have a place to stay. Violated the shit out of that contract, but the Army took me anyway. I spent 6 years active duty in MOS 31M (multichannel communications operator), applied for flight training, and was accepted as a WOC for about five minutes until I fucked that up, got out went into the National Guard, spent 21 years there (plus 18 months in USAR), changed MOS’s almost as often as underwear, INCLUDING being a wireman, the lowest known signal corps lifeform (31K/31U/25U, aka “combat communicator”, whatever the fuck that is?). I spent 28+ years being difficult to get along with, troublesome to superiors, caring for my soldiers, and really fucking good at my many jobs. Retired six years ago as a long in the tooth SFC with way too many hash marks for his rank, and one deployment in the current unpleasantness to…wait for it… Kosovo. Which actually ended up being an amazing experience, but, alas,no combat. If I had it to do all over again I would do it without hesitation…but I would change some things. For instance, I would shut the fuck up more, and maybe avoid some Arty 15 action. So what is the point of relaying all of this? Because fuckups like this POS make fuckups like me look bad.

Unfortunately I know this guy. He told my family that he was a helicopter pilot in Vietnam. He also told us he was the sole survivor of a helicopter crash in Vietnam, which earned him a Purple Heart. I even called him out on it, but he continued the charade.

He claims that he was a Oklahoma Highway Patrol officer after the Marines. There’s no record of him there. He also claims to have gone to law school, and graduated “Magna Cum Laude”. I have seen the doctored transcripts. One of the schools he claimed to have gone to has no record of him.

There’s so much more I could share. Does anyone know if there is a group that exposes phony law enforcement?

That_Guy

I actually had a conversation with this nut the day he was exposed. On social media, he befriended a lot of veteran’s and LEO’s. I remember one position he posted was that he was running for, or claimed was the City of Tulsa District III. He posted his accolades of how he pushed road repairs or brought city services to neighborhoods in need. Anywho, I spoke to him over the phone about his claims and he swore up and down that his ex was screwing with him, hacking into his social media account and posting false claims. He claimed he was never a military helicopter pilot, only a civilian commercial pilot. Shark12, you said he claimed OHP? From the last I understood, he was claiming TPD. He never mentioned that OHP, probably knowing his façade was ruined. Also, did you see the pictures he’d post with his dogs? Jesus Christ! I thought bestiality was illegal! The guy was practically making out with them. Poor animals.

Shark12

Yes, he told my family he used to be with OHP and that he had a pension through them. His late brother told us that his own father pulled strings to keep him out of OHP. His father was in fact a TPD officer, and he was for many years. Jim was only auxiliary TPD and think that was very brief. I know for a fact that his ex had absolutely nothing to do with the social media posts. A lot of the helicopter pilot and police claims he made on social media, he also made IN REAL LIFE. He doesn’t know when to shut up and he is his own worst enemy. He just never thought that one day he would be called out on any of it. This is what he does, and when he’s caught, he always blames someone else. Someone “hacked” him or someone is out to screw him. He never owns up to anything.

As for those pics of “his” dogs? They are NOT his dogs. He abandoned his real dogs.
As I have said, there is so much more that I could share.

2/17 Air Cav

Sure, it’s the local police or sheriff’s department. They just love his kind. They’ll be breaking out the tape measure whenever he parallel parks. His cliamed PhD you report may be legit. You can get ’em $79.99 unframed or $99.99 with a frame. Summa and magna cum laude are each $29.99 additional.
