In Houston Texas, teenagers learn that robbing a Marine veteran is a bad idea;

Harris County deputies said the homeowner was approached from behind by four young men. One of them held a gun to the back of his head and tried to get him to go inside his home.

They said the homeowner spun around, knocked the suspect’s handgun away, pulled out his own gun and shot the teen robber several times.

The suspect was taken to the hospital. There is no word on his condition.

Two of the teens involved were caught running from the scene and taken into custody.

Investigators said the homeowner will not face charges.

From Cypress, Texas;

According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, two men attempted to breaking into a Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office vehicle around 4 a.m. in the 15200 block of Green Whisper.

HCSO says the suspects wore masks and were armed.

The suspects fled the scene whe a resident went outside the home to confront them.

A K-9 unit found one of the suspects in a backyard. HCSO says when they let the dog loose, the suspect’s firearm discharged upon contact, resulting in a gunshot wound to the head. The suspect was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The other suspect was located and taken into custody without incident.

“Who’s a GOOD BOY?!”

Graybeard

That is the question you dog ponders in his quite moments: “What if I die and never learn who is a good boy?”

And Harris and Fort Bend Counties are safer places today.

Bobo

I wonder if the accomplice will be charged with murder based on his buddy’s self inflicted fatal wound.

When the state quits punishing thieves it falls to the citizens to do it. The honest citizens are fed up with this and we don’t give probation.

Hack Stone

The dog will probably be suspended with full pay while this shooting is investigated.
