Thursday morning feel good stories
AW1Ed sends us our first story this morning. It comes from Lexington, Kentucky. It seems that William J. Redd, 40 tried to make his ex-girlfriend fall in love with him all over again by committing fourth-degree assault and violating the protection order she swore out against him. The police found him in the front yard with multiple gunshot wounds. I guess she wasn’t impressed by his display of love.
In Poulsbo, Washington, a homeowner took a couple of shots at a burglar while the criminal was leaving the home. The thief was a boyfriend of the homeowner’s daughter. Needless to say both of the men were arrested.
The Humboldt County, California Sheriff’s Office reports that a thief and and his intended victim had a gun fight inside the home resulting in the criminal un-assing the AO. The HCSO reports that there were no injuries.
Chief Tango sends us a link to the story of Arthur DaRosa in Tauton, Massachusetts, who stabbed 80-year-old Patricia Slavin and her 48-year-old daughter Kathleen Slavin at their home. Patricia succumbed to her injuries. Arthur then went to a mall restaurant, armed himself with another knife and stabbed two more people, one of whom, George Heath, died later. Plymouth County Sheriff’s Deputy Jimmy Creed was off-duty and having dinner with his wife. He showed DaRosa his badge and ordered him to stop, when he didn’t stop, Creed shot him – he put one round center mass and DaRosa was DOT (dead over there) at the hospital.
In El Dorado County, California, Casey James Schumacher was involved in a domestic disturbance involving a knife. As the police arrived, he un-assed the AO and broke into a nearby home to hide from justice, but he ran into an armed homeowner who held him at gun point until the police arrived to take him to his new digs at the county jail.

Ah, yes – the People’s Republic of Mass. Where criminals armed with knives have little to fear – because it’s quite difficult for honest citizens to arm themselves (“may issue” CC state that gets a high “Brady Score”, AKA “BS”).
Take a good look in the mirror, libidiots. Your inane gun control policies very likely cost 2 in Tauton their lives – and put 2 others in the hospital.
Now that’s some incredible bad luck. The rule in the People’s Republic is “stab until you bump into someone with a gun”, this goblin’s number was four. The average number should be at least half a town….
So, let’s see. Does the MA murder spree reach the “mass killings” level of five that the Libtards say that guns don’t prevent? Four stabbed by the killer. Nope, not yet. Does the killer himself being shot and killed by the police count as that one extra that tips the scales to the magic number of five?
I’m officially “special”. I’m one in a million…

Same here Brother!
I have an old friend that lives in Humboldt County. Going to have to suggest that they open up a gun range out there.
The Lexington story has a nice ring to it. The young lady must have been getting some practice. Good for her.
Some more info on the Poulsbo story that i heard on KOMO radio this morning during my commute:
The boyfriend admitted to knocking on the front door, not getting a response he walked around back where he saw an open window. The boyfriend admitted to removing the screen and climbing into the house.
He told police he did so, in order to leave a note for his girlfriend’s father…who found him in the house and you know the rest.
Except they let the boyfriend go with no charges (at this time)…because he didn’t steal anything.
B&E isn’t a felony?
Dad being charged because the boyfriend wasn’t deemed as a threat when he fired his weapon.
Need Deputy Creed to give the father a few marksmanship lessons so there would only be one version of the story.Remember, this story took place in the PRC – if the father wasn’t shot several times or carved like a Christmas turkey, he was gonna get charged for violating the poor felon’s rights…
Mr Redd wanted some more penetration and he got it. Be careful what you ask for
