Jason Scaletta update
Several people have asked about Jason Scaletta, the fellow we outed a few months back. He was the director of Veteran Service Center of America and pretended that he was a combat-wounded Ranger/Special Forces veteran with several deployments to Afghan, when in fact he was a Maryland National Guardsman whose only deployments were into the Maryland justice facilities. Early last month, he was arrested for being a felon in possession of a long gun and some ammunition.
Yesterday, his appearance in court was moved from the Wicomico County District Court to the Wicomico County Circuit Court, according to our friends at WMDT;
Jason Scaletta faces one charge of illegal possession of ammo and possession of a shot gun or rifle. According to charging documents, Scaletta has past felony convictions for theft and obtaining money under false pretenses, as well as passing bad checks.
He is also reportedly under investigation for violating the Stolen Valor Act for allegedly claiming to have won military decorations.
According to the article, his new trial in the new court will be within the next 40 days. I still haven’t heard anything like an apology from VSCOA(specifially from Army veteran George Mutter), you know for calling us liars, joining forces with the Stolen Valor League of America (also known locally as the Dutch Rudder Club) and for completely ignoring our warnings that they were associating with a phony.

I really feel sorry for that poor little puppy being held in the hands of a scumfuck felon poser…
I hear yea ! ! !
OK. Maybe our illustrious crack legal DRG team can enlighten me on this. (or someone with real brain cells that isn’t moderated LOL)
Is there any advantage or disadvantage (from our point of view against Jason “Jackwagon” Skankbag) here for this review being moved from County District Court to County Circuit Court?
According to the MD Court website:
“Circuit Courts are where jury trials are held. Circuit Courts generally handle more serious criminal cases and major civil cases.”
Reading the District page, it gets misdemeanors and some felonies. District does not do jury trials.
Does DRG have enough members to field a full jury?
Hmm. That doesn’t sound like particularly good news for ol’ Jase.
That poor puppy will need a nice long bath with plenty of warm soapy water (enough to make a brigade of hippies have a stroke) and a good rinse to wash the Scaletta scum off of him.
So George still hasn’t ‘Muttered’ a word huh? LMAO,,,I kill myself!!!
I wonder if the False Commander and current CEO of All-Points logistics will approve “paid personal leave” while he serves out his time?
Probably not.
Phildo will want to pocket the money himself.
I still want to know who put this guy’s head in a large bench vise and tightened it until we got the elongated melon we see in the pic.
Maybe the wino whose taint he was ogling and sniffing decided to clamp his legs shut, and voila! Jason Scaletta gets his head shaped like a pancake.
So is the legend of Jason “Pancake-Head” Scaletta!
The dangers of being a Manhole Inspector.
It is not for the taint, er…, I mean, faint of heart.
The vise obviously wasn’t tightened enough!!
Isn’t this the hemmoroid that had the real fake 214 ??? If so what’s taking DOJ so long to send him
Back home ???
