Sunday morning feel good story

| February 8, 2015

Here’s a story about a home invasion in Canada where the criminals brought a gun to a knife fight;

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary’s major crimes unit, along with a K-9 unit, responded to a report of a home invasion on Viking Road shortly after 10 p.m. where three men had forced their way into a residence.

A resident of the home was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries. He has since been released.

One of the suspects, a 22-year-old man, was stabbed and is in hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

That suspect is under arrest and has been charged with break and enter, two counts of assault with a weapon, one count of attempted robbery and two counts of breaching a court order.

What? He violated a court order? But I thought those things always worked…
