Sunday morning feel good story

| January 4, 2015

Today’s feel good story comes from Wisconsin;

Polk County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from a man identified as Justin D. Schilling (33) of Centuria. Schilling stated that he was sleeping in his residence, which is located in the 400 block of 4th Street in Centuria, WI, when he was awakened by someone pounding on his door. Schilling further stated that as he approached the door, this individual did kick in the door to the residence. Schilling was armed with a handgun and ordered the unknown person to leave his residence. Schilling indicated that he was then assaulted by the man and during that assault Schilling shot him.

Another source tells us that Schilling did the country a better favor than you might think from the first article;

During the struggle, Schilling shot the suspect in the groin and leg area.

Polk County deputies met with Schilling outside of the home on Main Street. Deputies entered the home and found 25-year-old Derek Amoroso lying on the kitchen floor with a single gunshot wound.

With luck, young Mister Amoroso won’t procreate. His gene pool maybe dammed.

With all of that specific information about the law abiding citizen and fun owner I’m surprised the police didn’t give out his social security number and work address.

Wtf.

NR Pax

Agreed. It might give the perp’s friends some inspiration to initiate some payback.

Speaking of a lack of privacy, HAM radio operator call signs given at every contact can be looked up on the FCC website. It says who you are and where you live. Most towns have property data bases that offer your ownership info, and your mortgage info too. The Phone company offers your info for a fee. NARA provides your military records for free to any one. Google and the other web servers track and read all your info. and have a picture of your house on there mapping system for the world to see. Your cellphone is tracked by NSA. Your cars license plates are read at numerous intersections to record and track movements by the police. Facial recognition is used in some some places by the NSA. Your blood and fingerprints info is on file with Government agencies (VA, FBI, etc.). So the newspaper printing your address is something everybody already knows. There is no such thing as privacy anymore!

I’m thinking that Derek won’t be very Amoroso after receiving that wound.

Good shootin’, Mr Schilling! Especially on a moving target. Especially on a moving target that small.

Be prepared for a little more spice in your life after this. Carry at all times.

Friend S. Wilkins

He shot him in the groin? Outstanding! Hope he got ’em both. 😀

Nice thing about Wisconsin. Castle doctrine… no need to cower and try to escape when the boogie man comes a knocking….Oh and this guy needed a bigger handgun, could have made a new asshole for the guy too. This also looks to be a case of unjust enrichment and should be billed for the vasectomy. I hate free loaders.

FSW, got all THREE. Fixed it for you. Joe

I drive through Centuria almost every day of the WI gun deer season and sundry other times during the year.
I’ll have to look the good man up and buy him a drink next time I’m over there.
