White House rejects Crimea vote

Ukraine Vote

According to the Associated Press, before the votes in Crimea has been tallied, the White House was complaining about the results;

Even before official results were announced, the White House denounced the vote on Crimea joining Russia, saying it violated Ukraine’s constitution and international law and was held under “threats of violence and intimidation from a Russian military intervention.”

It said “no decisions should be made about the future of Ukraine without the Ukrainian government” and noted that Russia had rejected the deployment of international monitors in Crimea to ensure the rights of ethnic Russians there were protected.

So, I guess this administration found a constitution that it likes and it happens to be the Ukraine’s constitution. Too bad it wasn’t our Constitution for a change. But Secretary of State John Kerry threatened that the US will now “impose penalties” on Russia. I guess we’ll block the export of KFC’s 11 herbs and spices and rock music. Maybe we’ll airdrop Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus into Red Square and start a twerking frenzy from which the Russians can never recover.

Kerry expressed “strong concerns”, but he was careful to say that the matter can only be settled politically (ie. no threats of military force). Funny how when you act like a pussy, everyone treats you like one, eh?

“Kerry expressed “strong concerns”. Yea, Putin is shaking now!

Jonn you’re right. I thought there was not a Constitution in existence that Obama didn’t hate and want to dismantle. But apparently, unlike his own country’s, he loves the one in the Ukraine and is loaded for bear to defend it.

Dickheads all of them!!!

Funny stuff. Obamaman found a Constitution he likes but its’s Ukrainian. That’s a scream.

So, the April (Jerry) Springers don’t like illegal, civil unrest any longer, or is it that they do but the wrong guys are in rebellion? I need a scorecard or something.

Ya know, it might have been better form to wait until, well, maybe after the votes have been counted to denounce the result . . . .

Nah, they probably got all the vote tallies ahead of time through the NSA.

The Other Whitey

It goes without saying that the result of the Crimean vote was going to be whatever Putin decided it would be. In this case he didn’t actually need to rig the election to get the desired result.

Meanwhile John Kerry continues to be America’s Baghdad Bob.

Hondo

Nah. Kerry’s this administration’s Madeline Halfbright. This administration’s “Baghdad Bob” is Jay Carney.

Okay, Obama voters, drop in here and explain how you fuckers voted for this clown not once, but TWICE.

Well we did send a ship to cruise around and look good on the news as the networks tell us what a pair of diplomatic masterminds we have in Obama & Kerry. I suspect Putin would love any sort of probable cause to sink a US destroyer in his back yard. It will play well with the home crowd and give him massive street cred with the Muslims.

Call me crazy, but I don’t think there’s anything those whining, sniveling crybabies can do about it. They won’t even try.

While I consider myself slightly well informed, I don’t recall hearing is any kind of legitimate reason why the US givs a shit about this. I sure don’t. Russia gets what appears to be a solid vacation spot, and for some reason Oceania is looking for war with Eurasia–because, I dunno, the last war was in danger of ending, or something…
