Hezbollah commander shot dead

| December 4, 2013

The Associated Press reports that Hassan al-Laqis, reportedly a founding member of the terrorist organization Hezbollah, was shot and killed outside his home in Lebanon this morning. Of course, hezbollah blames the Israelis, but they deny it;

A Lebanese security official and the official close to Hezbollah said assailants shot al-Laqis with a pistol equipped with a silencer at close range after he parked his car in the parking garage on the ground floor of the residential building where he lived in the Hadath neighborhood, some two miles (three kilometers) southwest of Beirut.

He was struck by five bullets in the head and neck, the Lebanese official said, speaking on condition of anonymity in line with regulations. The official close to Hezbollah spoke on condition of anonymity as he wasn’t authorized to speak to journalists.

Good. How does it feel, you buncha cowards? I want to cuddle with the irony of terrorists being terrorized.

“Well, bye”.

Legit.
“He was struck by five bullets in the head and neck,”

Had to be Israelis. Arabs are more of the “spray and pray” type shooters.

The one in the flannel shirt – he done it!

As a Beirut vet, it always does this old heart good to learn that another of those scumbags from Hezbollah has gone on to meet his 70 virgins. I always pray to the just and merciful Lord that they are 70 virgin camels. But then I feel sorry for the camels and just thank God that it was a violent and hopefully painful death.

Could just be a “leadership dispute”. How else would Hezbullshits do a Change of Command ceremony?

As a terrorist, you know you are in trouble when there is a highly trained Jew waiting outside your home in the wee hours of the morning, when you receive a cell phone call from the Israel’s Intel Chief, when you select atomic energy as a career choice while living in Iran and never knowing how and when you will be dispatched once you have been put on this list.

Israel has a long memory and a long list. The list is meticulously maintained regardless of politics, added to and as we learned today reduced on occasion.

We can learn from our Jewish friends in the Mid East!

Hitler has him bent over as we speak, Bin Laden is making him air tight and McVey is taking photos to post on their Facebook page entitled: “This IS Hell”!

@6 Grimmy

Oooooooooooo … a Hizb’Allah Change of Command ceremony? I like it!

As they have done, so let it be done unto them.

Enjoy the Retribution you murdering cowards.

Range time successful – 5 well placed on a moving target. Couldn’t happen to a better guy.

BK

I’d personally like to believe it was the Israelis. This guy was in key leadership in 2006, which took the life of a young paratrooper friend of my wife’s. The only reason I have my doubts is because he died at the hospital vs. at the scene.

Riyadh intelligence services have been flexing their muscle lately, especially with regards to Syria, and this guy was a key player in supporting Bashar Al-Assad. He was supposedly personally in Syria fighting to regain the one town from the Sunni rebels/Al Qaeda.

And as hard as Nasrallah tries to present a united front, the decentralized hierarchy means not everyone in Hezbollah is for the support of Syria, and it could well be internal fighting.

Still, I’d like to believe it was the Israelis. Sending Iran neat little messages is always welcome.

Twist

I have this going through my head right now.

@8 VOV you’re right! It’s a Wednesday feel good story. Somebody has had some range time too. 5 to the head and neck on a moving target! Doesn’t say love you better than that when you want to send the very best!

Sparks

Wonder if they are asking for a show of hands on who wants to step into the number one spot at Hezbollah now?

“…five bullets in the head and neck…”

You know that had to hurt, at least for a second or two.

I hope.

Flagwaver

I don’t think it was the Israeli’s. If it was, he would have been popped center mass with those shots then one more in the soft spot behind the ear, whether he was dead or not. Then again, I have absolutely no knowledge of Mossad or their tactics.

FatCircles0311

Apparently Israel gets it and doesn’t let good ammunition go to waste.

JarHead Pat

I’m hard.

I don’t think it was the Israelis. They are too busy planning to take care of Iran suddenly and with great violence. They don’t bluff and they don’t bullshit and they surely do have tactical nukes.
