Jerry920 sends a link that reports that the Occupy Portland, Ore. crew declared “Mission Accomplished” and went back to Mommy’s basement;

“We don’t have enough physical bodies to stop the police from what they are doing,” he said. “We all declared victory and went home, but the reality is we needed to be here.”

Though riot-geared police and some protesters faced off this afternoon as the parks were being cleared, Sgt. Pete Simpson told KATU-TV he did not expect any violence.

“I think we’ve arrested everyone who wanted to be arrested,” he said.

But only after enriching the evil corporations who make protective masks;

I guess their bravado melted as fast as their stupid hippie numbers. And now the cops get to get slean up after the Animal Farm.

The cops are trying to be nice and not stomp the living shit out of hippies. And in the case of this demonstration the hippies are offering up the asshats who want to start fights up. Maybe Occupy Portland realized that maybe Occupy Salem or Occupy DC would make a little more sense… at least I hope so. Gotta tell my friend up in Portland I am proud of how shit went down there and not how it did in Oakland.

Maybe they’re seeing the disease and filth that have taken hold in other places, the deaths in Salt Lake City, etc., and decided that they don’t want to be the next microcosm of “28 Days Later.”

A live news feed from Portland is hilarious! The nasties are climbing trees and recruiting reinforcements to fill the streets surrounding the park. Watching the trucks being filled with garbage, and looking at the hippies standing around, trying to get more people to join them.

Silly, spoiled children.

And when the news crew decides to find someplace else to go (not in the street!) it gets even funnier!

They are failures regardless of whatever they choose to do — college, career, military, life — that’s why they are protesting. It’s not surprising that “Occupy” has failed. They will revert back to their obscurity eventually.
