As for the demented Charles from California goes, who can say what decades of pot, cocaine, or living in the Peoples Republic of Santa Monica will do to a person? Perhaps he should file a lawsuit against the State of Californ(ifcation) for its deliberate inducement of his insanity. He probably could win a favorable ruling there.
