Leftists stage mock reenactment of iconic Iwo Jima photo using state’s new Somali-inspired flag

A group of Minnesota leftists sparked anger and mockery over their staged reenactment of the raising of the U.S. flag on Iwo Jima, one of the most iconic photos in the nation’s history.
The Battle of Iwo Jima was a pivotal World War II confrontation between American troops and the entrenched Imperial Japanese forces that took place on the small, strategically located island in the Pacific Ocean, one of the bloodiest battles of the entire war.
Only this time, instead of six U.S. Marines hoisting Old Glory atop the carnage on Mount Suribachi, it was a handful of spiteful mutant losers spitting on the memory of those brave heroes who sacrificed their lives so that they would be free to defile their memory, and using the state’s new Somali-inspired flag to boot.
The stunt was as insulting as it was pathetic and appears to be the idea of Anton Treuer, a professor of Ojibwe at Bemidji State University, another of the left-wing lunatics poisoning the minds of the young on the nation’s campuses.
If Professor Treuer’s intent was to deeply insult veterans in general and Marines in particular, well done. Mick sends.

Interesting. I never heard about his post war service in the Reserves on a SEAL team. I’d always heard he had been on UDT in Vietnam and that was it.
In the Army if you go to Ranger School and never serve in a Ranger unit or go to Airborne School and never serve in an Airborne unit, it’s gay risque to go around claiming you are a Ranger or Airborne because it creates a misconception. That doesn’t appear to be the case here.

This is the second time leftist losers have done this. You may recall that back in 2020-21 they photoshopped the image to be a bunch of gay dudes raising the gay pride flag.
As a relative of one of the original flag raisers (who did not make it home) I was infuriated. They tried to say that if those men were alive today they’d have supported the LGBTQIALMNOP crowd — which is an enormous stretch (and easy to say when they’re all dead and cannot speak for themselves…)
When these fucks wreck their hands on exploding flash bangs or get their asses stomped for interfering with federal agents, it brings me great pleasure. They need the hard reset and or permanent reminder that it they are on the wrong side of history.
