Navy Sends Sen. Kelly’s ‘Seditious Six’ Report to Pentagon

The U.S. Navy has delivered its report on possible punishment for Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Ariz., over a video urging troops to refuse “illegal orders,” escalating a high-stakes clash between President Donald Trump’s Pentagon and the group of Democrats his allies branded as the “Seditious Six.”
The report, ordered by War Secretary Pete Hegseth and completed by the Navy, has been sent to the Pentagon’s Office of General Counsel for legal review, officials said.
Sen. Kelly is a retired Navy captain, making him uniquely vulnerable to discipline under the Uniform Code of Military Justice even while serving in the Senate.
Kelly appeared in a 90-second video with Sen. Elissa Slotkin, D-Mich., and Reps. Jason Crow, D-Colo., Chris Deluzio, D-Pa., Maggie Goodlander, D-N.H., and Chrissy Houlahan, D-Pa., telling troops and intelligence officers they can and must refuse unlawful orders.
The lawmakers did not specify which Trump administration orders they believed might be illegal, a gap critics say invites confusion inside the ranks.
What Chuckles and Crew here failed to mention, besides an actual example of an illegal order issued by anyone, anywhere, that to qualify for refusal the order must be “manifestly” illegal. Federalizing National Guard to patrol city streets supporting law enforcement- legal order. Ordering the shooting of a protester for exercising a Constitutional right is manifestly illegal and should be refused.
I’ll leave the particulars to our duty legal counsel, but these omissions could have some very real consequences. I also think there will be an example made here, after Milley’s arguably treasonous acts as Chairman JCS and a host of retired officers violating Article 88 *cough*Vindman*cough*

Democrats expect to be exempted from all rules, laws and taxes. Those are for the little people.
Never cared much for O-bangers while I was active duty. A bunch of college grads looking down their noses at enlisteds as if they were scum.
Kelley is worse than that. I hope he face the full force of a court martial and has his ass handed to him. Time in prison where someone will make him their first mate.
But refusing an experimental death jab was a one way ticket to a speedy dishonorable discharge.

I bumped into a young lady whom was a member of the Bronx Fordham Baldies back in the early 1950’s as a member of their board with a number of women board members. Her friend lived in Laurelton Queens NYC where I lived and worked as a soda jerk in the candy store where I used to go for a glass of soda pop while a few guys were outside on the corner doing 4 part harmony. and the “Rocks” with their leather motorcycle jackets, DA Haircuts, engineer boots and the garrison belt buckle worn to one side as not to scratch a car that they would lean on used to hang out on the outside bench.

whenif found guilty thrown into the rec yard in Kansas in winter, with only a woobie.That is a cold place, in winter, just about as hot in summer. I’ve crossed Kansas twice on the way to somewhere else. The distance is pretty similar to crossing Tennessee or Virginia.

Honestly, I think that Trump should just let it go, there is nothing good that will come from it and Kelly has gotten way too much attention as a result.
