Portland woman charged with punching federal officer at ICE facility

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A woman appeared in court on Wednesday due to accusations that she had punched a federal officer near the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Portland.Katherine Meagan Vogel, 39, of Portland, faces a felony charge for the incident, according to the U.S. attorney’s office for the District of Oregon.
Vogel was first detained by federal officers after she reportedly used red paint on the driveway of the South Portland ICE facility on Sept. 30. Officers then escorted her to the ICE facility for an interview.
“While federal officers processed her, Vogel struck one of the federal officers in the jaw with a closed fist,” officials said.
Officers then arrested her for the assault of a federal officer. If found guilty, Vogel could face eight years in prison.

That ICE agent is made of sterner stuff than I am.
I would have immediately given her a “strike” in return, 1-for self defense, 2-to get her to submit, 3-(unspoken) just because she’s a bitch and this is probably the first time she’s ever had to face the physical consequences of her actions.
My folks taught me to not hit a lady.
However, a lady doesn’t hit a man except in self-defense.
Ergo, some female idiot strikes me, she becomes fair game for a return strike with all the male strength I still possess. (As little as it is, sadly.)
As close as we both are to the same age, I’m sure that you and I still have more muscle and knockdown power than most females.
