First up – while the Minnesota politicians are calling for yet again more gum ban laws (gottaa ban those full-auto gas-operated weapons of war; excuse that splashing sound as they dance in the blood of the innocent) another little item came to light.
…the head of the Minnesota Catholic Conference expressed that Catholic and other nonpublic schools were in “urgent and critical need” of security improvements, saying, “Our schools are under attack.”
The letter was first reported on by the Daily Wire and was sent by Minnesota Catholic Conference Executive Director Jason Adkins and Tim Benz, president of the private school advocacy group MINNDEPENDENT. The letter was sent on April 14, 2023, and is still publicly available on the Minnesota Catholic Conference’s website.
Sounds like a serious warning, and only a severe idiot would ignore it. Oh, yeah – the recipient was our almost-VP Governor Tim Walz. Two years ago.
The leaders expressed serious concern that the 72,000 students enrolled in independent, Catholic, Jewish, Christian and Muslim schools in Minnesota could be in danger due to nonpublic schools being excluded from the $50 million Building and Cyber Security Grant Program and the state’s Safe Schools Program, which provides emergency response training, security upgrades, mental health services and other security measures.
A spokesperson for the Minnesota Catholic Conference confirmed the letter’s authenticity to Fox News Digital. Though declining to comment further, the spokesperson confirmed the requests made in the letter were never granted.
The spokesperson additionally pointed to additional requests the conference and Minnesota Catholic bishops had made in 2022 to Walz for Catholic and other nonpublic schools to be included in the state’s school safety programs.
You would think the state government would be increasing security measures, right? Not for private or religious schools.
The Minnesota legislature is currently considering a school safety law, the SHIELD bill, that would increase state funding for school security systems. As the bill stands, nonpublic schools would not be eligible for the additional security funding afforded if the bill was passed into law. Fox News
First, do nothing. Then, when a tragedy hits, double down and do LESS THAN nothing.
I am sure we have all heard that the Minneapolis shooter was a leftist, anti-Trump, transsexual name of Robin (nee Robert). No word whether he-sheee-it had a lopadickfromee yet, but that ‘science’ they want us to follow says X and Y chromosomes by and large don’t lie – ya got both of ’em, ya got a prostate, and ya started out in life with some external bits and nobs. Think that qualifies you as a – wait for -it – MALE. Unless, of course, you’re NPR.
An NPR host issued a clarification Wednesday after Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., referred to the Annunciation Catholic School shooter in Minneapolis as a “he” during an interview with the outlet.
In an interview with NPR host Ailsa Chang, conducted hours after the killings, Klobuchar used male pronouns to refer to the deceased shooter.
Never would have thought it – a ray of common sense from Senator Amy.
“And just a point of clarification, Sen. Klobuchar referenced the shooter as ‘he.’ Although police have identified a suspect, it’s still unclear at this time what that person’s gender is or how they identify,” Chang told listeners. Fox News II
I’m gonna go ‘way out on a limb, Ms. Chang – I’m sticking with that ‘Ms.’ appellation based on the pics I see posted. But seriously – don’t mealie-mouth your way through figuring out if it’s a guy (well, was a guy) Follow the science.

“…it’s still unclear at this time what that person’s gender is or how they identify,…”
They identify as room temperature. So, good.
And, Jake Tapper made an absolute ass of himself when he demanded, on his “news” program, that everyone go along with the shooter’s idiocy and use the pronouns that he had demanded.
There only one surefire way to determine a person’s gender aka sex, look at the genitalia. Anyway, that works most of the time. Of course there are exceptions, such an XX claiming it is male and has a Frankenpenis assembled by some quack surgeon with removed lady-parts.
The echoes of the gunfire hadn’t even died down before Tampon Tim was calling for a special session of the legislature to address the problem of those dangerous military grade weapons he carried into battle in his mind. Because you know it’s always the fault of those guns for making trans people go crazy and shooting up schools.
How dare those evil assult doohickies with the thing that goes up be around all the deranged folk Democrats create! /sarc

The autopsy report seems to have cleared up any question about the murderers gender.
The shooter’s own writings indicated it was upset and unhappy that he “brainwashed” itself to go trans. It planned to “hack off” it’s hair which was the only sign of it’s being trans at the time of the attack. Since pictures of it post suicide are not allowed to be published it is unknown if it did cut it’s hair. There were a ton of ramblings about self hate and wanting to die as well. IMO it should have done the suicide first before the murders.
Personally I don’t care if it was trans or not given the actions it took. Therefor I feel the pronoun of “it” is appropriate in any case.
This is not a a criticism or critique of the sick fuck’s screed, just an analysis of the tone and techniques:
The memetics and dialectic nature of the words and references (from what I’ve seen and heard) is a form of code jamming. By appearing to support extremes on ‘both sides’ it was a way to obfuscate the dirt bag’s true ideology.
Clearly deranged, this asshole was conflicted but 100% responsible for their actions.
This scene from the movie Se7en encapsulates what’s happening in society with our 3 heroic characters as stand-ins fighting for the soul of us, the 4th character.
The shooter ‘John Doe-ed’ himself.

Anyone saying there is not a SERIOUS mental problem in this country needs an eye exam. These trans shooter/mass shooters in general and the homeless with substance abuse problems as a chaser are in DESPERATE need.
I saw something on X, but I can’t find it. The research scientist was linking violent behavior to smoking weed. He talking about autopsies where its not other drugs, but heavy weed use in those who commit violence/victims. Plenty of perps get high before they shoot to steady their nerves . Their chronic use of the chronic is making them violent he postulates. The Minni Trans was also a heavy weed uses. Transtifa members are heavy users. The idea the it makes you into a melo hippy is out dated by current events.
More children are dead or wounded because leftwing loons like Tampon Tim do everything they can to accomodate even sicker people who wish to trans.
When Robin/Robert didn’t get the results it wanted, it lashed out and children paid the price.
The Doctors and Psychologists who support this crap should be taken to the woodshed. Their license to practice should be taken away and they should be sent to prison.
How long have we thought about stuff like this?

“nonpublic schools would not be eligible for the additional security funding afforded if the bill was passed into law”
Ok, how about armed security provided by the parishoners
themselves. A clearly visible detail, openly armed.
I can just hear the sound of exploding liberal heads.
Might even get me back into Sunday mass again.
The demoRAT liberals don’t give a ship about the school childrens safety that’s why they don’t want security and armed teachers PO’s in the schools. Basically they look for a reason to take everyones firearms when these shootings take place. A number of years ago, a number of students or teachers, I for got which ones in a college had to see if they qualified to carry while in class so a firrarms instructor comes in and has the students put on holsters BUT he had them placed on the persons body that the person would have a very hard time getting the gun out of the holster. The perp walks into the class and opens up with one of those training guns and kills everyone except a young lady that was a comp combat shooter and new how to get the weapon out in time and only got hit in the arm.. Looks like it was a setup to not have teachers/students carry while in class
Also if you take the king’s shilling…
If I was them I’d keep the monster of the state the fuck off my back because YOU KNOW they’d find a way to fuck up the security plan.
Bet.
Hence, Hillsdale College
The security team would be hired on the basis of meeting DEI requirements.
RE, this Ailsa Chang person: who cares what the shooter “identified” as? He was a male, confused and doubtlessly encouraged by numerous adults to be Stunning and Brave and embrace his female persona.
As for security improvements, I’m clueless as to how, if at all, private schools differ from public ones as they pertain to gun-free zones. I also don’t know or care to know Minnesota’s specific gun laws. I would hope that a private school has the ability to choose its own security measures, up to and including training and certifying armed teachers. Most states have exceptions for concealed carry and firearms possession on private property, so maybe a combination of uniformed security and armed administrators, staff, and teachers.
For what many private schools charge, I’d think a couple or more $15/hr. security guards wouldn’t break the bank. They’d be a deterrent, and the thought of everyone from the principal to the janitor to the home economics teacher packing would probably convince even the most deranged person that a particular school isn’t the soft target it used to be.
Speaking of soft targets, anti-gunners and the Left seem to conveniently overlook the fact that gun-free zones are usually the places that get shot up the most. Schools, military installations, concert venues, clubs, bars, malls, etc., all rely on a disproportionately small number of unarmed security and/or armed security/police that are rarely able to respond in a timely or appropriate manner. You and I have to leave our guns in the vehicle (if they are even permitted on the grounds or in the parking lot–fortunately, Louisiana considers a car an extension of the home, so I never have to leave home unarmed).
The only thing a “Gun-Free Zone” sign does is assure cowards that they’ll have a free-fire zone if unarmed victims while liberals pat themselves on the back for creating that.
Don’t forget call for more gun control. Liberals get to create more nuts, feel superior about their policies and profit politically from dead children their nuts kill.
This is why mass school shootings like Columbine and the latest one don’t happen in the ‘hood. Dudes with a gat tend to return fire.
Here is my bet, based upon absolutely no research whatsoever and if I’m wrong, please, someone point out where:
1. I’d bet that in Minnesota, schools, public AND private are required by law to prohibit weapons, especially guns.
2. I’d further bet that it is by design that private schools are not included in the security measures because, while they won’t admit it, the Demonrat government wants to close private schools and force every kid into a public indoctrination center. Making sure that private schools are less safe than public schools is just another instrument of persuasion to them.
You are essentially correct. Guns are not allowed on school property during school hours. I have a carry permit, so I can cross school property with a concealed gun, but I have to vacate that ground as soon as I can. It’s just easier to stay away from schools.
As with most democrat run states, ours is not that friendly to Charter Schools or Private Education. My own first three years of education were in a Catholic school in a very heavily Protestant/Lutern part of da state yashur donchaknow.
3. Democrats want children to get killed so they can call for banning guns.
Minnesota is a clown show.
Acthully we’re a buncha Loons.
We were warned.

Waltz, what a wimp turd. He looks like he just sharted and realized what that warm, wet, sticky feeling is in his tighty whities. Or better yet just heard the sound of the report of a fired weapon for the very first time in his life.
