Ah, the fun – ever since Pam Bondi said there was no Epstein list*, the world has turned topsy-turvy. Mr. Trump says it is a non-issue and that Ms. Bondi will release what is appropriate (somewhat similar to Mr. Biden not releasing any as well. Funny that.) Democrats are turning themselves egg-shaped saying Trump MUST be prominently featured or he would not sit on the info. No one seems to wonder why, given the lack of love lost between Biden’s folks and Trump, they chose to sit on it for all four years of Joe’s administration? MAGA types are turning on Bondi, Democrats saying Trump must be prominently featured – it’s just a grade-A Charlie Fox. Makes you wonder what they are trying to distract us from.
Well, we have another voice to hear from now – someone with , shall we say, an interesting point of view. He lived in Epstein’s to-be jail cell for seven months.
However, Michael Franzese, a capo for the Colombo crime family in the 1980s, told NewsNation that he once spent seven months in the same cell as Epstein, and had no idea how anyone would be able to take their own life under constant watch from prison guards.
“There’s just no way. There’s no way to hang yourself,” Franzese said. He also commented on footage released last week by the Department of Justice showing Epstein’s cell door that forensic experts said was likely “modified,” with two separate files stitched together.
“You know, as far as the cameras being off, I haven’t experienced that – I did eight years in prison and I haven’t experienced cameras being broken and a perfect storm of correctional officers not walking those cells,” Franzese said.
“They walk in and they look in on you all the time. As a matter of fact, you know, sometimes it’s embarrassing to go to the toilet because they’re walking past you and looking in the cell constantly.”
In addition to the constant surveillance of those cells, Epstein was on suicide watch – and yet managed to outsmart the system on that.
“Especially, from what I understand, Jeffrey Epstein was on suicide watch for a while. They watch you very, very closely. Trust me on that. So I just can’t buy it. I cannot buy it, I’m sorry, and I have no horse in this race other than my experience and the fact that I just couldn’t see it happening,” Franzese said. The Independent

* Despite having said five months ago that the information was “on her desk”. Must have a very, very messy desk. My personal theory? Trump is only peripherally mentioned… but some very important and powerful people from BOTH sides of the political spectrum spent lots of time with Epstein and don’t want you to know it.

The plot was to ensnare the powerful and wealthy, and anyone doing that isn’t going to leave a paper trail laying around waiting for someone to find. The data was used then disposed of once the necessary conditions were met by those with their fingers in the cookie jar. As Epstein lawyer Dershowitz has say said many times, the persons traveling to his island are well know and reported in the media for years, there just isn’t going to documents with FBI headers listing who. The guilty know who they are and you can tell be the way they discuss it in pubic when questioned. Trump oversold some remnants of a file long since rendered useless. He’s promised a lot and delivered on most in his first 6 months. The notion that voters will turn on his because that was the ONLY thing they voted for is redonkulous. The deportations, the tariffs and trade deals, the tax cuts, the ending wokeness/DEI… That’s what we voted for, and the W’s keep coming. What will the next 3.5 years bring?

Alan Freed used to play that song over the radio that I listened to. As a 13 year old kid back in 1958. 3 or 4 black guys used to harmonize in the school yard and I loved listening to that music. Had a bunch of guys harmonizing outside the corner ice cream parlor/candy store that I used to go into. I tried doing I wonder Why at Karoke, but that is really up tempo and hard for me to keep up with the words on the screen. Filing for the Judge to release the Grand Jury logs is part of the coverup because they know the Judge is legally prohibited from doing so under the rule 4.
